katie_ab Posted September 2, 2018 Share Posted September 2, 2018 I got up too early for my liking on Friday. 6am.. Leave home at about 7:45 after I ate and got ready for my classes. Then I went home briefly changed for work and worked an 8 hour shift. Normal routine.. Link to comment
baby-dandan Posted September 9, 2018 Share Posted September 9, 2018 On Thursday, every week; I have an appointment with my psychiatrist at 7 a.m. I get up at 5 a.m. so I will have plenty of time to do a little workout (which really helps me feel better) and shower. People have asked me; Why the hell would I schedule an appointment for that early? My psychiatrist doesn’t take anymore appointments past 3 in the afternoon and usually all the later ones are filled. It feels pretty good to get up that early to start my day! I can always take a nap in the afternoon but after I take my meds it is hard to relax enough to get a good rest. Link to comment
