rick50
On the subject of holey Foley catheters, I was after advice on the best place to position the hole to provide the most comfortable experience when wearing one. I positioned the hole 140mm from the inner tip but found that it was less than comfortable and felt scratchy inside my urethra. I decided on this measurement based on the pics of stents provided here previously. Link to comment
thatsmymango
Where you are placing the hole is probably to far from the bladder, hence it is irritating Link to comment

Bettypooh
Amazing that medical science how now come up with what we have been developing for years now That's because they don't have the level of interest in this that we do and they are not as focused on it as we are. To us this is a big deal; to them it's insignificant overall as their scope of concerns is a lot wider than ours But it's progress in the direction we want to see things go, so we're all winners for that Bettypooh Link to comment

Loveable_guy
What prevents that stent from traveling inwards though? Me thinks its the flared out valve holding the stent from sliding inward. A mistake I made myself on an earlier design. Link to comment
