I can't see why that would be "illegal", although I have no idea what nation they host in, so maybe such things are against the law in Singapore or whatever. 

I've played around with having a pacifier under my mask and it is pretty undetectable, but, the only time I have to wear a mask is when I'm in a store or travelling, and the odds are that at some point I'd have to talk to someone, so I haven't found a practical application for it. I could do it while I walk the dog or sitting alone in my car, but, I don't really have to wear a mask under such circumstances.

Face mask with attached penis gag.  Well, that's different. Maybe some bold kinksters who like edgy but discrete public play would have fun with it?  I can easily see too many chances for things to go wrong, or at least very awkwardly, especially in today's digital age.... but that's just me ?
