The tooltip produces a balck on black bg/text. This is a known bug but I can't find the fix and my GIMP is the latest version and this has been going on since I downloaded my first try at It, so it affects both XP and Win 7 on an i7 quad. Little BabyDoll Christine Posted December 29, 2013 Share Posted December 29, 2013 Not to hijack this thread but found out it was a known bug by googling up "black text black bg tooltip" I have paint.NET, Artrage and Xara Graphics & Web Design although all the Graphix at RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS HOME were don on the Win 98 Paint. When I re-fegistered the Domain name I had to do it over the phone and the fellow at Register INc called it a "good looking site", in March 2013 Link to comment
