xtrabulk
This shouldn't be happening. I'm 6'1" weigh 197 with a 34 waist. I love DC 24/7, but lately they've been leaking out the leg gathers. After 1.5 wettings! I recently lost 20 lbs...could I possibly need a small/medium? I've diapered sitting and standing, and combos. Any tips? Right now, Molicares are kicking DCs, and that's...odd. Isn't it? One other note: these are direct from the company. The ones from XPM were a bit better, but that was pre-weight loss. xtrabulk Link to comment
babystevie
Wear plastic panties! That's what I do. Doesn't matter if I'm in disp. or cloth. Link to comment
xtrabulk
I love my PUL panties from Gary! Don't even sweat in 'em. But I'm going for a full diaper, not necessarily full panties. Point very well taken, though. But this is for daytime as well. Link to comment
babystevie
Day or night doesn't matter to me. I'm always wearing my plastic panties. I'm in cloth diapers most of the time, so they are a must. Link to comment
xtrabulk
Interesting, Poopy. Does the towel need to be a certain fabric, or can I try it now with what I have laying around? Link to comment
Hookedondiapers
DC 24/7 leak like mad for me - at the leg gathers. Link to comment
Bettypooh
You need a good-fitting diaper for it to work effectively and it has to have the capacity you need too I'd be buying samples of different styles and sizes to see if something else works better In the meantime, plastic panties (especially lined ones) may help till you find a better solution. 1 Link to comment

rusty pins
Yes, I would agree with everyone that plastic pants will probably help. 1 Link to comment
d_drew12
Having too big of a diaper can definitely cause leaks. Too many gaps even if you feel swaddled in them. I've learned from experience. My large Abenas will not leak way sooner then the mediums I now where since I too lost weight. I'm 6'2" and 220lbs. Mediums all fit fine, dry24/7 are a bit on the large side compared to other diaper size ranges. Definitely need small or medium dry 24/7. Link to comment
DiaperKyle
I'd agree with the others; definitely try the medium size for starters. Link to comment

Baby Brian
Don't forget it's not just the volume here, it's even more so the flow. I have urge incontinence and can flood a premium diaper just once. A second or third flooding on top of a an already wet diaper is a recipe for disaster- at least for me, and especially so when sitting or lying down. However; I can wear the same diaper while using a catheter, take that diaper to it's absolute MAX absorbency, and never feel like it's about to leak once. Link to comment
