Lockdown - Chapter 26 - Conclusion!!!

Chapter 25

Katy, escorted by several police officers was walked into the facility where she had dropped Belle off before. She told herself she never wanted to see this place again, but was not walking through the doors.  When she was inside she was quickly hurried through out of the main room and down the hallway and a doctor wearing a white lab coat approached her.

"Are you Katy?" she asked.

Katy greeted her but was impatient, she just wanted to get this part over with.  Katy followed the doctor down the halls, taking several twists and turns.  This section of the building did not look very hospitable and Katy became nervous just being here.  The finally arrived at a door and stopped.

"Ok, right in here.", the doctor said.  

Katy took a deep breath.  She was scared and nervous to go in.

"I just want to warn you she is still very weak.  I did a quick check of her vitals and she is healthy and stable.  An ambulance will be here shortly to take her to the hospital where we can get her checked out.  Feel free to ride with her on the way there.  Also, I'll send one of my staff in to help get her cleaned up right away.", the doctor said.

"Thank you doctor, I don't plan on leaving her side, and if its all the same to you, I'd like to handle taking care of her current situation.  She will be more comfortable around me.", Katy said.

"Very well but I need to explain a few things."

For the next couple of minutes this doctor described the state of Belle's condition and what her recovery would be like over the next couple of months.  She provided Katy with all the supplies she would need to assist Belle and told her not to hesitate to ask for any assistance.  While the explanation was happening, the facility was buzzing with a flurry of activity from the police that had escorted Katy past security.  They were searching rooms, confiscating paperwork and she saw some people already being escorted out with their hands cuffed behind their backs.  She didn't recognize or see anyone that had been in Belle's home several day ago but her memory of those events were fuzzy.  She was assured that everyone involved in this program, from top to bottom would not escape facing the full force of the law.

She told the doctor she understood everything.  She was anxious to get to her friend.  The doctor left her alone and Katy put her hand on the door handle and took another deep breath before opening it and walking in.

It had only been about 30 minutes since Belle had last fallen asleep.  Katy let the door shut behind her for privacy and looked at the woman she had fallen in love with.  Belle looked so tiny and fragile laying there.  The smell, along with Belle diapered behind made it obvious what had happened but she didn't care.  It was bittersweet. She was so thankful to see Belle, to know she would be safe, but at the same time seeing her like that was awful.  

'What had she been through in here.', Katy asked herself.  All those answers would come later.

She went over to Belle and looked down.  She saw the thick diaper which didn't hide the mess inside of it very well.  She leaned down and kissed Belle's forehead and moved her hair from her face so she could see her.  

"My sweet Belle.  I'm going to take care of you.", she said.

Katy found herself wondering if everything that happened would change things between them and felt selfish and ashamed she was having those thoughts.  She had just found Belle and didn't want to lose her. It was too much to handle and she told herself she just needed to give her whatever time she needed.

Belle whined in her sleep as she was touched and turned on her side.  Katy saw her Belles bare chest exposed and felt awkward about it, as if she were spying.  She shook off that feeling and wanted to treat Belle with the respect she deserved.  She would get her some clothes as soon as she was cleaned.

Katy helped Belle on to her back without much effort and looked down at the diaper before her.  She didn't really know where to begin with the task before her.  She unfastened the diaper and was surprised at the weight of it. It was apparent Belle had wet and messed this diaper multiple times and had not been changed for many hours.

'Assholes', Katy said to herself.

She pulled the diaper from underneath Belle, disposed of it, and cleaned her with the supplies she had gotten from the doctor.  Everything she needed was there, wipes, towels, and lotions.  She made quick work of the mess and made sure Belle was thoroughly clean.  It was bizarre for Katy to touch her like this but she didn't trust anyone else right right now.  She applied lotion to Belle and did what she thought was best.  She was no expert in this but had heard some of things Belle had told her and tried to replicate what she thought was appropriate.

"It's ok sweetie.  I'm here.  I'm here.", Katy told her.

Belle replied groggily, "Don't... call... me... that.".

Katy did a double take, thinking Belle was coming to, but saw she was talking in her sleep. It hurt her to hear Belle utter those words.

"Only... Katy.", Belle managed to whisper and Katy smiled with relief.

"It's Katy Belle, Katy is here for you now."

Katy was satisfied with her cleaning job and reached for the last of the supplies that the doctor had given her. More diapers.  Katy was able to raises Belle's little bottom off the bed to slide the diaper and booster under her.

"No...", Belle cried.

"Sorry babe, its just for a little while.", Katy tried to calm her down.  She didn't know how she would explain this to Belle.  She'd tackle that challenge later when Belle woke up.

Katy taped the diapers onto Belle's body snuggly, just like she had witnessed that dreadful morning.

"Belle, I'll be right back... two minutes.", Katy said, giving the girl a kiss on the lips before leaving.

She returned with a set of hospital scrubs and dressed Belle, concealing her nakedness and the diaper.  She had told the doctor they were ready to go and two EMTs came in with a gurney and they helped Belle on to it.  The EMTs here about to strap Belle down as part of their normal routine when Katy stopped them. 

"No restraints, please.", Katy ordered.

"Yes ma'am.", the head EMT said.  

They got Belle situated safely in the the ambulance and Katy climbed in and sat next to her.  She held Belle's hand in hers for the entire journey.

Maybe those morons and the bad police officer will get a taste of what Belle and Katy had to go through... They seem to be happy to force it on to other people, let's see how they like being in their victim's shoes.

But I don't want to spoil this beautiful story so I'm gonna wait to see what happens...

Yes, definitely have a lot of questions about what happened between the end of 24 and beginning of 25, hope we will get a flashback or something to explain some of it, and what happened to the captors.

And you were right since the beginning, katy's the stong one who will take care of Belle

I'm curious on the timeline between when belle was taken there and katy springing her. From the sounds of it, it should be a few days

I'm sure we'll have some denouement.   I suspect the probation violation procedures will have some lasting effect that needs addressing as well.

With her being as out of it as she was, and with instructions for Katy being what they were in order to help her until she gets her senses about her, I suspect it was more than three days. I think there may have been a little bit of a time lapse since in one chapter before Katy mentioned in her thoughts that things were slow, and even with the media getting involved there may have been procedures that needed to be done.

I'm sure that we will find out, and will find out what Katy did in that time to the point where she was in the centre with the cops.

Chapter 26 - Conclusion

"In what is almost too wild and a bizarre story to be believed, several arrests were made today for a series of measures, many of which were authorized by the state board of health and the commission on the pandemic response, which can only be described as kidnapping, excessive force, medical malpractice and blatant  physical and mental abuse.  It is unknown at this time how many individuals were victims of these 'so called' treatments but a special federal investigation has already been formed.  It is expected several top officials in the state and county government will be resigning soon and may face criminal charges as well.  We'll continue to provide more details as this incredibly shocking story continues to develop.  We have obtained a recording from the group of lawyers who exposed this program and will play it for you now.  We warn you what you are about to hear..."

'Click', Katy turned off the TV news station she was watching in the hospital room and went over and sat back down in the chair next to Belle's bed.  As promised Katy had not left her alone.  She was working at her laptop, sifting through the hundreds of emails, Facebook messages and other social media requests she had received in light of her newfound publicity.  There were requests for interviews, job offers, and book deals already flooding in.  She shook her head.

'Anything to make buck', she thought to herself and closed her laptop.

"Katy?", she heard someone say.

Katy darted up, almost dropping her laptop on the floor and quickly found Belle's hand.

"Where am I, what happened?"

"You're in the hospital, a real hospital I mean.  How are you feeling?", Katy asked.

"Besides being tired, and a bit of headache I feel fine actually.", Belle said and Katy was relieved.

"What happened, how am I here?", Belle kept asking.

"It's over Belle. It's all over. We got them!", Katy exclaimed.

"Who got them? What are you talking about?"

Katy gave Belle the two minute version of events but promised her she would explain everything later in as much detail as she needed.  She told Belle the only thing that mattered right now was making sure she was ok, and assured her she had nothing more to worry about.  

"How long?", Belle asked.

"How long?", Katy said with an inflection indicating she didn't understand.

"Yeah, how long was I there?  How long have I been here?  What year is it!?", Belle said jokingly.

Katy laughed out loud at Belle's joke, glad that she still had her sense of humor. She told Belle she arrived at the hospital the hospital late last night, and that she rode with her from the facility in the ambulance.  Katy didn't share too many details of her release or disclosed she had changed Belle in hopes of sparing her some embarrassment for now.  Belle was surprised that she didn't remember an ambulance ride or Katy being there at all.

"You were pretty out of it.  We don't exactly know yet what their plan was for you; maybe they knew they were about to be shut down and couldn't deal with you, who knows.  We are going to try and find out though. We fought like hell for three days to get you out of there and the damn finally broke last night when a judge signed the order.  We think they had you pretty sedated for most of it.  You don't remember much do you?"

Belle shook her head.

"Maybe that's best for now Belle.", Katy said, not wanting to get into too much details.  

Katy leaned in slowly for a kiss, making sure it was ok with Belle first.

"What are you waiting for?", Belle asked as she impatiently waited for Katy's kiss.

They embraced and shared an intimate moment. Katy put her arms around Belle and hugged her tightly.  Katy began to cry from the emotional toll all this had taken on her and she looked at Belle.  Belle wiped the tears away from Katy.  She was actually the strong one right now.  Belle had been through so much she figured not much else could hurt her at this point.

"It's OK Katy, don't cry.  I knew you would save me Katy, I knew it!", Belle told her.  

Katy sat on the side of the bed and Belle scooted over and patted the soft mattress next to her.  Katy moved up onto the bed so that Belle could rest her head on her shoulder.  Katy ran her fingers though Belle's hair and let her rest for awhile, secure in her arms.  Belle began to fidget a little and told Katy she thought she probably needed to get up use the bathroom so she started to sit up slowly.

"This is like a dream come true Katy, I can't believe I finally get to use the bathroom like a normal... ", Belle started to say when she lost control and could feel pee already starting to come out of her without warning.

"Oh god, oh god... no...  Katie!  What is happening to me?", Belle said in fear.

Katy held her and said, "Shhh shhh, it's ok, it's ok, I promise.  Try not to move too fast, the doctor said to take it easy."

Belle quickly pulled the sheet off herself not wanting to soak them any more than she had, figuring a nurse would soon have to come clean all this up while she suffered through even more embarrassment.  Panic struck her when she saw she was still wearing the same thick diaper.  She had not even noticed it before which worried her even more.

"Katy?...   Why?", Belle begged for answers and she realized she was still peeing.

"Belle, please, try not to worry.  It is going to be ok I promise.  You are going to have a little loss of control for awhile from all the medication and suppositories they gave you.  It's not your fault.  Don't worry I am taking care of everything,  I have plenty of supplies for you at home.", Katy said.

"Little loss of control?  Katie, I have no control, at all!", Belle began to cry in Katy's arms.  

"Wait what!?  You said more supplies at home? How long is this supposed to last!", Belle shouted, now getting angry.

"Belle!, Calm down, please, I don't want you to wear yourself out. It is only for a couple of months, three tops."

"Noooo, Katy please... I can't do anymore.  I just can't.", Belle cried in disbelief.

"Belle, stop it now. You WILL get through this.  It's just the way it is for awhile. We will get through it together Belle. Besides, when this is all done I'm going to be an expert diaper changer, that's for sure.", Katy said jokingly as she kissed Belle's forehead. 

"Katy, c'mon, that's not funny. At all!  I'm sure I can handle it and I don't want you to have to experience any part of that, it's too gross to even think about", Belle said.

Katy had a weird look on her face and gritted her teeth which gave her away.  It was clear she was hiding something and didn't know how to handle it.

"OH GOD, KATY!, Please please tell you me you didn't. Pleeeeease.", Belle cried, already knowing the truth that Katy had changed her dirty diaper at least once already.  She was about to break down and started hyperventilating.  She couldn't take the embarrassment of having Katy see her like that. She didn't know how to react.  She felt so vulnerable again and wanted to escape.  She let go of Katy and tried to curl up and hide from her, feeling disgusted.  It was an involuntary reaction to being 100% exposed on a physical and emotional level, to a girl she just confessed her love to.  She had never felt like this before.  She didn't know how she could live with it until Katy snapped her out of it.

"Belle! Belle! Look at me right now.", Katy said in a stern voice.  "When I came to get you at that place, there was no way in hell I was letting anyone touch you but me. I told you I loved you and I meant it.  That means I love you if you are messy, smelly, clean or dirty.  Belle, please don't make a big deal about this, I'm happy to do it for you.  What if our places had been reversed, wouldn't you do this for me?".  

"I... I would Katy.  I love you too.  I'd do anything for you.", Belle tried to say after considering the question.

"Belle, don't take this the wrong way, but I sort of like it, you know... changing you.", Katy told her.

"Yeah... Wait, you like it!? What the hell Katy?!  How am I not supposed to take that the wrong way!?"

"I mean, having to clean up your poopy bottom isn't the most thrilling thing world to do, but I like the part where I get to take care of you.  I want to make sure you are safe and happy, and if I can bring you comfort it makes me happy too.  It's hard to explain but the feeling I get after cleaning you, you know, down there, and putting you in another diaper...  it makes me feel so close and connected to you.  Sorry it's weird but I just wanted to be honest with you about how I feel", Katie tried to explain.

Belle tried to understand what she just heard.  It sort of made sense to her but then she thought about how Katy had been seeing her and touching her diaper area.  It was weird to think how Katy had been doing that, seeing all of her, touching all of her.  These were things they were supposed to explore together, and Belle didn't think the first time Katy touched her would be like that.  She wondered what it would feel like the next time, knowing she would be awake to experience it.  It gave her chills to think about and she got a little aroused with the thought of Katy tending to her.

Belled turned to Katy again, "I'm sorry.  I freaked out a little there.  I mean, I guess... I guess I might like your help with that. It sounds kind of nice actually.", Belle blushed.

"Don't worry Belle, my diaper changes will be much much nicer than what you are used to, trust me!", Katy said as she gave Belle a teasing look which caused her to blush even more.

"Katy, how long do I have to stay here?", Belle asked.

"They said you can go home as soon as you feel up to it, and as long as you have someone to stay with you.  I'd like to volunteer for that job if you don't mind?", Katy told her as they laughed.

Katy helped Belle out of bed.  They both decided to delay the diaper change until they were in the privacy of Belle's home.  Katy helped dress Belle in the scrubs she arrived in and packed their things before checking out.

"I can't believe it's over Katy, well you know what I mean.", Belle said as she longed for home.

"And Dr. Spencer, and Beth and Nick, I can't believe they are all in jail", Belle stated.

"C'mon Belle, we'll talk about that later ok?  I'm just glad you are ok.", as she tried to change the subject.

"Katy, what are you not telling me, what is it?", Belle asked again.

"Belle, they weren't there last night.  And we don't know where they are.  And... well we checked with all the employment records, files, and state medical licenses.  No one has a record of this Dr. Spencer anywhere, and know one knows who she is.  At least that is what they are telling us. It's like she just vanished and never existed.", Katy explained.

Belle heard this and worried Dr. Spencer could come through the door any second now and rip her away from Katy again.  

"Katy?", Belle said with a worried voice and the look of fear on her face.

Katy realized this had affected Belle more than she was letting on.

"Belle, it IS over, trust me.  I'm going to take care of you and not let anything happen.  You are safe with me.  You believe me!?", Katy asked positively.

"I do Katy.", Belle said.

"Good, now come on now, lets get you home."

Katy opened the door to Belle's home and they walked in.  Belle noticed the place had been put back together, cleaned and smelled great.  She looked over at the kitchen table and saw a dozen roses in a vase.  She smiled at Katy and thanked her.

"There's a card too.  You can read it later.", Katy said and gave her a cute wink.

Belle sat down on the couch and leaned back, taking a deep breath, glad to be home.  Katy worked around the house for a few minutes while Belle rested before finally going over and sitting down beside her.

"Welcome home my love.", Katy told her and she took her hand and looked at her.  

Belle leaned over and they kissed for a bit.  It was the first time either of them had felt free since meeting each other and it felt so different to be able to do this without the situation hanging over their heads.  Katy touched Belle's face and lips, caressing her.

"It's time Belle.", Katy told her.

Belle giggled, "Time for what?"

Katy looked into her eyes and Belle was anxious to know what Katy has planned for her next.

"Time to change that wet diaper."

Belle sank back on the couch, deflated, not expecting to hear that.

"Katy, I... but.."

"No buts Belle, except yours going into a nice clean diaper.", Katy teased.

Katy stood up and held out her hand and Belle took it.  She noticed how wet her diaper was now, wondering when she would start to get some control back.  Belle took Katy's hand and she was led into her room where she saw a fresh diaper and booster sitting on the bed, along with various supplies.  Her heart started pounding.  Katy was about to see her, touch her, clean her and diaper her.  Her breathing was heavy and Katy could hear it in the quiet room.

"Shhh shhh it's going to be ok.", Katy said as she circled behind Belle and lifted the top up and off her body, leaving her naked from the waist up.  Katy's arms wrapped around Belle from behind and she worked them up Belle's chest while kissing her neck.

"My changes are the best kind Belle, you'll see.", Katy whispered into her ear.

Belle remained silent, focusing on every word Katy was saying to her, every touch from her fingers.  Katy's hands slid back down Belles tummy and found the drawstring of the pants Belle was still wearing.  She pulled the loose end, undoing the knot and the pants easily slipped from Belle's tiny frame and hit the floor.  Katy went around and faced Belle, pressing up against her, kissing her again, then took one hand in each of hers and pulled Belle back towards the bed.

"Lay down.", Katy ordered in a sweet voice. 

Belle laid back on a soft towel that Katy had placed on the bed to protect the sheets.  Her instinct as to cover herself but she realized there was no need.  She let her hands fall to her side and she took a deep breath.  She felt Katy spread her legs a little, preparing for access.  Katy traced her fingers up Belle's legs, letting them fall over her thighs and along the edges of the diaper between Belle's legs.  Belle jumped as she felt Katy's fingers playing with her there.  Her chest was pounding, her heart was racing.

"Let's get this off you shall we?", Katy said as she slid her hands over the diaper and grabbed the tapes."

Belle started to speak.

"Shhh.  Just close your eyes sweetie...  breath... relax.".

Belle did as she was told and took another deep breath.  She was patiently waiting for what was to come next. Moments later she heard the tapes securing the diaper give way.  Katy's hands were smooth and Belle felt their touch for the first time.  Belle peaked a little and saw Katy staring down at her, smiling.  

"I love you Katy."

"I love you too.", Katy said as she removed the wet diaper from beneath Belle.

I see now. It wasn't the amount of time in the center but the amount of time in the program combined with the meds she was given. It seems like they used an unused area of the center to do what they did.

sad to come to the end of this one, but also enjoy the way it ended, at least for Belle and Katy, but the realization that the main evil doers disappeared without trace is disconcerting.

I imagine a sequal would be something like Katy and Belle going after the three in a different location with its own set of hurdles and obstacles. Maybe a year or two time frame from where this one left off.

Good story and enjoyed it. The fact it wasn't officially sanctioned makes it more realistic of the things that happened to her. I am sure Belle will not be able to fully let things go until those 3 are found and brought to justice.

I was skimming back through sections when I noticed this line. I am sure that was meant to say with Belle?
