Be careful with the advise you give. There are a TON of decency laws, tax laws, etc that could be broken by "hiring" someone even if sex isn't performed. Locally here, there has been a bunch of "busts" that didn't involve sex, instead they found legal loop holes to charge people purchasing "escorts". You can't take money from anyone for anything without claiming income, if you're selling a product or service you still may need a business license. The fact that you're hiring someone to keep you company, asking them to wear or change a diaper for non medical purpose may be considered a "lude" act, or sexually suggestive, or some other ridiculous thing. If you do claim a medical need, the person hired may need to be licensed to be considered a "care giver". There are SOOO many laws, the system is kind of designed to allow them to get you if they want you. So just be careful, especially if you have something to lose if you're exposed.

I don't know where you live but in my neck of the woods escorts charge $200 a hour. So buying one for the day would get quite expensive. I however have paid a bartender at a strip joint $100 to wear one under her short skirt. She had no problem with it. I could only suggest checking within each individual state as to regulations. I can't imagine hiring an escort bing illegal, outside the exchange of sex for monies.

In contract law, if you hire/employee a person to perform a task, and that person has signed/agreed to perform said task after they have had adequate time to consult with legal representation, then the contract becomes binding and no state / federal or local law can bread said contract.

Using this senario, a person can be hired to perform any task and it is up to the employeer (you) to be sated considering their credentials. Therefore you can hire a person to 'babysit' you (and all it entails) once you have informed that person in writing of all services required, and have his/her signature and his/her legal representatives signature on said contract.
