  1. You’re going to have to wait and see! There’s not that many chapters left and so much stuff that should be in! We’re almost at the end and I promise Little Johnny’s Boy story is not over!
  2. Chapter 24 This must be what death felt like. Trapped in complete darkness with no escape, Dani can feel herself falling down, down, down. She wonders if she is ever going to hit the bottom. But Dani doesn’t have time to panic because as quickly as she is falling, suddenly, it has stopped. The little lands flat on her back in a hard thud. The wind is knocked out of her chest and it takes a moment for Dani to catch her breath. Opening her eyes, she doesn’t know what she is prepared to find but this certainly was not it.The tiled ground is cold beneath her skin and can hear music - jazz - playing softly in the background. In a dizzying movement, Dani pushes herself up from the ground to find herself surrounded by rows and rows of books. There’s a sign hanging up above but the words blur together and it is too much of a pain to try to figure out. The last thing she remembered was falling forward into that dark hole. Little Johnny Boy was behind her but looking around now, he is nowhere to be found. Dani can’t help the tears that well up in her eyes. Her diaper sags uncomfortably full and she knows she shouldn’t cry but she didn’t know where she was and nothing made sense and - Dani freezes at the sound of voices. “Oh my god. Did you see Uma? Like I totally feel for her and everything but like she had to know this would happen.” “Yeah, I know. Poor girl but at the same time, ughhhh!” They’re coming from up front where two sporty looking girls stood at the registers. Dani can’t help but to follow their voices, peeking her head out from behind the stacks. They’re the same size, maybe just a few inches taller and everything is Little sized. She is able to easily reach the higher shelfs of books, her head comes above the counter and the girls at the register are the same size and they seem to be perfectly at ease. Dani waddles forward without thought, slipping her thumb between her teeth. Out of the corner of their eye, she comes into view. The conversation comes to a slow and they freeze like deer caught in the headlights at the sight of the Little. Upon first appearance there was nothing abnormal but the longer they looked, the more difficult it was to fit the pieces together. Her lower half was a little too puffy and she walked with an awkward gait. The glassy look behind her eyes signaled something wasn’t quite right. The first girl, the one in the stripped t-shirt says slowly, “hello… can we help you?” Her name tag read Lizzie. Dani bites the inside of her cheek. Her voice wavers, “I- I wost my mommy.” The other girl nearly chokes on her drink, clutching her chest. “W-what did you just say?” Dani whines, “I wost my mommy!” What didn’t these girls understand? Maybe they needed to get their ears checked. Mommy would be sure to help once she found her. They would go to the doctor and help them find mommies and daddies because the world was too scary of a place to be alone. “Ummm,” the girls share a look. “We don’t know where your mommy is but is there like someone you can call?” Now it’s Dani’s turn to be confused. Call? Like a cell-phone? Why would she have that? Dani frowns. “Vats fow gwon-ups. We awe wittle!” That didn’t seem to be the right thing to say because the two of them snickered, staring her down. Dani may have not been the smartest cookie on the block but she knew when she was being laughed at and judged. Her cheeks turned crimson as she cowered in on herself. “Is this like a joke or something?” The Lizzie girl asked. “Are there hidden cameras around?” “Omg, imagine we’re on tv!” The blonde girl gasps. “Like What Would You Do or some shit-” “Hey! Vats a naughty wowd!’ “Uma’s gonna wish - wait what?” They whip their heads back to Dani, as if they’d forgotten she was standing there. Naughty language meant a soapy mouth and a red bum. Dani had gotten far too many of those to count and wasn’t keen on another. It was clear that nobody had taught these girls right from wrong. They wore grown up clothes with their bellybuttons showing and the tattoos on their arms that left Dani with a bad feeling in her tummy. These were the sorts that Mommy said to stay away from. Dani could catch their naughtiness, it spread like a disease. It is becoming glaringly clear that Dani is not going to find what she is looking for here. Mommy was missing as was Little Johnny Boy and Dani would not rest until she found them. But first the Little had to do something else. Pulling down her pants and tossing them aside, finally she could move comfortably. Dani only glances back up at the sound of startled exclamations. “OH MY GOD!” “WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?” “IS THAT A DIAPER?” They act as if she’s just committed murder by the way their eyes bugged out of their head. “OH MY GOD IT’S USED! YOU SHIT YOURSELF!” Dani looks down between her legs remembering that, yeah, she had made a big poopy but that was normal. “Evewy wittle make poopies.” It looked like they were about to puke. “You need to get out,” Lizzie gagged. “like right now. This is disgusting.” Dani didn’t have time to even ask where they were because they threw her out the door, locking it shut behind her. Then it hit her all at once. She was alone in a strange place with strange people and didn’t know where to go. As Dani made her way down the street on this warm day, people stared and laughed, shoving their phones in her direction, needing to capture actual evidence that there was a naked diapered woman wandering the streets. She’d hoped to find an Amazon, a proper grown up, to help her but thus far everyone was Little and it left her terribly confused. Standing on the sidewalk, Dani stops beneath a sign, attempting to decipher the letters. She’d learned her ABCs but reading and spelling was never needed, besides sounding out the letters on her wooden blocks because Mommy took care of all that complicated stuff. “Excuse me, ma’am?” A woman and man come to stand beside her on the sidewalk. They wore black uniforms and there was a gold badge above their left breast. “We are Officer Maundy and Officer Kerrigan with the Boston Police Department. We received a call from a concerned citizen about you wandering the streets in a distressed state. We just want to make sure that you are okay.” Dani sighs in relief. Finally police officers! Now someone could help her. She’d never seen officers her own size or heard of this Boston place but it was the least of her concerns. “I wost my mommy.” She repeats what she said before. “You lost your mommy?” The woman says. “Yes.” Dani huffs. “Well, we can help.” The lady reassured. “Why don’t you come to our car and we can get you something to cover up.” Lead to the blue and white vehicle, they usher her into the backseat, placing the seat belt around her waist. The seats were cool and leather and Dani is surprised to find that she needs no car seat to even see out the window or reach the handle. For once, she is actually the right height! Whispered voices come from the front seat, separated by a barrier. “You think she’s one of them?” “The criteria fits.” The man grumbled. “They really need to get that damn portal fixed. I swear they’re spitting them out in Timbuktu. The next thing we know it’s going to be an invasion of Amazons.’ “Don’t get started on that now…” Officer Kerrigan turns her head, peering at her through the bars. “Where did you say you come from?” “Amazonia.’’ Officer Maundy muttered, “bingo.” “Awe we goin’ home soon?” Dani is getting antsy. Mommy must be wondering where she is. Alisha and Therese said it was just a sleepover but Little Johnny Boy wasn’t here anymore and she was tired. This place was strange. Everything was Little sized and nobody wore diapers. The buildings were gigantically tall and the only people she saw playing passing by were littler than her and she didn’t think that was even possible! Dani just wanted her paci, milkies and mommy. Then everything would be right again. But as they navigated the busy streets, nothing was familiar. There was a big park they passed by that looked pretty and some old looking buildings but it wasn’t Amazonia. Little Johnny Boy had said everything would be ok but how could it be when Dani was all alone? Everyone had left her. OoOoo “Alright, sweetie, we are here.” Here? Here where? Dani looks around to see they are stopped outside an old brownstone. There is a sign outfront. She squints her eyes, trying to put together the letters but doesn’t understand. A little puff of air escapes her pursed lips in annoyance. It was pointless. “This is the Montgomery Boarding House. These people will help you with everything. You have nothing to be afraid of.” Dani frowns, crossing her arms over her chest. She wasn’t afraid (ok, maybe a little) but didn’t want these strange, pretend adults to know! They’d eat her alive. At least… that’s what Mommy always said. But she had nowhere else to go so Dani could only follow her lead as they helped her out of the complicated straps and stepped out onto the street. There was a flower pot at the bottom step with pretty red roses. Down the street, a person walked out of a coffee shop and a big yellow school bus passed by. “I’ll alert the consulate to her arrival,” they talked above her head as she waddled up the stairs and the man officer disappeared. Dani suckle’s her thumb, staring ahead at the large brass knocker and towering oak door. It looked scary. A tinkle releases into her soiled padding and the officer rings the doorbell. It feels like they are standing there for ages and Dani is beginning to question whether anyone is going to come to the door when suddenly the door creaks open. A grandmotherly looking woman stands on the other side. Her grey hair is pulled into a low bun and eyes crinkle at the corners when she smiles. “Can I help you officer?” “Yes, you can, actually. This is Dani. We found her wandering around Newbury street. She says she came from Amazonia.” The woman gasps, hand placed over her heart and her eyes widen in shock. “Oh my goodness! Daniella Avery?” “That’s me!” Dani exclaims, looking up at the sound of her name. But the lady got it wrong. It was Brady. Not Avery. Maybe the lady was just being silly and Dani loved games. Maybe Mama would wanna play after she found Little Johnny Boy and they were able to get back home. This lady would probably know what to do. She’d ask her once they were inside. “We were afraid that she didn’t make it through the portal when she didn’t show up at the consulate. I can’t believe it happened again. The number of complaints we have filed…” Officer Kerrigan nods curtly. “Yes, well, we found her, that's all that matters. If we can leave her with you, we’ll be on our way now.” That was that and Dani is ushered inside the home. She doesn’t have time to even say goodbye to the officer because she is already walking away and disappears from view as the door shuts behind them. Dani welcomes the cold air sighing in relief. They stand by a spiraling staircase leading up to the second floor. Dani tilts her head all the way back, the sparkly chandelier capturing her attention just inside the foyer. The ceilings are tall, highlighting the large windows and even with everything little-sized, Dani still couldn’t have felt any tinier. Noise coming from the right captures her attention and poking their head into the sitting room, there sat two girls. They fiddled with the oak vinyl player they’d picked up at a flea market passing by. The three cringed, ears covered at the loud screech emitted from the object. A moment later, soft jazz the voice of Etta James floated out. “I told you that I’d get it to work!” exclaimed the petite brown haired girl. “Yeah with my help.” The other rolled her eyes, too stubborn to admit when proven wrong. “Ladies?” Mrs. Patmore clears her throat and their two heads shoot up. “Mrs. Patmore!” They exclaim in surprise, their appearance having gone unnoticed. Their eyes flick to Dani, subtly glancing over the soiled diaper around her waist and force a smile onto their faces. “This is Dani, your new housemate. She has just arrived today from Amazonia.” They give small mumbles of acknowledgement, clearly uncomfortable with her state of attire, not that Dani noticed. “Dani, this is Delilah and Wren. Don’t mind them, they are always picking up some knick knack or another. You’ll find the house is full of oddities!” She waved it off and Dani smiled ear to ear. “Can I pway?” Delilah and Wren look down at the ground, cheeks crimson and an uncomfortable feeling settles around them. But Ms. Patmore, being the mediator she is, saved the day. “Why don’t we play after we get your diaper changed and settle down a bit. You’ve had a long morning.” It is true. It was nearly eleven now and she’d been awake the last five hours but the adrenaline rush from the recent events had Dani moving at warp speed. “Let’s go, darling,” Mrs. Patmore takes her hand. “Your bedroom is just down the hall.” Dani pouts, allowing herself to be led down the hall but she couldn’t complain. The Montgomery Boarding House was all she had now. The house was old with crown moldings on every corner and could fit up to twelve people. The floorboard creaked upon each step and there was a constant smell of an old home that she’d grown up with. Entering the room, it was empty. There were two beds, the first smoothed and clean and the was second made up and clearly slept in. They get a few new people every few weeks but no one ever stayed for long. For many, the boarding house was just a quick stop on their way back to their old lives from before the diaper dimension. There were always those who stayed longer, like Delilah and Wren, who had a bit of trouble adjusting back to their normal lives. “We are going to get you changed now and what if after we have a little sweet treat to clear your head! How does that sound?” OoOoo It sounded fan-fucking-tastic, Dani thought when she was finally of sound mind. Laying back in her bed, staring at the ceiling, she wondered how she had even made it through the crossing. It was an hour ago that Mrs. Patmore administered the antidote and the reality of their new situation hit her square in the stomach. She was in the Portal world. Earth. The dimensions where Littles were the majority and everything was geared towards them and they actually had a chance to make something of themselves. Dani laughs in shock at the ease of simply sitting up and getting out of bed. Her feet touch the ground without her needing to do anything extra and she can see herself in the bathroom mirror and reach the door handle without needing to jump and not fear for her life when walking down the stairs and there was so much more that she couldn't even begin to describe. Dani just wished that Little Johnny Boy was here to share her excitement but according to Mrs Patmore, he never arrived. She had even called the consulate to double check that nothing had been missed but the conclusion was that he had either been transported somewhere random like she was or… he hadn't made it through the portal. But Dani didn’t want to believe that. She thought through the last few months, everything she’d been through and the real reason that they were here. It was her own family name on the front door of the house and people referred to her as if she were some sort of legend yet she barely knew herself. Dani wanted to help, truly she did, but how could she? It was supposed to be her and Little Johnny Boy. She didn’t think she could do it without him. Mrs. Patmore is in the kitchen when Dani heads downstairs following the smell of food wafting through the house. The old woman looks up at the sight of her. She is setting the table. “Oh, you’re up! I was just about to come get you. Are you feeling… refreshed?” “I’m myself again, for now.” Dani breathed. “Well, that’s a start.” Mrs. Patmore gestured toward the empty table. “Sit down, dear. I made pasta - just butter and cheese. The portal can mess with your body in the immediate after. I figured you’d be hungry.” Oh, Dani was absolutely starving and did not hesitate to dig into the buttery noodles. Mrs. Patmore sits across from her, doing the same and Dani is oblivious to the numerous glances shot her way as they eat in silence. Finally, the silence becomes too much. Mrs. Patmore says, “I’m not sure if you remember because you weren’t exactly yourself before. But my name is Margaret Patmore and we are at the Montgomery Boarding House for recently escaped Littles from the diaper dimension. I am in charge of the running of the household and a member of Operation Undercover.” Dani swallows. She looks up, nodding her head. She did remember bits and pieces but it was all really fuzzy and her biggest concern had been the fact she’d wandered around the middle of Boston in practically just a diaper for everybody to see. If it were Amazonia, it wouldn’t have been as big of a deal but here, in the portal world, people were actually normal and they definitly found it a big deal. “I remember,” Dani says swallowing. “Oh, well, that’s good.” Mrs. Patmore dabs her mouth clean. “I was thinking that in a bit, we would take a trip over to headquarters this evening. You can meet the others a part of the operation and ask any questions. It is just down the street.” “Well, what about Little Jo- John,” Dani corrects herself, remembering that they were no longer in Amazonia. “I need to find him. I need to - “ “Dani-“ “He wouldn’t just leave me.” She stresses, repeating again, “he wouldn’t leave me. I am not about to abandon him.” ”We have people to search for him. You don’t need to concern yourself with that - “ “Who said it was a concern? What if I just want to do the right thing because….” I love him. “He wouldn’t abandon me.” If anything, Dani was noble to a fault. That could be a negative and a positive. Mrs. Patmore sighs, “We can focus on that later. Right now, we need to focus on your healing. Your mind is still fragile, you’re prone to regress quickly and will be no help to anybody in that state. Ju - just take a break, Dani. Slow down. You deserve to rest.” Slow down? Her brows furrowed together, an indent forming in between. There had never been any such thing as a break or slowing down. Being perfect, being flawless was always an expectation because one misstep and you were thrown to the wolves. Dani didn’t know how to slow down. She didn’t know if she could. It’s not like all the troubles were over. They were only just beginning.
  3. Chapter 23: Dani fights the urge to turn around and take one last glance at Therese and Alisha who the little’s knew were anxiously waiting from down the street. They were being watched. Their every move scrutinized. “Smile.” Little Johnny Boy hissed beneath his breath. She held his hand in a death grip and did as he said. They had to appear like a normal and happy couple. They had to appear like they just had the best vacations of their life and weren’t fugitives on the run. The long walk way up to the automated gate felt like an eternity as the weight of what they were doing fell on their shoulders. An officer sat in a little booth. There was a gold badge on his chest and he held a radio. “Hello, there!” The Amazon bellowed down at them in a grandfatherly voice. It was meant to invite them in, lower their guard so he could attack at the moment they least expected. But two could play at this game. “Hello!” Little Johnny Boy responded. He stepped forward toward the window where the man leaned down to see them. “We’re traveling back to the portal world today, sir!” “Now, is that right?” The Amazon laughed. “Did you enjoy your stay?” Little Johnny Boy chirped. “Why, yes sir! It was quite the adventure but it’s time for my wife and I to head back to the real world.” “Well, aren’t you two adorable. Tell me your names and I will see if you are on the approved list.” Little Johnny Boy gave their identities and sure enough he finds them in a split second. Dani is too concentrated on her hammering heart to even notice the way the Amazon’s eyes drifted down the lengths of their bodies, the way his lips twitched at their diaper-less state and little getup. There are two armed guards in what look like military uniforms by the front gate and it only takes one simple nod for them to be gestured forward towards a machine. “Passports?” They demand. Little Johnny Boy holds all of the documents and hands them over as requested. Dani can barely keep her leg from bouncing and doesn't understand how he can be so calm. It’s less than a minute when the guards hand back their documents not lingering over their faces for more than a few minutes. They don’t seem concerned in the slightest and that worries Dani. “Once through security, you will be subjected to further questioning and inspection inside. If you have any objections against this, now is your time to speak and we can find you different accommodations.” You mean adoption? “Yes, sir.” Little Johnny Boy gulps. They are ushered forward and he goes first, stopping in the middle of the metal machine and raises his arms where a beeping sounds. Dani is next and she is worried they are going to find suspicious her polka dotted training panties or their bags which were put through a different place but everything comes out the other side with no hassle. “You two are all set.” The bald guard states. “Just go straight through those doors and take a left. You will see a waiting area with others. They will tell you what to do from there.” Dani and Little Johnny Boy can’t help but share a look, both thinking the same thing - this is too easy. The absolute horror stories that they have heard about the portal crossing were not just make believe which only solidified that the worst was yet to come. For the most part, the Amazon’s thus far were acting normal. As if they were giant-sized beings, as if they didn’t want to smother them back into diapers and the Little’s knew there was nothing normal about that. But they continued onward. They had prepared for the possible challenges and knew making it through the crossing was possible because others had done it before. But the times had changed and the rules were different so they had no idea what to expect. Dani couldn’t help but tilt her head back in wonder. The entire building was a sterile, glassy surface. Glass windows made up the sides of the building that climbed so high and illuminated the lobby with sunlight. She’d never seen anything so spectacular. “Isn’t it amazing?” Little Johnny Boy murmured. Yes. Dani was lost for words. “When we get through, I’m taking you to New York City. The skyscrapers are even taller than these ones. You can actually touch the clouds.” “You’re messing with me!” she gasps. “Nope.” He pops the p. “Scouts honour.” “Scouts - what?” “Never mind.” He shrugs. “I’ll explain later.” They find the waiting area quick enough. It’s just up ahead where around six other littles are seated. They head for the desk. “Name?” The guard asks and it’s the same spiel. The woman’s eyes flicker from the faces on the paper to their own and back to her screen. She freezes, staring at Dani a moment longer than she is comfortable with. Dani can feel herself holding her breath but can’t find it within herself to let go because time seems to creep by until they are given back the papers. “Your names will be called shortly. Wait over there.” They can feel the woman’s eyes on their backs as they make their way to where the others are seated but they can’t do anything. Instead, the littles make small talk. Dani detested small talk. “Hiya!” A curly haired woman greets them as they sit down across from her. “Golly, it sure is early. I think I’m running on three cups of coffee right now.” “Is that so?” Little Johnny Boy says. “You betcha. They’ve got a little coffee stand around the corner. It tastes like piss but it gets the job done.” She didn’t need to say anymore because that was confirmation enough of a spiked drink. The number one rule growing up was never to accept any drink from an Amazon because instead of sugar, laxatives were their sweetener of choice. Now glancing around, it is disheartening to see the many others with steaming mugs and Dani knows that they’ve got no shot at making it through. “Were you here on vacation?” “Oh no.” The lady shakes her head. “I’m a researcher with the University of Michigan. I’m writing my thesis on the anthropology of Amazonian culture. It’s quite fascinating stuff I must say!” Is that right? Dani scowls. The woman couldn't seem to stop talking. “I’m most interested in the power imbalance. You know in our world where inequalities fall to race or class, it’s all about size here. I was tempted to see what it really was like to be put back in diapers,” she whispers the last part, “for the research and all.” Is this woman crazy? Dani doesn’t know if she was stupid or had a death wish and can just barely stop herself from rolling her eyes. So many mistakes could just be avoided if people just used common sense. “We just have to get through here and we are in the clear. It’s a piece of cake now. We’re all potty-trained aren’t we, haha?” They don’t find that very funny because Dani, well, was not. Good thing she’d used the bathroom before leaving the house but her bladder was weak and sooner rather than later she would have to again. She just hoped it was once they were through the portal. “You really must try this coffee,” the woman continues when they don’t respond. “It should win an award for worst coffee ever.” “Oh we believe you.” Dani could feel herself starting to become antsy. It had been almost thirty minutes. It was a short time later that the lady was called through the double doors and she had yet to come back out… just like everyone else. The others in the waiting area had slowly dwindled away, replaced by wide-eyed hopeful newcomers and thirsty coffee drinkers. Dani wished they could warn them but it was not their place and the less attention the better. “We’re ok.” Little Johnny Boy soothed, placing a gentle touch to her bouncing knee. “It’s been too long.” “This is typically how appointments work.” He was saying that to mostly reassure himself. Little Johnny Boy was also getting restless. To the left where they had entered the building were two stationed guards, another stood in front of the door where everyone had disappeared through and then there was the Amazon at the desk. If they wanted to leave, there was no possible way now - that is, undiapered and free. “Why do I feel like this is a trap?” “Because it is.” Dani huffed. OoOoo It feels like an eternity before their names are called. Dani is summoned first. It is almost impossible to part from Little Johnny Boy but with an encouraging look, she breaks away. “It’ll be fine,” he mouthed. “You got this.” But did she? She rubs at her eye. There’s a twitch that won’t go away and her stomach is beginning to grumble. She’s hungry. “Chloe Brennan?” A tall, large breasted woman guides her into the tiny bare room. There was only a metal table, a regular chair and a highchair (no doubt for her). “Let’s get you settled, sweetie.” The blonde lady gleamed. Large hands slip beneath her armpits without warning and she’s lifted into the air and dropped into the comfy seat. It reminded her of home. Of Abby. She missed Abby… “It sure is early for you to be up,” the lady officer commented sitting across from her so they were face to face. “My name is Officer Hannah. It’s what my name tag says. Can you read these letters?” Her voice is sugary sweet and Dani can see the familiar glossed over look in her eyes. Of course, she could read. Instead, Dani simpers and her voice raises an inappropriate octave. “Yes, ma’am.” “What good manners!” Blah! Dani struggles to keep the smile on her face but her cheeks begin to hurt. “To start, I am just going to ask you a few questions. If you can't answer that’s A-okay! Just try your best sweetie, ok?” “Yes, Ma’am.” She was going to puke from all the love in the air. The officer looked down at a clipboard that Dani was sure she didn’t need and as much as the Little strained her neck, she was unable to see what was written down. “Very well. The first question is: what is your favorite color?” That’s it? Dani frowns. She’d prepared herself for hard hitting bombardments that were meant to crush her soul and break her spirit. She didn’t expect was that. The woman paused, smiling brightly as if it were some great big surprise. “I-uhm-what?” Dani stumbles over her words. The officer tuts her lips. “Does someone need to turn their listening ears on?” “N-no, Ma’am.” Dani blushes. She fiddles with her fingers, unable to ignore the spreading warmth in her chest. Dani didn’t like to be chastised but her maternal tone ignited something in her that she couldn’t suppress. Focus, Dani! Her mind hissed. She shakes her head, attempting to clear the encroaching fog. “I- I like pink.” Dani says what the Amazon wants to hear and that’s the key to winning their game. You have to play right into the palm of their hands. The more they complied, the more likely they were to let them go. “Pink is a very pretty color for a little girl - sorry, adult - like you!” The officer giggles, writing something down in her notes. “Next is question is… what is your favorite animal?” Animal? Dani’s eyebrows couldn’t have raised higher into her hairline. “Pony.” Her jaw clenched shut. “Ponies are very cute-almost as cute as you!” She thought she was cute. This time, her lips twitch up into a smile despite her warring mind telling her it wasn’t really a compliment. “Did you make many friends during your stay in Amazonia?” Dani shrugs. “Words, honey. Use your words.” “Yeah, I guess. Everyone was really nice.” “Well, where are they now?” Chloe Brennan’s friends were probably brainwashed in a crib somewhere including herself. “Oh you know… probably still exploring.” “And you were tired of exploring?” It’s silent for a moment as Dani thinks of a response. Alisha said less was better. The more they elaborate on the story, the more questions there would be that they would be unable to answer. Dani clears her throat but doesn’t get the chance to speak. “Are you thirsty, dear?” Concern coats the Amazon’s voice. “My oh my, I didn’t think to offer you anything to eat or drink! You probably haven’t even had breakfast.” The lady reaches down to the ground where she sits back up with a juice box in her hand. Dani was Pavlov’s dog personified, unable to stop the immediate flood in her mouth at the sight of the sugary drink. Abby never let her have juice and Dani has to stop herself from making grabby hands. The fog was getting thicker. “Here you are, dear.” Officer Hannah chirps, sticking the straw through the hole and places it on the plastic tray in front of her. “Take a sip. You’ll feel much better. My girls just love ApplePunch.” It was called ApplePunch because it was a punch to the stomach. Full of incontinence drugs and addictive substances, it was meant to render a Little incontinent and would leave them unable to stay away from its dangerous effects. One sip and Dani would be hooked. That must be what happened to the others that came before her. “I-I’m not very thirsty -” “Nonsense.” “My dentist says not to have too many sweets-” “Well, your dentist is not in the room, are they?” ”But-“ ”Drink.” Her firm tone left no more wiggle room for argument and Dani could only be grateful that she hadn’t been called out for ‘talking back’ yet. The viscous voice at the back of her mind squeals in delight but the logical part of her brain was still in control… for now. Dani reaches forward gripping the juice in her hand and takes a tentative sip. It’s heaven in her mouth. Before Dani knows it, she has taken another sip and another. “Arghhh!” The Little groans two minutes later when the box has gurgled to a finish. “I bet you don’t have that in Omaha.” Officer Hannah comments. Dani finds herself shaking her head in response. She can feel herself drifting up into the clouds and knows the antidote is quickly fading. But she can’t stop herself now. “What is Omaha like?” As her brows furrowed together and lips pucker, she tilts her head. They went over all the information this morning. “Farms… rural.” Dani repeats what she was told but it was becoming hard to remember. Little Johnny Boy said to stay focused but it was hard. “Not much out there then.” “No.” “It must be crazy seeing Amazonia then. It’s a big change, especially from your - what do you and your husband do again?” “What we do?” She squeaks. It’s impossible to stay still and focused because of her rumbling belly and Dani knows it is only a matter of time. “We, um, we-” Think, Dani, think! What the hell did they do? She’d forgotten how difficult it was being a grown up. Everything was so much more complicated. She didn’t like to think. “We…” she swallows. “We work.” “Work?” The officer’s lips twitch. “Is this a pretend work? Just like your pretend husband?” “N-no,” Dani stumbles over her words. “We-I-is’impor’an-” “What’s more important than playing with your dollies and making big messy presents in your diapee for your mommy and daddy?” Dani is unable to speak back because a grumbling ache attacks her lower abdomen and she’s clutching her tummy in distress. A few tears spring from her eyes and she groans, “pleaseeee! Imma big giwl!” “If you are a big girl then you will tell me the truth. Who are you really? Our facial recognition scanner picked up some discrepancies in your appearance. You’re not Chloe Brennan.” Dani gasps for air, clutching at her side as sharp stabbing pains penetrate her body. She needs to push! She needs to poop! Suddenly the door barges open and a brown skinned man has appeared with a desperate look in his eyes. “Hughes!” He exclaimed. “Rodgers?” She gaped. “What the hell? We’re in the middle of something - “ “No time.” He’s breathless. “There has been a security breach. The computers have been hacked, everything is down.” “Wha-what about all the Littles? What about her?” Dani is in too much discomfort to really understand or care about what is going on. She just needed to use the bathroom. ”Let me deal with this one. They need you on the fourth floor.” OoOoo Dani didn’t know if this was luck, an eerie coincidence or part of the plan but she didn’t have time to question which one it was because the mess she was about to make was too large for her training panties to hold. “Let me get you down.” The officer - Rodgers - huffed but Dani had other plans. She needed to find the bathroom. As soon as her feet were on the floor, in a moment of quick thinking, Dani was out the door. “Hey! Wait!” Rodgers yelled after her. “I’m on your side!” Dani didn’t know what side he was talking about and she was too quick. All she got was a flash of the waiting area and Little Johnny Boy’s surprised face. Turning a corner where guards once stood, she didn’t know where she was going, only that she needed to find a diaper or something! But she was lost. A whine escaped her lips and she wished for her paci. Her fingers were not a great alternative but as her thumb inched for her mouth, it was the only option. Another cramp wrecks her stomach as she doubles over. As her knees bent down into a low squat, Dani knows the fight is over. However, she didn’t feel scared, only relieved. This is what little girls do. They make big messy presents for their mommies and daddies just like Officer Hannah said. But Mommy wasn’t here right now. She wasn’t anywhere. “Dani?” A voice yells somewhere in the didstance. It catches her attention momentarily. She is forced to look up and that's when she sees Little Johnny Boy running in her direction with Officer Rodgers in suite. She is prepared to run (more like waddle) again but Little Johnny Boy pleads with her. “Don’t run… please.” “Bu-but,” she whimpers. “Poopy. I need to make poopy!” They catch up to where she is squatting and Little Johnny Boy kneels in front of her. “We’ve got diapers for you here,” he gestures to one of the large bags in his hand. “You don’t need to run. Not like last time.” Last time? Her face scrunches up in confusion. Everything was really blurry right now. Nothing made a lot of sense. “Everyone Is preoccupied with the hack. We’ve got about five minutes until the power goes out and the portal is temporarily shut down.” Rodgers’ said, standing watch. “And then we’re set to go?” “As set as we could be.” He sighed. “There is currently only one guard at the portal right now. He’ll be easy enough to distract.” Dani is laying on her back now as Little Johnny Boy expertly tapes the diaper around her waist in no time. “I’m getting deja vu,” he smiled. “Only this time I caught up to you.” Dani is supposed to understand what he is saying but there are blanks in her mind that she can’t pull forward. Besides, she was more focused on the fact that this man she liked was currently putting her in a diaper. But in the end, she supposed it didn’t matter because because with her life so up in the air recently, nothing seemed to faze her. The Little doesn’t waist anytime. As soon as the puffy padding is on her body, she lets out one big push and her mind and body is gone to the wind. A brown lump hangs from her backside and bladder is released in a flood. She stands up satisfied with herself and can’t help but exclaim, “Uppies! Uppies!” The Amazon and Little share a look at her outstretched arms. Rodgers shrugs to Little Johnny Boy. “It would be faster to carry both of you actually. They’ve probably already figured out that something is up.” “Fine.” Little Johnny Boy relents. Dani squeals with joy as they are lifted into the air and both situated in one arm each. She can feel her fresh warm mess press into every nook and cranny of her skin but doesn’t pay any heed. The hall is long and wide and confusing and everything looks the same but after two corners, one flight of stairs and through automated double doors, they come to a large room. It looked like an airport with the different doors and gates for the planes but there were no planes and no exit on the other side. Just dark holes that seemingly went nowhere. “Rodgers?” A man sits up at the sight of the three of them. “What have you got there?” He was a weedy man with a head too large for his skinny build. He hesitates, glancing over the trio, trying to work out what was going on. “Chief needs you outfront.” Rodgers lied. “Chief said to stay down here.” “Well, he’s saying something different now-” “No he’s not. Dude, what… what's going on?” the man stands up now from the stool. His hand moves to the radio at his hip. “The processing center for the Littles is down the hall.” “Oh, I know.” “Rodgers-“ “You’re going to have to forgive me for this.“ “What?” The two littles are placed to the ground and in one swift movement, Officer Rodgers has drawn an object from the waistband of his pants and points it directly at the man. Startled, his hands flew up in surrender, eyes widening. They flicker back and forth between the device and Rodgers. “Dude, you don’t have to do this,” his voice trembled. “Whatever it is you are doing, I c-can help you-“ He doesn’t have a chance to finish because the sound of a loud bang echoes throughout the building. Letting out a scream, Dani is pushed down to the ground. A warm body lays on top of her and she twists around to find Little Johnny Boy with a fierce expression on his face. They look to where the bang came from, surprised to find Rodgers and the other officer unconscious on the ground with darts lodged firmly in their backs. Dani can’t help the scared tears that stream down her cheeks as Little Johnny Boy yanks her to her feet. They are not alone. Almost two dozen Amazons flood the room and they are coming right their way. Alisha and Therese said there was a chance the plan would fail but Little Johnny Boy hadn’t wanted to believe it would. But here they were with their only ally unconscious against a swarm of angry Amazons, a regressed Little and the exit is right in reach. “Dani, you’re going to need to help me-” “Hewp?” “Yes!” He nodded. “I’m going to lift you on my shoulders and you’re going to press that big red button. Can you do that? It’s the only way away from the bad guys.” “O-okay!” She sniffled. He would like to believe that she was not as gone as once was. Dani is able to follow his directions as he lifts her into the air with surprising ease. “Now!” Little Johnny Boy screams. Her hand comes crashing down and it takes less than a second for the portal to come to life. A loud whizzing sounds and without a thought, Little Johnny Boy surges forward not fearing what is on the other side. OoOoo Author’s Note: Hey all! Here’s another chapter! I always love to hear what you all think so don’t be afraid to comment! I hope to update again soon but until then happy reading!
  4. Chapter 22: “The plan is fucked.” “Language.” Therese lightly chided. Little Johnny Boy rolls his eyes. “The plan is screwed.” “Much better.” “Thanks.” He deadpans. “How are we to make it through the portal crossing if Dani begins to slip? You know how much more strict they’ve gotten in recent years.” The Little and Amazon talk in the kitchen away from Dani who currently was on her back in the living room, sucking on her toes. A steady stream of drool ran down her chin and she stared off in the distance with nothing but an empty look in her eye. The antidote had lasted for just over an hour before she regressed once more and the fear of messing too badly with her mind stopped them from giving a second dose. All of the side effects still weren’t completely known so they needed to tread carefully. “You just need to make it to the crossing point. Then our people will take over.” “Who?” “We’ve got eyes and ears everywhere.” Therese didn’t elaborate and for the first time, Little Johnny Boy was beginning to realize that perhaps the operation was larger in life than he had realized. However, the possibility for something to go wrong was too great. The crossing was an impenetrable fortress surrounded by towering iron wrought steel gates, security with large guns stationed outside, more just inside the doors and cameras always watching. It was all supposedly in the protection and safety of cross-dimensional travel but every Little knew what it was really for: them. They couldn’t have Little’s escaping to freedom because who would be left to fulfill Amazon’s fucked up fantasies? “We’re all depending on you tomorrow.” Therese murmured. “You’ve been preparing for this for years now.” “I’ve been preparing others,” he disagreed. “I never thought I would actually go home.” The heavy feeling sank deeper into his stomach as Little Johnny Boy tried to make sense of what they were about to attempt. Opening the file, there is an image of a man. It is his own face but this man, whoever he is, was not him. The words on the next pages could have been a foreign language because it all went right over his head. “Do you want to go over it one last time?” Therese asked but she didn’t need to because his face said it all. They start from the top. His cover was of a man called Thomas Bentley. An engineer from Upstate New York who was returning home successfully unregressed after a two week trip to Amazonia with his girlfriend, Chloe Brennan. He had an elderly mother and father in a nursing home, a brother he didn’t speak to and a job he couldn’t have despised more in the world. It was straight forward really. They just had to show all the necessary documents and do a good enough job convincing that they were mature, responsible adults. But that was easier said than done. Dani posed a challenge - well several, actually. The regression antidote didn’t work for long so they had no clue how much time they’d have before she regressed again and one sight at a whining little would have them immediately carted off to the adoption center. But if Therese was serious that there were people really on their side, maybe they had a chance and Little Johnny Boy did not want to get his hopes up because he’d been let down too many times. “Why don’t we all get to bed,” Therese sighed as they slumped back in their seats at the dining room table. “We’ve got an early morning tomorrow.” Little Johnny Boy nodded, glancing at the clock which was a little past ten. “That sounds like a plan. Six am sharp?” ”You bet. Now head to bed. I’ll get Dani sorted.” Therse said and he didn’t need to be told twice. OoOoo That night he dreamt like he never had before. He dreamt of home, his mother and father, and the day his life changed forever. Vivid images, bright and surreal and all too real. That’s how Little Johnny Boy found himself waking up with a startle, nearly falling off the couch and attempting to catch his breath. He leaned his elbows on his knees, rubbing at his tired eyes. It was still dark out and he could hear the sound of soft snoring coming from down the hall. Checking the time, it was only half past three but he was wide awake. His heart hammered in his chest, thinking back to his brother, Callum. He didn’t do it often because it was much too painful to bear. They were inseparable growing up despite their three year age difference and to John, his older brother was paramount to God. That’s how much he revered him. He remembered their last conversation. It was a freezing day, the middle of December and his brother was sick in bed with the flu and that’s when he offered him the once in a lifetime trip. John remembers holding the slip of paper in hand that read Los Angeles to Amazonia. Two week round trip. “Dude, are you serious? You guys have been planning this trip for over a year!” John gasped. “Riley’s not going?” “She's too sick,” Callum sighed. “You know she’d go if she could.” It’s true. She wouldn’t cancel for anything even if she were on his deathbed and that’s what left John so confused. “She’s absolutely beat and what’s the point of having spent all this money if she’s just going to spend it puking her guts out in the hotel?” “But -“ “But nothing.” John could hear her cough from the other room, so hard that her whole body rattled with weakness. “She wouldn’t want anyone else to have her ticket but you. You’ve got everything going right for you right now - you and Eva are perfect together, the promotion at work… we want you to have this. You deserve something special.” “You sure about this dude?” “Never been more sure. Besides, when is the last time we’ve had a bros trip?” It was only several days later John and Callum were on their way to the Amazonian Consulate - the entrance point across dimensions. He remembers his hand cramping from the numerous documents they had to sign and it bothered him now that he hadn’t paid closer attention to any of them or the strange questions from the dimension crossing guards. “Are you potty trained?” “Have you had an accident in the near recent past?” “Do you require the use of diapers, pullups or any other accident prevention material?” “Have you required the aid of a caregiver within the last decade or so? The questions went on and on and they were too antsy to get a move on to actually question why they were asking them these sorts of things. He didn’t even think to push the guard at the portal crossing when he said, “God bless you. You’re going to need it.” By the time it processed in his mind, there was no time to press him for more information because it was their turn to cross through. And so they did. Little Johnny Boy doesn’t remember falling back asleep but the next time he opens his eyes, sunshine is pouring in through the windows and in front of his face, almost nose to nose, is a certain girl with very blonde hair. “Fuck!” He yelps. Little Johnny Boy jumps backwards at the sight of her. Rubbing his eyes, he takes a closer look and realizes with a shock that it’s Dani. She stands on her tiptoes and a scowl plays at her lips. “Took you long enough to wake up,” The sound of her voice, all mature, has him sighing in relief. He places his hand over his heart. “You’re… yourself now?” The word normal was on the tip of his tongue but that felt a bit rude. Dani nods. “Therese gave me another dose of the antidote. She’s hoping that since I’ve taken it a couple times now, it will last longer. We just need to make it through the crossing.” “What time is it? When are we going?” “Half past six.” His eyes nearly bug out of his head. “And we’re going as soon as you are dressed and ready.” He hadn’t even heard his alarm go off! Little Johnny Boy stumbles from the couch to the floor. Forgetting the fact that he was just in boxers, he hastily fished his pants from off the ground. “Oh don’t be such a baby,” Dani snickered. “It’s nothing I haven’t seen before.” “Not helping.” He glares at her. She sighs. “Therese thought you could use a little extra time to sleep. We’ve got everything together and are good to go whenever you are.” That was a bit comforting to hear but still he didn’t like being late. “When did you even dye your hair? Yesterday it was red.” “Right after you went to bed. Therese decided to do it last night.” “You look better red.” She laughs. “I know, but that’s what everyone is expecting.” Her freckles were gone too. Painted over with makeup and Therese dressed her in a professional turquoise pantsuit, her hair fell straight down to the small of her back and he noticed with surprise that there is not the familiar lumpy curve to her bottom. She catches him staring, cheeks tinted pink. “Therese put me in training panties. We’re hoping it should be enough to get us through.” “What if they decide to check?” “Let’s hope they don’t.” Yes. Let’s hope they don't. For the first time, Dani actually looked like the age she was meant to be. Mature. Professional. He could picture them together, side by side, as a normal couple and Little Johnny Boy only hoped that she felt the same. He realizes that he has been staring at her longer than is socially appropriate as she clears her throat. “I’m going to run over our cover story one more time with Therese. We’ll head when you are ready.” OoOoo Chloe Brennan. Age twenty-seven. From Omaha, Nebraska - wherever the heck that was. The document was real, taken from a current traveler who would be in a pickle when attempting to return to the portal world (if she even made it through the journey). Now, staring at the blonde girl in the picture, she felt almost bad about stealing her identity but they had no other choice. They looked close enough alike to pass off as each other and that was all they needed. “Tell me again,” Dani gulped. “What if the antidote runs out before it’s time?” “You’ll be fine. One of our agents will step in before that happens.” “What if someone recognizes me?” “That’s why you are going in armed.” Dani’s body shuddered with nerves, thinking of the hidden flash bombs in the form of makeup products within her purse. They weren’t meant to seriously injure rather stun temporarily in order for them to make their escape if such a need should occur. They only brought with them backpacks with a few clothes and prized possessions they couldn’t dare part with but it was mostly all for show. It would look strange showing up with nothing and the fewer questions the better. “Do you have any further questions before we go?” Dani is silent, fiddling with her fingers and her gaze intently focused on the ground. She whispers, “what’s the portal world like?” Therese doesn’t know how to explain. She doesn’t have the words to adequately describe what a truly mysterious place it is, how free Dani will be and Littles like her. “Magical,” she settles. “Truly magical. There is nowhere else like it.” Dani begins to open her mouth again, prepared with another question but doesn’t get the chance because the sound of someone knocking on the door has them freezing in place. Little Johnny Boy appears beside Dani, both littles looking anxiously up at Therese. “Wait here.” She says and heads for the door. Without thinking, Dani takes Little Johnny Boy’s hand in hers. It’s warm, slightly clammy, but she doesn’t pull away and if anything, Little Johnny Boy just tightens his grasp. But, they soon come to realize that there is no reason to be afraid because the sound of the voice on the other side has Little Johnny Boy sprinting for the door. ”Alisha!” he exclaimed. Stopping short at the woman standing before them, it’s only a second before he’s rushed forward and is jumping into her arms. Dani has followed and hides slightly behind Therese. Gazing up at the large woman as she’s ushered inside, brown eyes meet green. “Did you really think I was going to let you go without me?” Twenty minutes later, they were packed in the car and pulling out of the driveway. It was silent on the journey to the embassy. Little Johnny Boy hadn’t been able to let go of Alisha and it had taken all their strength to pry the Little away from the Amazon. She remembers him crying at the house. “I thought I’d never see you again!” Anybody who questioned their relationship would very obviously now see how pure and platonic it was. It made Dani wonder about herself and Abby, if anything they had was real. Why did it have to be the way it was? She almost felt bad for stealing him away from Alisha but the Amazon had clearly stated that it was for the best and Little Johnny Boy knew that too but he needed time to grieve. They all did it in their own ways. OoOoo Now, as Dani peered out the window and the towering skyscrapers came into view, the trepidation grew. Her stomach was queasy and the clothes felt awkward on her skin. They needed to show the guards that they were mature, responsible Littles who didn’t need diapering or an extended (permanent) stay in Amazonia. Little Johnny Boy was dressed similarly in a smart jacket, jeans and polo shirt. They looked like ordinary tourists on their way back home. No hint of immaturity in sight. That is, Dani had just to keep her wits about her for the next hour or so. An alert had been put out just an hour ago for Dani. A Little alert. The police deduced that she had been kidnapped and they did not suspect Alisha or anyone else. That was a good thing and a bad thing because while they were still in the clear, there would also be heightened security. Everyone was on the lookout for her. But Therese had done such a good cover up job that she was almost unrecognizable. They’d have to be paying serious attention to notice the odd details. “We’re almost there,” Alisha turned around, glancing at the two of them in the booster seats. “You’re clear on what the plan is? And what to do if something goes wrong?” “Yes.” They gulped, sharing a nervous glance. But Dani had to be brave… for Little Johnny Boy, Alisha, and the entirety of Operation Underground. They were all depending on her. “We are.” Dani steeled herself this time, certain of her response. She had to be. They parked across the street from the embassy. It was busy outside, full of Amazon’s in business suits with briefcases and fancy dresses going in and out of the buildings. There were a few littles, not without the presence of the Giants and Dani could feel a nervous twinge in her bladder. Her thighs squeezed tightly together. She couldn’t afford to have an accident now. “It’s time to say goodbye.” They stand outside and move away from Alisha and Little Johnny Boy to give them space as they embrace in a tearful goodbye. Therese kneels down to give a quick but firm hug to Dani and rests her hand on her shoulder. “We’ve been watching over you since you were born. The way you’ve grown so much, overcome every hurdle… your parents would be proud of you, Vera and Parker, and we are proud of you. I can already tell that you are going to do great things.” “Can you promise me something?” Dani whispers, fighting back the tears brimming in her eyes. “Anything.” “Save my parents and my friends… Olivia, Carly, all of them. Help them escape, wherever they are. That’s all I want.” “Done.” Dani is ashamed to admit that she hadn’t thought of them as much as she should have with everything going on. Olivia was still in Abby’s clutches and her parents… God knows what they are going through. They may have been already lost to the system but that didn’t mean she would just give up on them. They wouldn’t give up on her. Little Johnny Boy hadn’t given up on her and now she is in a position to fight back and make real change. Dani is unable to hold back the tears and they come pouring down her cheeks. “You are brave and you are strong. Don’t let anyone tell you differently, Daniella. Show them who you are.” OoOoo Author’s Note: Hey all! As promised, here is another chapter!! For all of those celebrating, Happy Father’s day, I love to see your comments, and stay tuned for another chapter!
  5. Chapter 21: “Say it again.” “It’s January. Six months have passed since… well, since Abby did this to you.” “And you.” “I’m sorry.” “Are you, really?” She’d passed out again, shorter this time around, and Therese worried it was a negative side effect from the tapes but the girl just seemed to be stressed beyond belief and that’s what was causing the fainting spells. Still though, it could not have been healthy the amount of times she’d fallen unconscious and Therese was eager to prevent a third time. That’s why she dove in head first, breaking the news before she gave the Little a chance to panic again over every unknown. So far, it was going better than she’d expected and hoped it would stay that way. Dani was still fearful of her presence and she doubted that would change for a while but at least as she was sitting up and talking… and breathing. “The plan was - “ “I know the plan. You’ve explained it a hundred times.” She snapped. Immediatly, the Little had realized what she had done, going white in the face and flinching back into the headboard awaiting the harsh repercussions that would come. But none did. “I’m not going to hurt you, Dani. I told you that before. Your frustration and anger is understandable as you’ve lost six months of your life. Anyone would be the same. Yell at me all you want. I’m a big girl. I can take it.” Therese softly laughed to herself at the last part, thinking how the tables had turned. Dani still remained hesitant, not removing her eyes from her face but Therese was relieved to see the way her shoulders loosened. Her body sagged against the pillows revealing her true exhaustion. She didn’t do any of that knowing it was pointless to argue. It would get them nowhere and she would be left feeling just as helpless as before. Instead, she asked, “Why would she do this to me?” There is no wondering who the “she” is and it was a simple question - one that weighed a thousand pounds and Therese did not have an answer. Dani continued, seemingly talking to herself, and Therese felt awkward as if she was intruding on a private conversation but couldn’t find it within herself to leave the girl alone. Dani needed someone, even if couldn’t admit it just yet. “I loved her - I still do - and I hate that I can't, you know, stop. She did this to me and I still care about her.” That is not what Therese expected to hear and she struggles for the right words and to maintain a straight face knowing that she must choose her words carefully. “It’s normal to feel this way. You were together for a long time. She gained your trust. How were you supposed to know this was going to happen?” How was she supposed to know? What kind of question is that? Dani quirks a brow, scoffing to herself and shaking her head. She’d dropped her guard, ignoring the billion warnings screaming in her face. The warnings that stood in front of her, calling her the biggest idiot known to man and made her question whether she was just some stupid Little. It made her question whether Abby had ever truly cared about her. Was she just an object for her amusement all along? Or a companion, a daughter, something more? Dani wasn’t sure if she would ever know. “What can I do for you?” Therese whispers. She reaches out a hesitant hand and Dani stills, eyeing the gesture in mistrust, but doesn’t move away when her hand rests on her ankle. There are still a lot of questions unanswered and the unknown was scary but time was precious and the clock was already counting down. Therese thinks she is not going to speak again but her cheeks turn crimson. Fiddling with her fingers in her lap, she whispers. “I need the po - bathroom.” Oh yes! How could she have forgotten? Her diaper must be soaked through by now and it couldn’t have been comfortable. The Amazon apologizes and helps the Little to the ground from off of the bed. She points to a door across the room. “The bathroom is right through there. We’re at one of our safe houses so we have Little accommodations. There’s a stepstool to get up onto the toilet and sink and diapers beneath the sink. I’ll help you - “ “I don’t need help!” She snaps. “And I don’t need diapers.” This was common and expected. It was a sort of phase that rescued Littles went through, wanting to declare their independence before they were ready. They wanted to reclaim the little control they could and an Amazon - even their saviour - was the last person they were going to listen to. “I know you are, eager,” she said for a lack of a better word, “to be yourself again but there’s still a lot we need to work on. The de - hypnosis we used still has a lot of unknowns and you could slip back into your headspace at any time -” “Well how long has it lasted before?” Therese does not pay heed to the interruption. “Studies have shown a few hours at the most, sometimes not even that.” It wasn’t long. Hardly enough time to do what they needed to do. “Well, I’ll make sure I don’t slip again and I’ll just make myself not pee!” If only it was that easy… Therese let out a long sigh, shaking her head as she explained, “Like it or not, you are incontinent and have been for the better part of six months. You need diapers. Plus, your mobility is extremely limited and I’d rather we go slow and not take any risks. You don’t want to hurt yourself further, do you?” “I don’t care,” Dani whines while crossing her arms over her chest and Therese can see the few tears spring to her eyes. “I don't want to be a baby!” Red splotches litter her pale skin and she moves to suckle her thumb without thinking. The urge was an ingrained action because even though she was released from the regression, the damage to her brain and body was already done and it would take a long time to bring her back to her former self. It wasn’t really funny but Therese had to keep the smile off her face because the juxtaposition was too great. She couldn’t have looked any more childish than she did right now with her soggy diaper and whining tone. “I’m a big girl! I am!” Therese knew it was pointless to argue and from experience, sometimes it was best to let the Littles learn for themselves. “Alright, if you say so…” she drawled, pausing at her triumphant grin at her faux win but the Amazon knew it wouldn’t be long until she was crying for help. “Let’s go,” Therese said, helping her down from the bed and watched knowingly as she toddled off to the bathroom. OoOoo Twenty minutes later, the Amazon was right. Before she knew it, a cry of help sounded from behind the closed door. “Am I ok to come in?” She’d asked with her hand on the knob as Dani’s broken voice came from the other side. “Y-yes.” She had a hint of what she expected to find but what she’d actually saw was not what she thought at all. The Little stood to the side of the toilet with tear streaked cheeks and a runny nose. She was naked from the waist down, the dirty diaper tossed to the side and a puddle at her feet. Therese could clearly tell the toilet had not been used and the Little would not meet her questioning gaze, instead looking at the tiled floor with the tips of her fingers at her lips. She knew what happened. It was obvious. But Therese needed Dani to say it for herself. She needed Dani to want her help and not accept it begrudgingly. After decades of experience with Littles, Therese knew it was the right call because Dani mumbled, “I - I went po - wet myself.” “That’s alright, Dani. We all have accidents.” Her face was so red that Therese could practically feel the head radiating from her body. Acceptance couldn’t be gained without at least a semblance of acknowledgement. It was important to reinforce that the Little was not at fault for any wrongdoings and that they were in control. “I - I almost made it to the toilet b-but I sat down and - and all of a sudden it was weally scaw-scary because of the potty monster and Mama - Abby always holds me when I scawed.” It broke her heart to see Dani this broken and Therese thought of the pair as a toxic relationship. No matter how much Abigail had broken Dani down, she knew that Dani would go crawling back to her given the chance. She still loved her and maybe there was a part of Abigail that had once been good but it had been taken over by a selfish greed and there was no coming back from that. “Let me help you, darling.” Therese sighed, kneeling down to her level so that they were eye to eye. “I bet it was really scary and we can work on this together. But you need to let me help you. Can you do that?” Her tone was low and soothing and Dani felt herself unknowingly drawn towards the woman and she couldn’t explain the feeling. It was scary. Everything was. Dani didn’t remember the last six months. Where memories were stored in her brain there was nothing but a blank space and the Little was anxious to fill in the details. When the television flickered off, it was as if a blindfold had been lifted up from her eyes, it was as if she had just woken up from the most satisfying nap of her entire life. You know the kind where you just sink into the mattress, the blankets engulf you fully and your pillows are perfectly fluffy and warm. It's a kind of sleep where you don’t worry about waking up in the morning, the feeling that everything is as it should be. But it’s not. Not even close. Just imagine the scenario. You have forgotten to do the dishes, there is dirty laundry piling up in the corner of your messy room, the unpaid bill is due tomorrow; and your boss has just increased your hours which could be a good thing because that means more money, but at the same time you have the most important exam of the year coming up. You are cramming to study for it because you’ve been working over time to feed your bad spending habits because you are just a girl in college that wants to have fun while attempting to doge the crazy giant people that want to force you back into diapers because in their eyes, you are too immature. And maybe they are right. Dani is immature and maybe she does make bad decisions. But what twenty - something year old college student doesn’t? Too soon, reality sets in and the gravity of the situation is all too real. You wake up to a sore head and an aching stomach and the night before is nothing but a blur. You go to brush your teeth only to realize that there is no more toothpaste and your friends are sending you updates about things you did the night before that no one needs to remember; and the hangxiety hits at full force and that is when you find out from your landlord about your immediate eviction and think life can't get any worse. But it does… flashforward years in the future, oh, it has never been this bad before. Dani wishes that worrying about her drunken actions was the only problem she had in the world. But she can’t even use the toilet without sending herself into a tizzy, and the one person she trusted broke her in the worst way possible. How did Dani know if this new person was who she said she was? She’d trusted Abby and look at how that turned out…. But what other choice did she have? “Let me help you clean up and after we will talk everything over.” Therese softly urged, seeing the hesitation on her face. “Does that sound like a plan?” It did. Dani sighed and nodded her head knowing there was no way around this. Hesitantly she reached out her arms. All she wanted was a little bit of comfort and love. OoOoo Bathtime was quick. It was a big tub with a shower head above but after just mere minutes, her legs were as wobbly as a newborn fawn and she could no longer keep herself upright. She was only thankful that Therese was quick and thorough, never lingering in one spot for too long and before she knew it, she was already changed into a pair of baggy sweatpants and the comfiest sweatshirt imaginable. It was big but still meant for her size and looked to have belonged to a man at some point. “Many Littles have passed through here.” Therese commented as if she could read her thoughts. “Don’t your neighbors get suspicious?” Dani asked curiously. ”Not really,” Therese shrugged as they settled down in the living room and in her hands was a steaming mug of cocoa. Attempting to be discreet, she gave a little sniff, examining the drink to see if there was anything off about it. Therese could have slipped something in without her seeing and Dani did not want to take any risks. However, of course, she failed miserably. Sitting down beside her, Therese sighed. “I haven’t spiked your drink. Do you really think that low of me?” Dani feels an intense heat burst in her cheeks as her eyes flit away from her gaze quickly. “I don’t even know you.” “But you do.” “I can’t remember.” It’s true. Everything was all muddled in her brain as she tried to piece it together but how could she know what was reality and made up? Dani tries to take a sip but the mug trembles in her hands. It sloshes about spilling on her freshly changed clothes and her eyes are watering before she realizes. At the same time, a stream of pee is released in her diaper. She begins to cry. Therese is quick to action, taking the mug from her hands and placing it on the table. Without thinking, she scoops Dani up in her arms and begins to rock her gently and Dani doesn’t fight back. Instead, she feels as the Little releases a heavy breath, relaxing completely in her arms as Therese pats her wet diapered bottom. She hummed. “It’s going to be ok, sweetie. I know it’s scary right now but trust me, everything will work out in the end.” But even as Therese said that, she wished she could believe her own words. In all honest truth, Therese had never been more unsure in her entire life. “What can I do for you, Dani? I’ll do anything.” Slowly, her head lifts from her shoulder and Dani whispers, “Sl-sl-sweepy. W-wan’ nap.” Therese responds immediately, “Okay, darling. We can take a little nap.” The Little clung to her like a koala bear refusing she kept holding onto her as Therese tried to lay her down in the bed. Therese feared she was already slipping back into her headspace because the antidote only lasted a few hours at a time. But nonetheless, Therese and Dani settled in bed, patting her bottom as she dozed curled up to her chest fisting the collar of her shirt. The Little sucks on the fabric, obviously a replacement for her pacifier and Therese doesn’t have the heart to remove it. This is the most peaceful she’s been in the last several hours. So they lay there while Therese thinks over every possible thing that could go wrong tomorrow. Her phone buzzes then and sees a message from Alisha. Alisha: LPS has arrived. Abby’s throwing a raging fit. They don’t suspect us. Therese: We’re in the clear? Tricia: For now. Therese knew that they couldn’t catch them on security cameras because they’d mysteriously stopped working the day before and they couldn’t fault them for that. Alisha: The plan is still on for tomorrow? Therese: Yes. Two pm sharp. OoOoo When Dani slept, she dreamt of Little Johnny Boy. She remembered the night of the bachelorette party and the soft feel of his hands. Large and warm cupping her cheek, she could have sworn a purr sounded from her chest as she drunkenly nuzzled her face into his touch, greedily drinking in his scent - a mix of leather and oak. That was in the Before. When life was so much simpler - well, as simple as it could get for a Little. She remembered how beautiful he was and how much it hurt that she couldn’t have him for herself. As far as Abby was concerned, she was an adult as much as she would allow, which meant she wasn’t. But for the first time, Dani had felt her age. Even if it was just for one night, she experienced what it was to be a regular college age girl and was so incredibly angry for all that had been stolen. But Abby had the power to unlock every feeling in her body and when she found her outside, it all came pouring out and Dani was too confused to remain angry and the cycle would repeat. The anger would fade to sadness to confusion to complete submission because Abby knew just what to say and do to make her fold. She had never been in control. The next encounter with Johnny Boy was a bit hazier and she recalled the confusion of seeing the handsome man reduced to diapers but that didn’t change the butterflies in her stomach. She was still just as in love as the night before but that was the last time she saw him… that she could remember. That’s why now, Dani regarded him with a weary caution, awake and in the living room as her mind flipped between the need for her stuffy and answers because he so obviously knew stuff that she didn’t. He’d arrived when she was asleep at some point. Therese sat between them and Dani fought the urge to hide behind her body. Little Johnny Boy was the same as she remembered, sans diaper, and seemed just as awkward as her. “Hi.” He mumbled. “Hey.” She blushed. “D-do you remember me?” Of course. “Y-yeah.” She said instead. “O-oh, cool.” “Yeah.” It’s an awkward silence. Neither knows what to say and it’s Therese that breaks the tension. “You had no problems getting here?” She asks Little Johnny Boy. He shakes his head. “You know, just the usual.” “Good.” She sighs and takes a look at the two of them. “I suppose we should talk about tomorrow.” Tomorrow. The escape. Therese had mentioned it but not in detail, and Dani found it hard to concentrate for long periods of time. A lot of it had gone right over her head - like right now. “Does that sound good? Dani?” Shit. She’d zoned out… again. “I-I’m sorry. What was it you were saying?” “We need to get prepared for tomorrow,” Therese patiently explained. “The LPS have a look out for you so security will be heightened. You’ll need to be disguised - hair dyed, new name, backstory, everything. Are you up to talk about it now?” No. That’s what Dani wanted to say because she could feel herself begin to fade when the sun disappeared from the sky but this was imperative. It was now or never and sharing a knowing look with Little Johnny Boy, she knows he is thinking the same. OoOoo Author’s Note: Hello everyone! I am back!! 6. A/N: song is the tune of Itsy Bitsy Spider Short Story “Oopsy doopsy poopsies came out their Little tush. But there was nothing oopsy about them anymore! Their tummy grumbled and rumbled and they gave a great big push and their favorite diaper was full of stinky mush!” Soggy Froggy had a song for just about everything and you didn’t complain because Soggy Froggy was always right. These were your favorite diapers. Puffy and pink and perfectly waddle-able. You don’t know if waddle-able is a word but you couldn’t say walkable because walking was for big kids. You waddled or crawled or just rolled around on the ground and waited for Mommy when she was feeling extra hands on some days. And you didn’t mind because you were just a little baby. How were you expected to take care of yourself? Like right now for example. You groaned, feeling Mommy’s fingers at your little hole. Pushing and pushing, expanding and shrinking and swallowing up the thick pills. You think you may have taken three or four but can’t be sure because that is for Mommy to know and for you to just stay on your backside, knees curled up to your chest with your head in the clouds. Your tummy is hard and not rumbling and grumbling like Soggy Froggy said. You worry if you’re ever going to make another oopsy doopsy poopsy again. It’s never hurt like this before. Mommy always said you were a super duper pooper! An excellent role model for your stupid cousins who thought they didn’t need diapers (or need to poop). But they were just being silly. Everyone needed to poop because that's how you stayed healthy! Everyone just did it differently. Big girls like Mommy went poopsy on the potty because she was over ten feet tall but Littles like you wore diapers because you were too immature to make it to the potty and that’s just how it was being five feet. It sucked having Maturosis but then you remembered how lucky you were to have Mommy by your side, especially in times like this. You begin to cry babyish wails as the pain in your tummy increased and try to push but nothing comes out. It was scary and you nervously suck on your paci but Mommy seemed to know what to do. Taping shut the diaper around your waist, she rubbed your tummy in circles and it felt good at first but then suddenly it became hard and rough. You try to get away but the straps that hold you down to the changing table don’t let you move. “Don’t worry, baby.” She said. “It’ll all be over soon but this is what happens when you don’t make a poopsy for four days.” She kisses your tears away, pecking your nose, puffy pink cheeks and tickles, tickles, tickles your chubby tummy until you are laughing so hard a flood of pee fills your diaper and then the gurgling starts. It’s slow, building up in anticipation like a volcano spewing flames as several wet toots escape your bottom. You know it’s going to be a messy one as your tummy starts to go cu-clug, cu-clug, cu-clug. It grows in strength, becoming louder and stronger and you can feel the medicine working its magic as your bowels expand and suddenly your body clamps down and you begin to grunt. Eyes squeezed shut in concentration, Mommy runs her thumb along the little indent between your furrowed brows, holding your knees bent up your chest so you can’t try to curl up on your side and suddenly, that’s when you feel it. In one split second the floodgates have opened and you can feel the widening of your sphincter as the massive load slides out and you don’t even need to push, it just keeps coming.f “Ughhhh,” you groan as your head rolls to the side and hear the loud crinkle of padding as your diaper expands. It’s not the usual mudslide in your diaper but a thick log, firm and solid and you can just manage to spy the growing warm lump between your legs. What feels like hours is in reality only five minutes and by the time you are finished, you are huffing and puffing as if you have just finished a marathon. Mommy pats your damp forehead and you squirm uncomfortably as her other hand rests on your bottom. She begins to press and squeeze until your poopsy is squished against your skin, covering every nook and cranny as it creeps up your backside. Your nose wrinkles at the stench, although used to it for the last five years, it smells unbearably disgusting right now and you try not to gag. Mommy was doing this for a reason. She was doing this to remind of your place. That you were just a stupid helpless baby that made poopsies and peepee in your diapers and babbled at the sky without a thought in their head. You were a good baby who is supposed to what is told because you don’t know any better and Mommy knows best. That is why Mommy laughed, her voice like bells as she exclaims, “I think somebody is going to stay in their big stinky mess all day! That’ll teach you why good little girls and boys don’t hold back.” The tears begin to stream down your face as Mommy slips a strawberry printed diaper cover over your massive tush in a poor attempt to hide the mess. You are then carried to the living room and you already know what Mommy is going to do as she heads straight for the bouncer. Oh no. You gulp. She slips you in, legs going through the two holes and the saddle is just barely able to hold your overflowing diaper. You watch as Mommy disappears to the kitchen where she pulls a bag full of white thick delicious milk from the fridge and your mouth begins to water. Mommy knows what her milk does to you and after so long confined to this infantilized life, you are way past the point of fighting its effects. Maybe that’s why you had succumbed to babyhood so quickly or perhaps you realized that Mommy truly did love you and you were just being difficult. You bounce. Up. Down. Up. Down. You are unable to escape your messy reality as poopsy coats your velvety soft skin and Mommy comes back with a gallon sized bottle of milk. Unable to help yourself, you reach out immediately with grabby hands eagerly squealing in delight. “Baba! Baba!” Mommy removes your paci from your mouth and the nipple of the bottle quickly fills the empty space and you begin to suckle. Warmed, sweet and creamy liquid slides down your throat and fills your tummy with warmth but there is something different. Something grainy… You look to Mommy on the couch, flipping through the tv channels and know it is not your place to question her but can’t help but notice a bitter aftertaste that wasn’t normally there. “Mommy knows y/n still hasn’t gotten all of their poopsies out so you need a little extra medicine. Mommy made it just for you!” she firmly stated, massaging her sensitive breasts. Your brows furrow together, attempting to decipher what she meant when it hits you. Miralax. Uh-oh. But you have to drink. You don’t have a choice. That’s what Mommy said and Mommy’s word is final. She only wants what’s best for you. Finally, Mommy settles on a show and you’re absolutely ecstatic when you see the hopping green diapered frog. It’s your favorite! Soggy Froggy! You forget about the laxative filled bottle, suckling it down as Soggy Froggy ribbets to life singing a familiar song. “Oopsy doopsy poopsies came out the Little’s tush! But there was nothing oopsy about them anymore! Their tummy grumbled and rumbled and they gave a great big push and their favorite diaper was full of stinky mush!” And that’s when it started all over again. The grumbling, the rumbling and the smelly farts… and groaning, you know it was going to be a long day. OoOoo Author’s Note: Hey all! I know it’s been such a long time. I’m still writing A Little’s Life but have been swamped with assignments the last month and a half and have literally had no other time for anything than college. However, I thought that I would post a little story I wrote a long time ago that’s just been sitting in my drafts. I hope to update A Little’s Life soon (possibly in the next two weeks (don’t quote me on that)). I’m going to Italy next week for a much needed break so I promise after that, I hope to be updating more regularly at least until mid - April when final exams start 😭 But please enjoy this little one-shot in the meantime and I promise I’ll update soon! Happy reading!
  7. Chapter 20: “Mama?” “You’ll see Mama later, Dani.” Later. Okay. Her thighs squeezed together, twisting and turning against the tight straps of the car seat as the world zoomed on by. She had to pee. It’s not something she ever had to think about but right now it was on her mind and there was really no point in trying to hold it in because Dani was wearing a diaper and that ensured she could do whatever she wanted wherever she wanted but there was something stopping her. Dani didn’t know what. Her thumb inches its way toward her mouth, gaze shifting back and forth. She looks from the window to her lap to the curly haired Amazon behind the wheel, and then to the way her legs swung high up from off the ground. “We’re going to see Little Johnny Boy and another special friend. Isn’t that exciting?” The lady gasped big and that piqued her interest. Little Johnny Boy. A warm feeling burst in her chest at the thought of his name. She hadn’t seen him in a long time, okay, more like a few days but a few days felt like a lifetime to a person whose existence centered around the same monotonous routine everyday. His name is on the tip of her tongue and it evoked a strange emotion, something she couldn't even begin to describe, that made her feel all fuzzy and happy inside. Pink splotches littered her cheeks down to her neck and skin felt hot to the touch. “Are you blushing, Dani?” She laughed. Maybe - Yes. No! Ok, fine. Yes. Dani sighed and leaned her head against the car seat, kicking her feet in delight. “Someone has a crushhh!” the Amazon sang. Dani didn’t know what it meant but she seemed happy and that put her in a good mood and with every bout of laughter, her bladder leaked just a little bit more until there was a puddle in her pants. It took a moment to notice and she frowned at the sloshing between her legs. It was warm. Sodden. Heavy. Uncomfortable. Why was she okay with this? “Just a little longer, Dani. We’ll be there soon.” She looks up at the sound of her name, glancing out the window then as they exited off the highway into residential area and the skyline of the city faded in the distance. They’d been driving for nearly an hour and a half and if the silence was any sign, it was that they were still in the clear. The parents wouldn’t be by to pick up the Littles for another forty - five minutes and Tricia knew not to call the LPS until right before Abigail arrived, as to give her little to no chance to escape. Nobody knew that she had stolen the Little. No one knew she was even missing yet. This was good. It gave them time. Not much but it was better than nothing. That’s why it was a relief when they rolled to a slow, parking behind the black Subaru on the side of the road. They were surrounded by forest, the next house not for another few miles or so. This was the perfect opportunity. “Home?” Her voice squeaked out, laced with confusion because this didn’t look like home but Alisha didn’t respond which only made her more fidgety. Instead the tall Amazon got out of the car and Dani could just see in the distance another woman. A strange feeling tickled her brain because the woman seemed vaguely familiar but the Little couldn’t think of how and she didn’t dwell on it for too long. Dani watched their lips move, fast and confusing and they seemed just as frustrated as she felt… which was growing by the minute. But she didn’t have to wait for long, no more than five minutes as the new woman approached the car and the backseat opened. She smelt like freesia with a hint of lavender and stern but kind eyes. “We’re going on a little trip with Miss Therese. Isn’t that fun?” The Amazons’ movements were rushed, frenzied, yet not chaotic as she was transferred to the waiting car in a smooth manner. Dani couldn’t help but cry out in confusion, reaching for Alisha as she maneuvered her limbs through the complicated straps of the car seat and buckling her in. “Everything is going to be fine, Dani. Alright? I will see you shortly but for now, we have to go our seperate ways.” Of course, the Little had no idea what any of this meant as Therese got in the front seat of the car, phone in hand and they took off. Dani didn’t even get to say goodbye and suddenly, there were tears brimming in the corner of her eyes and they trickled down her cheeks in quick succession. The diaper bag was on the ground in the back seat just out of reach for Therese as she tried desperately to calm the sobbing Little. The radio only increased the volume of her screams and Therese worried she was going to cry herself sick at the rate she was going. Normally, she was great with Littles. “We’re going to a really fun place where there’s lots of toys to play with and yummy snacks - ” She didn’t get to finish before Dani began to wail, kicking her feet against the back of the driver's seat and clumsily fumbling at the straps that kept her securely in place. “HOME! WANNA GO HOME!” How could Therese describe that she was going home? A home she didn’t remember. A place she had never really been but held more connection than this screwed up world. All she wanted to do was hug her tight and tell her everything was going to be alright, but to be honest, she really didn’t know what was going to happen. Everyone would know soon that she was missing and the LPS would be onto Alisha if they couldn’t get everything sorted quickly. This is why there were protocols in place and rules to stop things like this from happening but every so often, things fell through the cracks. They were only human after all. The drive wasn’t long and Dani’s incessant panic only softened to a whimper when the car came to a slow in front of a home. A soft pink pastel with the picturesque white wrap around porch and perfectly manicured garden, it looked like any other house on the block. Well - cared for, normal, hidden in disguise. When one thought of hideaways it was shady shacks in the middle of the forest or the abandoned building with the few odd squatters here and there. No one would picture the house at 210 Merryweather Avenue to be anything but ordinary. What neighbors saw was an Amazon with a heart of gold, taking in needy Littles in need of a foster home when adult life has proven to be too much of a challenge and an overwhelmed system not prepared for the influx of new additions. Usually, Therese welcomed nosey neighbors to prove there was nothing to hide but at this moment, it was the last thing she needed. Backing the car into the garage, they waited until the door was completely sealed shut from the outside before exiting the vehicle. It was no easy feat removing the Little from the car because despite her size, she could throw a mighty punch. Therese grunted as Dani’s fist connected with her jaw and at the feel of contact, she stilled. Eyes widening, suckling on her bottom lip and waiting for the obvious reprimand, the Amazon could only let out a resigned huff. She brushed back strands of her hair from her wet cheeks, softly kissing the tip of her nose. Settling her on her hip, Therese sighed, “You’re scared. So many things have happened in such a short time. I know it’s all very confusing. I am even confused right now.” Therese can see as her words sink in, the obvious understanding in her narrowed eyes as they crinkled at the corners and nod softly to herself. Dani was always an insightful person and eager listener and even in her apparent loss of identity, the trait didn’t seem to fade. “Mama? Home?” She asks after a brief bout of silence. “No, darling.” Therese shakes her head. She is somber, not for the other Amazon, but the stress that has radiated throughout the Little’s body. She hated to see another in pain, especially one as young as Dani but it was a necessary torture. And it was only bound to get worse before it would get better. “Let’s go inside,” she bounced Dani on her hip. “I’ve got a little surprise for you.” OoOoo Her thighs squeezed together walking with an awkward gait beside the Amazon in an attempt to keep up with her long strides across the living room. She’d been placed down immediately upon entrance as the door locked behind them and curtains were drawn shit. The carpet was soft beneath their feet, a baby blue and against the opposite white wall from the front door was a black leather couch that looked so comfy, she could lie there forever. The television was situated in the corner by the window of the small room and a small table in the center beside the tall lamp. In all the confusion, Dani had forgotten why she even was crying in the first place and brought herself to just a few sniffles and occasional whimpers. The house was all open, one room leading into the next with only a wall here and there but you could see throughout the entire house and it was tiny. Like her home. With Mama. She didn’t want to be here but what she wanted didn’t seem to matter much to anyone. Caught up in her thoughts, Dani lets out a surprised squeeled as she’s lifted from the ground, only calmed briefly by the amazon’s familiar smell. She’s placed on the couch, immediately sinking into the lumpy cushions and television is flicked on. “I know the doctor and Alisha gave you some icky medicine at daycare and you didn’t like it much but this is a little different. Most people are not allowed access to these programs, but I may have done some sneaky things.” Therese spoke mostly to herself as she stuck in a dvd to the machine as it whirled to life on the big screen. While stealing wasn’t exactly legal, what the others didn’t know wouldn’t hurt them. The tapes were restricted material, having been created as a hypnotic visual but something went wrong in the programming and instead did the opposite. It was different from the Beatles, only temporary lasting, in short increments of time and may lead to more problems. This was their last ditch effort, only used in an absolute emergency situation because the long term effects were so unknown and the risk of brain damage was too high. But they just needed Dani consciousness for the next few days or so to get her through the Portal and this was their only option. Therese was only able to snatch a few tapes after Alisha’s frantic call because she couldn't let anyone notice that they were missing but hopefully it was what they needed. “Just sit tight, sweetie.” She shushed the squirming girl. “We’ll get you changed after (or you might want to do that yourself). Everything will be clearer soon.” That’s all she could say before the vibrant colors flashed across the screen and the Little was hooked. Spiraling circles of pink and blue, shapes twisting and contorting, popping out from the dark background and a high pitched frequency that Therese could just barely make out but that Dani seemed to cling onto. It was credible science that Little's and Amazon’s anatomy was not the same. They processed everything differently from each other. Littles could hear things at a higher pitch just as Amazon’s could see from a farther distance. There was so much unknown about how Little’s functioned. The Amazons had just barely touched the tip of the iceberg and it was fascinating how much more there was to discover. However, what Therese did know was that she wasn't affected in the slightest bit by the dizzying imagery but Dani was just about in a puddle of drool, cross eyed and breathing heavily. While tempted to step in, Therese knew this was all part of the process. It was her brain trying to piece itself back together again in quick succession. The Beatles were good in that it was a slow process, pulling memories out one by one in an organized manner giving the host time to process the changes. But the tapes took everything at once, no care for the precious body it invaded. It was ruthless and cruel, painful to feel and just took and took and took until needing to be physically restrained. There was only so much a body could take before just completely giving up. That’s why Therese watched and waited. Ten minutes on and ten minutes off for the next hour. Any longer than that her brain was fried. She’d read a study of several other Littles who were now permanently gorked out of their minds. Nothing more but vegetables. That was the problem because the technology was still so unknown and anything could go wrong at any moment. Therese just wondered what was going on in her brain. What she was remembering… OoOoo She was back. Standing in the center of a living room that resembled her own but it was different. Everything was wrong. The familiar velvety red couch was replaced with black leather and no longer in the center of the room. it was pushed against the wall to the left beneath the window and in the corner where her playpen was usually set up was the television. And everything was smaller as if it was meant to fit a person of shorter stature like herself but she still had to give a little jump to reach most things it seemed but she could manage it. The walls were also plain with no pictures or little mementoes to show that anyone actually lived here and several large cardboard boxes sat unopened scattered around the room. The apartment appeared brand new as she moved throughout the rooms to the kitchen where there was an empty fridge and empty cabinets to the bedroom down the hall where she found even more boxes and herself, making up a large bed. Her eyes scan the room finding no crib and there’s a draft in the empty room that Abby would never allow. It’s always warm, a tad more than room temperature which always lulled her right to sleep. Dani moves to check out the rest of the apartment when there is a knock. Before she can react, the sound of quick footsteps sound from down the hall and Dani watches as her younger self scurries to the door. Dressed in gray sweats and a messy bun (something Abby would never put her in), she’d thought that she had gotten used to seeing all these oddities but it never failed to stun her. There’s a step stool beside the front door and Dani watches as she scampers up in order to peer out the little peephole and mutters, “shit. Not now.” Dani wants to know what is going on and annoyance flares in her stomach not for the first time at her invisible form. A knock sounds again, this time firmer and her other self is gnawing on her bottom lip as a familiar expression of worry crosses over her face. ”Calm down, Dani.” She mutters to herself. “You can do it. Nothing will happen.” Inhaling a deep breath, she watches as she pulls herself together before unlocking the door and hopping down from the stool. An Amazon stood on the other side, maybe ten feet tall with a tin foiled covered plate in her hand. The big smile that had been on her face slipped momentarily as she let out a surprise gasp. “Oh my! You are a tiny thing!” The woman comments as she recovers from her shock and eyes her up and down, lingering a fraction too long on her lower half. She clears her throat. “I heard we got new neighbors. What is your name, sweetie?” The woman’s tone is condescending and smile is just a little too sweet. Through clenched teeth, the Little responds, “Dani, ma’am. It’s a pleasure to meet you.” “What good manners!” the Amazon cooes with stars in her eyes. “Is your mommy or daddy around? Do they know you are at the door? It’s dangerous to talk to strangers, little one.” Slight after slight, Dani watches as her eyes crinkle at the corners and the stiff smile on her face wobbles. She was always such an open book but right now was not the time to lose it and it seemed she realized that as well. “It’s just me,” Dani responds in the most respectful tone she can muster. “I moved in today.” “You?” Disbelief coats the Amazon’s voice and a wry smile plays at her lip. “Whatever you like to think, honey. Now be a good girl and get your mommy or daddy. I’ve brought banana bread.” “It really is just me, ma’am.” She patiently exclaims. “I’m a free Little. I’m just starting at the University.” “W-what?” The Amazon cocks her head to the side, brows furrowed together and lips turn down into a frown when she has realized that Dani is serious. “But how can this be allowed? You are much too young.” The Little shrugs and Dani knows it is best not to correct her, that would only be seen as back talking. “Well, who will change your dirty diapers and tuck you into bed? How will the rent be paid? You do know you have to pay to live here, you don’t just get it for free. That’s what grown ups do.” “I’m actually potty trained, ma’am,” the Little forced herself to say in terms that would be acceptable for the Amazon. “And I’ve already put down the first month's rent and deposit.” “You're kidding me.” Her voice deadpanned, all pretenses up. “No, ma’am.” Dani gulped. “Now, if you’ll excuse me.” She didn't have to say much else because the Amazon let out a string of curse words beneath her breath before marching away with a cross look without so much as another word. Great. She’d made her first enemy. Dani doubted that was the last time that she would see that woman again. And she was right. The weather would turn to a slight chill moving into fall. Still warm enough for just a sweater but not short sleeves, Dani took advantage of the opportunity to get the last few of her summer clothes in use. The first week of classes had gone as expected, nothing abnormal and I was surprised at the number of Amazons that just passed her by without a problem on campus. But as Dani made her way home, through the double sliding doors and into the lobby, she stopped short. There she was. The woman. Dressed in slim black leggings, equally tight sports top that just managed to contain her voluminous breasts and large coffee in hand, she stood in a circle with three other equally tall woman. Dani knows she must keep walking and that she was entering dangerous territory. One wrong move could end her up on her backside shitting her brains out with an evil, Pilates obsessed Amazon but her brain wouldn’t process her feet. “Look at who we have here! I told you she was so tiny.” The lady giggled. She’d come to know her as Miss Theroux and giggled to the two other scary looking women with too much Botox in their face. They surrounded her in an instant and backing up into their legs, desperate for an escape was like hitting a brick wall. They were so big. So strong. “Are you just home from school sweetie?” The fake blonde woman cooed, snatching her backpack from off her back before she could even think of what to do next. “Oh, this sure is heavy!” the blonde frowned, tossing it over Dani’s head to the third woman, a real blonde but with fake lips. “What could be inside?” “I don’t know Kate,” Miss Theroux feigned confusion. “Shall we open it up?” Oh dear god. Her pleas for release fell on deaf ears as they tore apart her bag, dumping everything on the ground as she scrambled to collect her pages and pages of homework that she had just spent hours working on. “Quantum physics?” The third blonde smirked, flipping open the front page of her textbook. “What Little is studying this?” “No Little would. They are not capable.” Miss Theroux gave her a sinister look, lip curling up in utter delight. “I think someone was a naughty girl. Did Little Dani steal this bag from a big kid?” “It’s mine -” “Don’t flatter yourself.” Kate snickered with a roll of her blue eyes. Dani didn’t know what she could do to convince them to let her go. She’d seemed to get on Miss Thoreux’s bad side by just simply existing in the wrong place and knew the only thing that would placate her… and Dani was not willing to let that happen. In a swift movement, before she could even speak another word, an arm shot out. She was flipped upside down and jeans were yanked down to her ankles, she knew what was happening. “No diaper!” A gasp burst out. “Stealing, and talking back! My oh my, what are we going to do?” Dani braced herself for the painful spanks that were surely to come but when none did, she froze in fearful anticipation. But then a voice rang out suddenly. “Are you really bullying a person half of your size?” She couldn’t see their face or recognize their voice but knew it was a woman. And she sounded mad. “This has nothing to do with you.” what sounded like Miss Thoreux sniffed. “I don’t take kindly to bullies and you are terrorizing this poor girl - “ “We’re just doing our duty. Keeping these Little ones in line - ” ”Says the college drop out.” There was a shriek of outrage and suddenly, Dani was falling. Falling, falling, falling and… thud! She hit the ground, sprawled out on top of her pile of papers scattered across the ground. Dani groans, rubbing her head and the tall legs that enclosed her disappeared. “Run along.” The voice said again before she could blink, just a whisper in her ear. “I’ll make sure they don’t bother you again.” That’s all that needed to be said as she scurried to her feet with the bundle in her arms, just briefly aware of the pat to her bottom as she attempted to get as far away from the Giants as possible. As the weeks turned to months, her mysterious savior continued to help Dani in ways that she hadn’t even thought possible. A taxi, specifically for her, awaited her arrival on the rainy or cold days at the front door, already paid and set for her first class of the day. It ensured she got there safely without any hassle from other Amazons and was a needed relief; her rent was then covered for up to six months with nothing but a notice from the landlord and a different takeaway was sent to her door every week, knowing exactly when she was stressed the most. However, the best part was the disappearance of the crazy Amazon ladies. They’d done nothing, not even giving her a glance as they passed in the hall and for the first time ever, Dani wasn’t afraid. She had a guardian angel, as crazy as it sounded, and she didn’t even know her name. But, Dani only had to assume it was the mysterious voice that had saved her all those days before in the lobby. Olivia and Carly told her to be cautious but overtime her guard would begin to slip but mystery wouldn’t remain unknown for long. It was shortly after Abby took her and Dani should have been more concerned than she was but something just felt… right. And she didn’t know what it was. OoOoo Staring. Unblinking. Frozen. Was she in shock? Something felt wrong. Desperately so. “Dani?” The voice was soft, soothing even, yet Dani jumped out of her skin, nearly tumbling off the couch onto what would have been a hard and long fall to the ground. A woman stood in front of her, arms around her waist as she was situated back on the couch. It was an Amazon and staring up at her, there was a flicker of a memory… from before. Hazy and grainy but it was there and Dani couldn't contain her gasp of surprise, clutching at her head assaulted with the onslaught of memories. Everything felt wrong. She’d gotten used to the emptiness, the blank space, floating in a sea of nothingness. There was no need to think when there was no need to be anything. But now her brain was full and like a fly trapped in a glass, buzzing back and forth, going crazy to be free. That’s what her head felt like. Dani had thoughts and complex feelings, more than just unicorns and butterflies. The Little wondered if this was what everyone went through every day and how more people hadn’t gone completely crazy. “Honey? My name is Therese. Do you know what has happened?” Does she know what has happened? What kind of question was that? Taking sight of the full diaper on her bottom, snap crouched onesie and pigtails in her hair, she had a good guess. Her lips part, letting out a breath as she tries to form the words on her tongue. She doesn’t know who this Amazon is or if she can even trust her but she’s seemingly waiting for a response. The words are disjointed, awkward, as she attempts to force them from her lips. “W-what h-h-happened?” That’s all she can say before her eyes roll to the back of her head and all goes dark. It could have been an eternity for all she knew before ever so slowly, her eyes fluttered open. Wincing and groaning at the ache in her head, all she can do is lift her arm in front of her eyes, blocking the bright light from overhead. Dani lay on a bed, cocooned in a billion blankets and the fluffiest pillows known to man. It’s only after a few seconds of groggily pushing herself into an upright position that Dani notices that she is not alone. The woman from before is seated at the edge of the bed, face pensive and still as she waits with a baited breath. “W-who are you?” her voice is all but a whisper, hesitant and terrified to be in such close proximity to the Amazon. “My name is Therese. We met before. You are safe, Dani.” Safe? What did that mean? She lets out an unamused laugh. Nothing in this world was safe, much less Littles. “You never have to go back to Abigail Brady again. You have been rescued. We are the resistance.” That’s all it took, just a few tiny words, for a shudder to go down her spine and body to fall back, once again, unconscious. OoOoo Hey all! I’m so sorry it’s been so long! I’ve been writing my thesis, had exams, and came home for Christmas which was stressful in itself! I’ve also just started looking for full time jobs for when I graduate and I didn’t think it would be this hard. 😭 I’m just now finally sitting down to write again and I’ve got a few weeks of downtime before all the work starts up again so please bear with me! I promise this story is not abandoned. I’ve just never had as much work to do in my entire life before now! I hope to be able to update again soon but until then I hope you enjoy!
  8. Chapter 19: Whoever said potty training was a piece of cake lied. It was not easy, especially with a twenty - one year old woman who was convinced she was a baby and diapers were the center of her universe. The etiquette schools were renowned for a reason and Alisha was experiencing the full brunt of their effectiveness for the last week. “WET ME GO!” The Little exclaimed, purple in the face, fighting against her large hands physically holding her down on the plastic seat. “Dani, if you can just sit still for a moment - OW!” She lets out a yelp suddenly as a small foot makes contact with her side and Alisha can’t deny that while the Little was small she was mighty strong. “HEWP ME! HEWP ME - MHMHMHM” The little is silenced by a large inflatable pacifier suddenly forced in her mouth and can only whine over the rubber object. “Remember the potty song?” Alisha tried again, kneeling in front of her on the hard tiled surface of the bathroom. “Let’s try again, hmmm?” Snot runs from her nose and blinking through puffy eyes, the whining turns to whimpers to a seemingly reluctant silence, waiting for what would happen next. Suckling harshly, she rubs at her eyes with fisted hands and Alisha’s soft voice floats throughout the stall. “We like to use the potty, the potty is our friend! Only big big girls use the potty and it is a lot of fun!” Alisha watches as her thighs clench together, bladder twinging and eyes flicker down to the diaper on the ground by her feet. “Come on, darling. It’s not as scary as it seems. There may even be a little treat involved afterward…” That caught her attention. Her gaze shoots up, curiosity filling her eyes and head cocks to the side. “Just do a little tinkle for me. That’s it. Can you be a good girl?” Her lips pursed and a look of contemplation crossed her face and Alisha thought this was it. Finally, after the last week they were going to get somewhere. “Popsicles, lollipops, ice cream….” The Little’s eyes grew wider with every treat because she couldn’t remember the last time that she had something so delectable other than straight from an Amazon’s tit. “I bet that sounds yummy, doesn’t it?” Her head nods eagerly and she is nearly jumping up off the plastic seat. “However, we can only have it if someone goes potty.” With all the others, the mere thought of a boatload of sugar would have them eagerly using the toilet but of course, Dani was different. She was stubborn and she knew when she was being bribed in this babified state. She’d never seen someone so determined to stay in diapers because most were dying to get out. “What do you want then?” Alisha sighed in exasperation. “You’ve got to give me a hint.” When it all seemed pointless and done with, of course, Dani said the one thing she hoped would not say. “Johnny Boy.” She said immediately without a pause to even think about it. This was inevitable. After being gone for the last week or so she was bound to become curious. “You’ll use the potty if I bring Little Johnny Boy?” She gives a firm nod, head bobbing up and down like a bobble head and the Amazon can see the Little is not going to budge. “Well, ok then.” Alisha sighed, standing up to popping knees from squatting for too long. The girl looked up at her expectantly with raised arms and an uncomfortable bounce. “Let’s get you changed and then it’s naptime.” Laid back on the changing table in the center of the bathroom, she tapes the diaper around her waist nice and snug. It wasn’t too thick like the ones Abby gave but thin enough that she was now able to waddle around without much difficulty and could actually close her thighs together all the way. It had also been a work in progress to get her into pullups and they’d cut back the de-hypnosis to every other day or so because she was progressing so much, but of course, there were setbacks and things she was determinedly stuck in her way on. Like potty-training. And Dani knew what she was doing, like now, when giggles burst from her chest. As her hand sat beneath her padded bottom, secured on her hip, a soft crinkle sounded and then she felt it. A warm swelling growing fuller as the diaper became heavy beneath her touch and the white fabric was quickly stained yellow. She pauses, staring down at the Little in feigned annoyance. “You did that on purpose.” She did. Her laughter came out like bells, sweet and dainty which only made the smile break out across the Amazon’s face as well. The Little was too adorable. “Because of your little stunt, someone’s not getting a change until after naptime.” Cocking her head to the side like a confused puppy. She asked, “Wha’ I do?” Dani understood. She more than understood but the cheeky little thing just loved to pretend , because to her, this was all a game where everything was a secret to Mommy because it would ruin the fun. “You little troublemaker. What am I going to do with you?” Giggles. Laughter. “We pway?” “Playtime is later. It is nap time right now, silly girl.” There were the few that still needed their midday rest or else they’d be dealing with cranky and whiny Littles the whole afternoon and it was in the best interest of everyone that that was not the case. “You will have plenty of time for fun in a few days when you and my son have a playdate! Doesn’t that sound fun?” “Pway dollies?” “If you want to play with your dolls you can.” Alisha didn’t bother to mention that this playdate wouldn’t contain much play and instead a carefully crafted escape plan. It had to work or else they were completely and utterly screwed and it depended on Dani’s absolute cooperation which was still a work in progress. Like potty training as she remembers the other day. “But why?” Dani had asked for the one - thousandth time - her new favorite question. “Because, you can’t stay in diapers forever.” Alisha calmly explained once more, undoing the straps at her hips and sliding the padding out from beneath her and tossing it in the garbage pail. “But why? Mama says - ” “I know what Mama says.” The Amazon heard what Mama said every single day from the group of Littles who still hadn’t quite managed to escape their caregiver’s influence. “Sometimes though, it’s not what ‘Mama says’, it’s what Alisha says and right now, Alisha says that it’s time to learn how to use the big girl potty.” She thought Dani would rebel again but when there was not a word of protest, she held onto cautious hope that this wouldn’t be as bad as she feared. But of course, she was wrong. Sitting her up and carrying the bottomless Little to the plastic pink toilet, she shifts her dress up, settling in front of her. “Now can you go tinkle? Or poopy? You just have to push, Dani. A tiny little push.” The Little’s fingers played at her lips, thumb itching dangerously close to a suckle and a fear flashed through her eyes, glancing down at her bare lap and up again at the Amazon. “Mama says no. Bad girl. Naughty. No potty. Diapees.” “It is a scary,” Alisha said slowly, trying to not set her off. “But change can be a good thing. It can be fun and exciting and that tends to be overlooked. Don’t you want to be a big girl like your sister?” She gnawed on the tip of her thumb now with watering eyes and the Amazon could see the intense battle of to listen or to not going back and forth in her delicate mind. “Pretty please?” A pregnant pause later, she responds. “No.” “No?” She echoed. “Nope.” “Fine then.” Alisha scowled. “We’ll just try again later. One battle at a time.” And it hadn’t gotten any better and as the Little relished in the chaos caused while Alisha was damn near ready to rip all the hair out of her head. Now back to the present, she just hoped and prayed that when Friday came around nothing would go wrong. The plan had to work and if it didn’t, they were absolutely fucked. As they made their way to a darkened room with mats on the ground, she was placed beside Jimmy who was still wide awake himself. Kerry was making her rounds, checking on the few who hadn’t yet dozed off as Alisha snuck out of the room before any more noise could be made, softly shutting the door behind her. “Alisha trying to potty train you?” he whispered as he turned to face her. Dani blinks through the dark, taken aback by the question and reaches for her pacifier that is not there because they’d taken that away too. “My mommy potty trained me,” he continued. “I only have accidents sometimes - well, maybe more than sometimes - but Kerry helps me a lot. She says I am a big boy.” Dani scowled. Here it goes again… everyone was obsessed with wanting her to be a big girl but what if she was happy being just the way she is? “I was afraid at first but it felt pretty cool after a bit. Being a big boy means I get to go to bed an hour later. Do you know how late seven thirty is?!” He gasped. “And I get to hold my sippy cup on my own and Alisha is even teaching me how to count to really big numbers! Did you know how many numbers there are? Like millions!” He spoke with so much passion that it was impossible to ignore and his joy was infectious. Dani found herself rolling over to her side to face the boy with a wide smile on his face. She wanted to hear more. “I didn’t know I wanted all of this until she showed me and it’s really not that scary. Alisha said we used to be big kids and now we have a chance to be again. It’s a whole different world out there, did you know that?” Dani did know that, or at least she thought she did but the things she had seen made this all so much more confusing. She asked Jimmy a question, struggling for the right words to say but needed to know. “D-do you haf fings in youw head? Wike weally weal fings wike ve tv?” He’s silent for a moment, chewing on his bottom lip and whispers. “Me - memowies. Yeah, I get them. Alisha says that’s a good thing. It means we are getting big again.” “Vey scawy vo? I scawy.” Jimmy sighs. “Yes a-and no. I want to remember before b-but it’s weird. I’m not Jim anymore. I’m Jimmy. It’s me but I'm different. We all are.” Jimmy made sense, she thought, and nodded her head because she wasn’t the girl she used to be in the pic - memories. That girl was smart and bigger and didn’t play with stupid baby toys and take naps and - she began to cry. She wails like the stupid baby she is and doesn’t even notice as she wets herself again. “What’s wrong, honey?” Kerry was quick to come to her side and she lifted her into the air and automatically she wrapped her legs around her body, huddling her head into the crook of her neck. She was softly bounced in her arms, the college student humming a tune into her ear and moved to the rocking chair in the corner of the room. “Do you want to tell me what’s going on?” Dani found herself staring up into her kind face, cradled back in her arms on her back as she was rocked back and forth, lost for words. “Maybe you just need a hug. Is that what you need?” No. That’s not what she needed. All she wanted was her paci and Mama and to be blissfully unaware and pretend none of this was happening because she wanted to stay Little forever! The cry pierces out from her chest, louder than before and she can’t stop the tears from flowing. Kerry begins to urgently bounce her, patting her soaked through diaper that did little to help. “Kerry?” A voice whimpered. It was Jimmy. “What is it, honey?” Kerry stressed. He stood before them awkwardly shifting from foot to foot, “This is all my fault, I fink. I was telling her how good it is to be big and she started crying.” “It’s not your fault.” The Amazon sighed. “Dani isn’t as big as you are yet and things can get a bit overwhealming for her sometimes.” “Ov-over - w-w-weming?” He struggled with the word, brows furrowing together. “Never mind.” Kerry smiled. “You did nothing wrong. Now go back to your mat and try to sleep. Even big boys need naptime too.” “A-awe you sure?” You could hear it as he started to slip into a younger headspace. His words lisped and jumbled together and his voice took a delicate tone. “Yes, Jimmy. You were just trying to be a helper. That’s what big boys do. I’m very proud of you.” He seemed to preen under her praise and eventually went back to his mat and there was the slightest squelch after every step he took. “Silly boy,” Kerry giggled beneath her breath, turning back to Dani. She could only breathe through her mouth now due to her stuffy nose and eyes were nearly shut close due to the puffiness. “You’re going to be ok, Dani. I even feel scared sometimes, it’s a normal thing. You just need a little extra help.” Help? What did she mean by that? Just for a moment, she quiets down attempting to think through her foggy mind but it is pointless. “This is gonna be a secret just between the two of us. Alisha doesn’t want to believe it but all littles need milk to help them during sleepy time.” Dani watches through hazy vision as a breast is popped out from her shirt and head is guided forward and latches on without thought. “Being around all you Littles gives me Little fever,” she sighs. “But don’t worry, you can go back to being a big girl later.” At the same time, another Little across town was trying to prove what a big girl she really was but it wasn’t going so well. OoOoo Hurting. Pinching. Cheeks. Ow. Olive squirmed, trapped in the Giant’s ironclad hold that really just caused more damage the more she fought against it. Held out at an arms length, nearly nine feet from the ground, she dangled in the air as Abby’s coworker gushed over her outfit. “Oh. This romper is just adorable!” The blonde woman - Brenda gushed. “Just where did you get it?” “Online! You’ve heard of MommyandMe? They make matching outfits for Amazons and their Littles!” “Oh my gosh, yes! My Little Polly always used to complain about how she missed being an adult - whatever that meant - so my wife and I bought her a little dress, tiny heels and a name tag for Halloween!” Abby placed her hand over her heart. “Your little business woman. Just like Olive!” “I must find the pictures.” The Little didn’t know what was worse. Being talked over or being talked about right in front of her face because she had taken much pride in her outfit this morning. The padding between her thighs was hardly noticeable if you weren’t paying close attention. This navy blue pantsuit was possibly the most mature thing she’d worn thus far and she’d felt good - felt her age - up until now because according to Amazon logic, a maturely dressed little simply did not exist. “Are you ready to be our little helper today, cutie pie?” The nasally voiced woman cooed. “Yes, Ma’am.” The Little gulped with a practiced babyish lisp. “Such a darling, you have here. Very good manners as well.” “Oh yes,” Abby deadpanned. “Olive is my absolute world.” It was a relief when she was placed to the ground and it took a moment to remember how to use her legs after being not on them for the last hour or so. Abby was no help as she dragged her along as she stumbled forward on her unsteady limbs, nearly face planting several times much to the amusement of those around. “You’re going with Mr. Brown today,” said Abby as they stopped at his cubicle and there sat the twelve foot large heavyset man with a grayed receding hairline and a scowl beneath his mustache. “You know I don’t babysit.” The man grumbled in a low tone, glancing over her in disdain. “Well it’s a good thing Olive doesn’t need a babysitter.” Abby chirped with a pat to her head. “We’re all here to do a job, aren’t we?” He huffed. “She won’t be a problem.” Abby attempted to reassure him. “If she is, you have full permission to punish her as you see fit -” “Hey!” She couldn’t help her gasp of outrage but was quickly silenced by a pacifier shoved into her mouth. The man seemed pacified at that and by the look in his eyes, she knew that she wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of him. “We leave in ten minutes,” he said, standing up. Grabbing the black briefcase off of his desk, she couldn’t help but stumble back into Abby’s legs, startled at his sudden towering figure. “Perfect!” Abby exclaimed. “I’ll get her situated in the car now.” As much as Olive didn’t like Abby, being with her was better than being with a random unknown stranger who could do anything to her and she would be absolutely defenseless. Thus far she’d been with Brenda and another chatty woman but she’d learned to work her way around them. However, this man was uncharted territory and she’d always heard that Amazon men were harsher than the women and the sheer size of his meaty hand sent shivers down her spine. Carrying the dreaded diaper bag over her shoulder and down to the parking lot, she scowled at the sight of the car seat already secured in the back. Olive kicked her legs pointlessly as she was deposited in the oversized, cushy contraption that left her helplessly staring straight ahead unable to see out the window. The straps were tightened around her body that left her with little to no movement but both Amazons ignored her protest. “You be good now.” Abby’s voice was sickeningly sweet. “If your not Mommy will know and Mr. Brown is not as forgiving as I am.” What should have been comforting advice was just a thinly veiled threat and the Little gulped, nodding her head. “Good girl.” Abby chirped, placing a sopping wet kiss on her forehead that she immediately wiped away. “Ready to go?” The man seemed annoyed, tapping his hand on his leg anxiously. Abby stood up straight then, back to business. “Her diaper bag is in the back, though I doubt you’ll need it and a small lunch is packed as well - “ “I raised three children of my own,” Mr. Brown rolled his eyes. “I doubt I’ll have a hard time. I’m more concerned about the professionalism of all of this.” He muttered the last part but Abby ignored it, pretending nothing had been said. “Well, call me if there are any problems and I’ll be there in a jiffy.” She was really taking this overprotective mom thing to a new level and both Amazon and Little could hardly suppress the urge to roll their eyes but they managed (just barely). “Be good.” Abby hissed one last time before shutting the door and they took off without warning, the car lurching forward. The man tossed several manila folders into the back where she was just able to reach and said, “there are the three houses we’re going to see today. Be prepared. Read up.” She was going to respond but he suddenly said, “you can read, can’t you?” “Of course I can!” She snapped back but froze immediately, realizing what she had done but he just huffed in response. “We’ll be at the first house in twenty minutes. You better not screw this up.” While intimidated by the older man, she appreciated his blunt honesty which was hard to come by nowadays so she kept her mouth shut, wisely so, and opened up to the first page. The house they were going to was a one - story bungalow with over ten acres of land that bordered a pond. It was 2,000 square feet with two bedrooms, an en-suite and second bathroom, dining room, kitchen and small living room. It was everything a new couple or someone looking to downsize would need at a rent of nearly two thousand a month and while it seemed high, it was the going rate for the area and it’s close proximity to the train station into the city and walking distance to several schools made it the perfect location. She just wished the couple looking to rent had an actual chance. But their lives were about to be doomed all thanks to her. After ten minutes of silence, Mr. Brown spoke up. “We’re getting close now. Have you read over everything?” “Yes.” “Good. The Littles we’re meeting are boyfriend and girlfriend.” He laughed. “They’re both teachers actually. Supposedly they are relocating because their previous rent got too high, which is why this house is in the perfect spot for them. The names are Nancy and Bill.” He continued to laugh silently to himself, so amused over this sick fate because the joke on them was that they would soon be attending the school across the street, just not in the way they imagined. Taking several turns, stopping at a red light and then straight down a quiet neighborhood, they stopped on the corner at the tiny white house with a wraparound porch. Putting the car in park, she can see the Littles already standing outside of the house. They seemed nervous, looking around every few seconds and holding each other’s hands. “It’s game time.” Mr. Brown muttered. “Remember, you better not screw this up. The Amazons that will adopt them are good friends of mine. They’ve been wanting children for the longest time now.” The last part, she figured she was not meant to hear but she had and it just simmered the fire in her belly even more. OoOoo “She’s absolutly fucked.” ”Language!” The voice hissed. “But she is - ” “Who did this?” Silence. “You have thirty seconds to fess up.” Loud. Ouch. Noisy. She whines as her feet disappear from off the ground. “Ewww she went poopy!” A woman’s voice sounds. “Go away, Daisy. It’s not like you haven’t done the same.” A scoff. Another whine. A hand pulls the waistband of her diaper back revealing a brown stinky mess that she hadn’t even realized she had made. Stars float before her eyes and she felt warm and perfectly full. Her tummy jiggled with every moment and bell-like laughs passed through her lips. It was easy to spot a milk-filled daze and some even considered it worse than hypnosis. Now, as the shades are lifted up, it’s bright in the room now. Half awake Littles are groggily shuffled to their feet, more than one needing a change. “Is anyone going to answer my question?” Alisha’s strong voice vibrated throughout her body at the two other in the room. No one responds. ”Shawn, take all the Littles back to the playroom. I need a word with Kerry.” “Me?” “Yes. You.” There was no point in beating around the bush. It was obvious who was responsible for Dani’s state. The young college student wouldn’t meet her eye, knowing she was in the wrong, knowing that she had broken the absolute number one rule. “Kerry…” “Yes, Alisha?” She hummed. “Look at me.” She warned. “We are having an adult conversation. You are an adult, aren’t you?” Her cheeks blushed bright pink, arms crossed over her chest but gaze shifts up, not wanting to be thought of anything less. “You did this to Dani,” she said and it wasn't a question. “I - “ she stammered. “I - um - “ “Kerry!” “She wouldn’t sleep!” No longer could the Amazon hold in the obvious truth anymore. “She wouldn’t stop crying and I only did what any other person would do to soothe an obviously upset child - “ “Except she’s not a child.” “But she is!” This is where their views differed. It was a gamble to take a chance on Kerry because her heart was in the right place but sometimes, instincts were too strong, and it was a difficult thing to overcome. Alisha had made it clear what the rules were and those who chose to ignore them would face the consequences. And Kerry had been allowed to get away with stuff a few too many times. “You realize what you have done, don’t you? The position this puts us in?” Her lips pressed together, arms wrapped around her waist as she avoided glancing at the Little on the Amazon’s hip, lazily staring off into space. “I don't see how it is any different than her own mother nursing her every day. In all respect, I think you are overreacting - “ “You don’t want to continue that statement.” She did not and wisely snapped her mouth shut. It wasn’t easy to get on Alisha’s good side but once you were, you were set for life… unless you did something incredibly stupid to piss her off. Like now. “Everything we do here is to undo the damage that happens at home. That is why it is of the utmost importance that we do not disrupt the process. We. Do. Not. Disrupt. The. Process. Am I clear?” “Yes, Ma’am.” Kerry gulped as the color drained from her face and tucked her chin into her chest. She’d never been so violently cowed as she had now. The next course of action was fairly obvious but still, Kerry felt compelled to ask. “Are you firing me?” The response the young Amazon expected did not come as Alisha let out a snort. “No, you are not fired. I have something even better in store for you.” Her voice set an ominous tone, sending a shiver down her spine and Kerry did not want to know what she had planned. ”Go away. I have to fix this mess that you created.” She did as she said, unable to get away fast enough and Alisha let out a groan, pressing her forehead to the Little’s in her arm. “What am I going to do with you now?” She sighed as her minty breath brushed against her ear. “Bababa.” Dani babbled, spit dribbling from her lips as she sucked on her finger tips. The day was coming to an end and in just a few hours, Abby would return and if the Amazon knew anything for certain, she would not allow the Little to go back with that woman. Even as minor as it seemed, everything had changed because for every ten steps forward was now another ten back and Alisha would be damned if they screwed this up again. “How do you feel about an early play date, hmm?” She hummed, bouncing the girl in her arms. “There’s a little boy that’s missing a very special girl.” She’d made up her mind and a few minutes later, Alisha burst into the lobby with diaper bag swung over her shoulder, Dani in her arms and car keys in the other hand. “Alisha?” Tricia looked up in shock at her sudden appearance, sitting behind the front desk of the building. Her brown curls bounced as she pushed up her glasses that had slid to the tip of her pointed nose. “Wha - what's going on?” she asked, frazzled by the sudden commotion. “How much intel have we collected on Abigail Brady?” “What?” “How much intel?” She repeated her question again as her face flushed with anxiety, eager to get a move on. “A substantial amount. Sources discovered she’s running an illegal adoption ring through work using the other Little and hasn’t even formally adopted her. That’s sure enough to have her arrested and parenting rights terminated.” “Good. That’s very good. It’s time to make the call.” “Make the call?” Tricia gasped. “But Therese said - “ “Well, I’m saying it’s time.” She snapped. “Alisha.” Tricia whispered in that calming tone when trying to talk sense into someone. “Things have changed,” she explained slowly. “There’s no more time to waste.” “Are you saying…” “Yes.” Alisha gulps, reigning in her own fears because now was not the time to break. “It’s happening whether we are ready or not.” She watches as Tricia purses her lips, eyes closing as she breathes in and out, composing herself. “What do you need me to do?” Good. Alisha lets out a sigh of relief, shoulders noticeably untensing. She tosses the keys across the desk, setting the diaper bag on the desktop. “You know where to go. Therese will meet you halfway and take over and then you will come back here.” “And what are you doing in the meantime?” “Damage control.” OoOoo Author’s Note: Hello everybody! Apologies it has been such a long time. I’ve got so much going on right now and I’ve been sick with an awful cold and am finally getting myself together again. I hope you have enjoyed this chapter and I always appreciate what you have to say so PLEASE REVIEW, it encourages me to keep writing . I hope to update again soon but in the meantime, happy reading!
  9. Hello! I’m looking for a Diaper Dimension story where the Amazon was an old woman and she died and the Little was stuck in the crib for days. She’s eventually found and at some point they go to the old woman’s funeral and she’s adopted by I think it was the son? He also has a little but she’s not regressed and he’s helping them I’m pretty sure. That’s all I can really remember, does anyone know what this story can be? Thank you in advance xx
  10. Chapter 18: “This is ridiculous.” Dani mumbled to herself, turning side to side in the mirror to silently fume over every angle of her puffed out bottom. “Way to point out the obvious.” The girl spoke beside her, leaning forward in the mirror applying a shiny coat of lip gloss to her lips The Little doesn’t respond, instead intensely blush’s at being heard. She’d forgotten that she wasn’t alone. The girl smirks, shaking her head and sticks the tube of makeup back in her bag. “Don’t let the Amazons hear you say that. They’ll stick you back in nursery school.” A tiny shiver goes down her spine but so young and naive, says, “I’d rather that than middle school.” The mysterious girl, about a head taller and absolutely beautiful, lets out a laugh. “You're brave to say that.” It was the truth. Nobody liked Middle School. It was a common sentiment between Amazons, Littles and Inbetweeners alike. But now, Dani could say that they were in High School - young adults by all means - even if still not considered such by the Bigs. Example one: pull - ups. “They said we’d be rid of these if we could manage to pass Eighth grade.” “And you believed them?” Not exactly. But she didn't want to think that they would lie. However, technically it wasn't a lie. They were no longer in diapers. “Over half of Littles won’t graduate high school and a quarter won’t make it past middle school. They expect us to fail and most will. We’re not meant to make it anywhere in life.” The girl shrugged, still staring at herself in the mirror. They way she said it was so nonchalant, matter of fact that Dani wondered if she had any hope for the future. Just because they weren’t expected to grow up didn't mean she’d just give up. “Well I’m going to go college.” Said Dani with a certainty she didn’t know she possessed. “They can’t take that away from me.” For the first time, the girl paused, turning to her with a peculiar expression on her face. “What’s your name?” ”Dani.” The girl smiled, giggling softly. “Call me Olivia. I think we’re going to be great friends.” That was the beginning of the Littles’ beautiful friendship as an invisible Dani observed from the corner of the bathroom as the girl she knew as her sister came to be. It was strange. She was there but not there and she knew she shouldn’t feel weird eavesdropping because it was herself but still, Dani felt as if she was interrupting a private moment only meant for another’s eyes. And it was a different person. Hey younger self, a different version with different dreams and accomplishments and took pride in being grown up. It wasn’t who she was today, far from it and for some reason she wasn’t afraid anymore. Instead it made her… uncomfortable. Following the two giggling girls out the door they are greeted by the presence of a large Amazon, almost eleven feet tall. She’s another student, obvious by her youthful appearance but appears to have superiority over the two Littles as they come to a sudden stop and the once cheeriness was drained from the air. “Now what are you two missies doing?” Her hands are on her hips, black straight hair flipped over her shoulder and wears a badge around her neck with the name: Jade. The hallway is empty as everyone in class and both Littles know it would do no good to run, especially on the first day of school. “We were using the bathroom.” Dani let out a squeak. A thin brow rose on the Amazon’s face and a smirk twitched dangerously on her lips. “Is that so?” “Yes,” Dani gulped. “Does going potty mean chit chatting with your friends? That’s what it looks like you were doing to me.” Both littles faces flushed bright red, taken aback but not surprised with her use of language. Forced in these stupid school girl uniforms, visible pullups and looked at as if they don’t know their right from left, it was near impossible to grow up when they were treated like a fucking toddler. “Where are your hall passes? Or did you run away from daycare?” The Amazon was only three years older by the looks of it so she had no right to be talking down to them like this but, of course, they could never voice that. That was the quickest way to earn a trip to daycare with the teachers Amazon children and forcibly adopted Littles. “Right here, Miss.” Olivia answered for the both of them as they pulled the pink slip from their pocket, neatly folded. The Amazon took them reluctantly, grumbling when she saw the teacher’s approved signature. Dani hoped this would put an end to whatever this was but it seemed the girl was not finished yet. “Never mind this,” she huffed, looking between the two girls with narrowed eyes. “As a hall monitor, senior and trusted adult, it is my job to ensure that you children are not getting into any mischief which I know is hard for you given your maturity levels.” “Please - “ “Quiet!” The Amazon hissed at Olivia. “What I have just seen now is anything but mature. Recess is your time to play, not in the middle of class. Because of this, you are both being issued a yellow card.” Dani knows this is for the best. The girl - herself - was willfully immature and disgraceful trying to show this Bigs up, acting older than she actually was. However, at the same time, while she should have been horrified with her behavior, instead there was an indescribable anger that simmered in her belly directed at the teenage Amazon before them. She wanted justice for herself in a way she’d never had before. “It’s the first day!” Dani can’t help but exclaim and it is only a moment later realizes what she has done. Talking back to an Amazon was a no-no and Olivia shot her the most scathing look. The Amazon goes silent as her lips pursed together and eyes narrowed. “What did you just say to me, Little girl?” “N-n-nothing!” Dani’s face paled. “I was going to let you off with a warning but apparently, more extreme measures must be taken.” What happened next is a mystery because as Dani walked forward, compelled by an unknown force to put herself between the Amazon and Littles, the white light, same as before appeared once again and she was gone in an instant. It’s not even a second later that Dani lands with a thud, the wind knocked out of her lungs and she finds herself on the ground. Pushing herself to her feet, the Little looks around to see she is in a classroom. It’s herself, Olivia and another girl - blonde and pretty, she has a button nose and baby blue eyes. They share identical looks of shame and embarrassment and Dani can see, hitched up their short skirts sport similar red marks on the back of their thighs crawling up to wear the pull-ups covering their bottom indicating a previous spanking. A gray haired woman stood at the front of the room by the chalkboard with a paddle in her hand and a severe look on her face. “You are in detention for your immaturity, naughtiness and childishness that perhaps you can not help, but should know better given you have made it this far in life to freshman year. It shouldn’t surprise me that you are already in trouble on the first day of school yet every year I am. There’s always the troublesome few .” Dani wouldn’t exactly call their actions naughty but her younger self always did like to push buttons. She knew she should have just kept her mouth shut and then they wouldn't be in this position. But, Dani was just invisible, a ghost, in the corner of the room that no one could see, hear or feel. “Detention is to teach you to be good girls and mature (although we all know that is impossible)” she rolled her eyes. “After you are done with me, all the naughtiness will be spanked right out of you.” Again? The three girls glanced at each other in horror, still hurting from the earlier one. “For every spank, you will say the words: Thank you Miss Rodgers. I am a naughty girl. Please teach me to be a good girl. If there are any fumbles, we will be starting over.” Her voice is icy as her cold eyes and she says, “who’s first?” . Flinching. Cold A tear trickles down the side of her cheek. She’s yanking against the restraints, trying to get away and to wake up. ”I’m lowering the intensity.” The doctor said, “Whatever the memory is has got her too worked up. A calm memory will do her some good.” Typing into the computer and manipulating the formula programmed to the two metal pieces attached at her forehead, only then does she start to relax when she is hit with a mirage of pastel colors, soft and comforting and the faintest smell of summer emerges. “Look at that,” Alicia points to the monitors, “her heart rate has slowed. She’s breathing even now.” OoOoo “He’s so dreamy!” Giggles burst throughout the living room as the three girls stuff their faces with popcorn and sugary drinks snuggled up on the couch. It’s Olivia, the blonde girl from detention and herself dressed in pajamas swooning over the sparkly man on the television. They were friends now apparently. Dani spots a sparkly card on the table that says Happy 16th birthday! That means a year has passed since the previous memory and when they all met. “Team Edward or Team Jacob?” Olivia asks and Dani turns back to the trio. “Jacob, of course.” The blonde girl sighs. “Take a look at his muscles. I wish someone would hold me like that.” ”Seriously?” Olivia laughed. “Carly, take a look at him. Jacob’s so whiny.” “Well, Edward’s a priss!” The blonde - Carly argued back. Dani remained in the middle, silent, mulling over the question. “What do you think, Dani?” All eyes turned to her. She shrugged. “Both of them are walking red flags. I don’t get what you see in either of them.” Watching from the sideline, Dani found herself agreeing with her younger self. Besides, they weren’t even supposed to be watching this stuff. These movies were contraband from the portal world. Anything that showed Littles in a position of power, more than Amazons, was banned. “It’s not supposed to be realistic.” Carly rolled her eyes. “It’s about vampires and werewolves for crying out loud! Have some fun.” Her younger self sighed before a smile twitched on her lips and she settled into the cushions. “Fine.” She relented. “If I have to go with one, Team Edward - “ “Yes!” Olivia cheered, pumping her fist in the air. “But - “ Dani laughed. “He’s so sparkly like a disco ball!” “I’m all alone.” Carly pouted but she wasn’t actually sad and the three curled up together, enjoying this land of make believe, grateful for a chance to escape from the chaos of the real world. Dani found herself wanting to reach out to them, to share with them the horrors of the future and warn them to run far far away but every time she opened her mouth, nothing but a breath would escape. She wanted to tell them to cherish these moments, cherish each other before it was all stripped away. But the night went on uneventfully and she allowed herself to relax into the memories of what her teenage years had been. Dani figured out that she could only go where her younger self went. They were stuck together like glue, traveling through repressed memories that she wished, partly, had stayed hidden because it made her real life and confusing thoughts of hatred but love for Abby all too confusing. The weather has taken a colder turn now as red and orange leaves cover the ground outside and Dani watches as she changes into a skin tight sparkly dress, the color of her flaming hair and beats makeup on her face reminiscent of a clown. It’s dark out. Snores sound from down the hall and the clock flashes nearly eleven pm. She’s just pulled on a jean jacket when her phone flashes bright. Dani stands over her shoulder, reading the text from Olivia. We’re here. Outside behind the bush Dani: coming Coming? What was that supposed to mean? It becomes clear in a second when her younger self strapped on these flimsy heels and cracked open the bedroom window. They were jumping out the window. Sneaking away. It takes a moment to shake away her shock as she follows the reckless teenager outside and down the nearly two feet drop. Of course, she couldn’t get hurt in this dream-like state but it still caused her heart to race watching how reckless her teenage self was. They land together with a muted thud and race across the backyard to where Olivia and Carly were waiting in similar skimpy outfits. Dani could just feel Abby’s disapproval breathing down her neck and wanted to reprimand the foolish girls for being so careless and stupid. “Lucy and Bree are already at the party and apparently someone got alcohol.” Olivia whispered excitedly. “Alcohol?” Dani gasped. “I don’t know if this a good idea.” Carly hesitates, glancing around the dark and empty street. “If our parents find out or the LPS…” Olivia rolls her eyes. “C’mon guys, we’re sixteen, live a little! If we’re going to end up brain dead shitting our minds out of our ass, we might as well have some fun before then - “ “Liv!” Dani hissed. “Don’t talk like that!” “It’s true though,” she shrugged with a stony face. “You can’t go back to babyhood having never gotten drunk before.” And that is all it took to convince them as they marched forward and away, sneaking off into the night. That was the first time she’d ever been drunk, a forgotten memory she wished would have stayed just that - forgotten. Dani watches as she stumbles about the packed house full of red solo cups and equally drunk teenagers, making out on the couch, lingering in the halls and behind closed doors. She sips the murky liquid in the cup, spinning wildly to some pulsing song while jumping up and down with a falling over Carly and Olivia. As quickly as they were dancing, she recognized the dazed look in her eyes and hands on her stomach as she came to a slow and wobbled to the side. “Daniii?” Olivia slurred. “Wha-whats wrong?” Everything. That’s what was wrong. “I’m gonna puke.” “What?” There was no time to repeat it. As soon as the words had come out of her mouth, she was bent down in a flower pot retching up everything she had consumed in the last several hours. That wouldn’t be the last time that night. Or morning. This was one thing Dani did not miss from adulthood. The hangovers. . “This session is complete.” Concluded Alisha as the machines were powered down. The hour had passed quicker than they realized and the Little began to moan, coming out of the deep sleep. “Three sessions so far and the subject is progressing nicely. Moderate side effects have presented so far: mood swings, urinary and bowel changes but nothing to be significantly worried about.” Doctor Morley agreed. “I’d say by this point she will be remembering her past on her own now. This is usually around the time the other participants began.” “That’s good.” Alisha murmured. “It’s just what we were hoping for.” OoOoo Dani can’t sleep that night. She tosses and turns, thinking over her mind from earlier today and yesterday and the day before and day before that. There are too many days to think about and her brain feels full. In the darkness she watches the steady rise and fall of her sister’s chest, for once, asleep before her. Hanging on the wall is a clock in the shape of a kitty cat. The whiskers are the hands which tick to each new number and she had never really noticed it before now. The numbers don’t make much sense, there is no need to count much more past three because Mama always said there is no such thing as a smart Little. Littles like her use their brain for one thing only and that’s loving their mommy’s and daddy’s. If they are not loving their mommy’s and daddy’s then they are using their diapers and if they are not doing that then they are thinking about nothing at all because they are just babies, without a care or stress in the world. It sounded like a pretty good life, a perfect one at that, but there was an itch in her brain that had Dani questioning if such a perfect life existed - if this was all it was meant to be - playing and diaper changes and being fussed over for eternity, never having to lift a finger. There had to be more than that because the strange dreams she’d been having confused her more than anything. Olive called them memories but how could she remember something that had never even occurred? Or perhaps it had. No. Dani let out a whimper. She was just a baby - Mama’s cute, adorable and stinky bottomed baby. Their favorite thing to do was to cuddle all day and have nummies until her stomach was full and diaper even fuller. She was just being silly. Silly girl. Mama would giggle. Thoughts are for big girls and there were no big girls in this house. Only little girls and Mama. But as Dani tries to push the thoughts from her mind they only grow stronger until there’s a creak and the door pushes open. Softly, footsteps patter in. Mama. She stares up at her on her back, suckling on the rubber bulb anxiously. “Baby, why are you awake?” Abby whispers and it is a rhetorical question of course. The Amazon wraps her silk robe around herself and her hair is up in a messy bun. “It’s nearly eight pm. Little girls need their beauty sleep so they can have so much fun playing at daycare in the morning.” Daycare? That piqued her interest but it suddenly hit her. That’s where all the strange dreams occurred. Daycare was the cause of all her naughty thoughts. Another whimper sounds from her chest and she holds her arms up high, a universal sign to be picked up. “What’s wrong, darling?” The Amazon sighs tiredly as she’s lifted from the crib. Patting the front and back of her diaper, she muses, “you’re not too wet so it can't be a diaper change. Are you hungry, is that it?” Once again it is a no but Amazons aren’t used to being wrong and her mouth is stuffed full with a breast before she can even blink. Automatically, she begins to suckle and it is instinctive at this point every time something merely brushes against her lips. “Maybe my baby is just extra cuddly tonight.” She smiles, cradling the nursing Little in her arms as she rocks her back and forth. “We’ll sleep in Mama’s bed tonight, how about that? A little treat for my special girl.” The Little lets out a squeal of delight, eyes heavy as she tries to stay awake because nights like these were rare and Mommy’s bed was so big and comfy and her arms were so warm. But there was still a feeling, something not quite right that Dani couldn’t place her finger on but the Amazon’s gentle rocks didn’t allow her to stay awake for long and her eyes fluttered shut and suddenly she is sixteen again. The girl on the couch has her head in her hands as her parents stand over her. Mascara runs down her cheeks, hair messed and still in the dress from the night before. The sun is barely up, still an orangey hue in the sky but here they convened together in the living room only in pajamas and tired squinted eyes. “How could you be so utterly reckless!” The man bellowed. A vein strained in his neck as his face turned a dark mixture of red and purple. She watched the young girl hang her head low, eyes intensely focused on the carpeted ground and gulped, slowly lifting her arm to message her temple. Obviously, she didn’t think she would be caught sneaking back in. “Sneaking out and drinking! You’re sixteen years old, goddamnit!” “Daniella, what were you thinking?” The woman repeated the man’s sentiments with her hands on her hips. “Do you know what would happen if the LPS showed up? Or you were injured and we had no idea what happened to you or if a random Amazon found you - “ “Did you even think to use your brain!” Their voices continue to raise over the course of the next however many minutes and her younger self sighs, pinching the bridge of her nose with her index finger and thumb. She stays silent, letting her parents speak their piece and does not even try to defend her actions as most other teenagers would attempt to do by now. Dani watches as the angry voices turn to disappointment and their shoulders sag in relief and exhaustion. The older woman collapses beside her daughter on the couch, taking her hand tightly and begins to weep. “I’m sorry, Mom.” The girl swallowed. “I was stupid. I know I was.” The dad hums in agreement but is silenced as the woman shoots him an irritated look. “You’re young,” the mother said. “You want to have fun and explore and push buttons, we’ve been in your position before. However you have to understand that we - Littles like us - are not afforded the opportunity. One step out of line and that’s all the Amazons need to take you away and us and we’d never see each other again. Do you want that, Dani? To be some Amazon’s plaything? Treated like a baby? Less than, stupid?! You don’t understand the dangers we face, you don’t understand anything about this world!” She can’t listen anymore but it appears the universe has its own plans as that is the last thing Dani hears and suddenly the Little is gone… back at Daycare. Dani sucks in a deep breath and her heart races against her chest. What had happened in the time in between? Where had she gone? “She doesn’t understand anything. What’s the point of trying to include her?” The girl, Zara, just wouldn’t give up. It was the same thing as before but Dani’s crankiness had only seemed to double over the past twenty-four hours. “Shut it Lizzy!” Zara grumbled. “I think she understands more than we know.” While coming to her defense, her attempts were in vain and after a while when no progress was made she was forced to give up and Dani could finally let out a sigh of relief. Her head had felt all full and fuzzy since the night before and these ’memories’ she’d come to realize were real because her emotions wouldn’t be in such turmoil if they were fake. These stories in her mind and people from a time before were not imaginary and had once been her life. They’d come all night. Sporadic images and people talking and a different her that she didn’t recognize but had become more intrigued with each one. But a tiny little voice at the back of her mind told her she had to keep it a secret. That meant not telling anybody. Nobody but herself and Olive will know about the pictures in her head. Mama would be sad if she wasn't her little baby and Dani didn’t want her to be that. She knew what it was like to be sad like when she got a boo-boo and it hurt a lot but Mama would kiss it better. That’s why she had to protect Mama like she protected her. “Are you ready to go on a little trip?” Miss Berry reaches for her hand and Dani looks up then from the dollhouse she was kneeled in front of. “Come on, darling. It’s the same we do everyday. Nothing different.” Dani knows where they are going and for the first time she is apprehensive. “No.” She says, rather firmly. “No?” The Amazon repeats, rather shocked. “N-no,” Dani tries harder than she ever has before to get her point across. “N-no m-mowe. No. More.” No more. Alisha blinks once and then twice and then a third time before a smile breaks across her face. “Do you know how happy you’ve just made me? I’m very proud of you, Dani.” OoOoo Author’s Note: Hey everyone! Here is another chapter, I hope you have enjoyed! As always I love hearing your thoughts, they motivate me to keep writing so please review! I hope to update again soon so stay tuned and happy reading!
  11. Thank you for your review! Abby is nothing if not resourceful (evilly so) and will use every opportunity to her advantage. As for Olive’s first day at work, you will find that out eventually, just wait!
  12. Disclaimer: I’m posting a little outtake and sneak peak of what my next story is going to be after ‘A Little’s Life’! The story won’t be in the ‘You’ pov but this was just a fun little idea I had where you can place yourself in the main character’s shoes! I may end up putting this in the actual story later on but I’m still deciding on that. However, enjoy in the meantime and tell me what you think! OoOoo Your incontinent now. The sensation is there when you need to go but the desire to hold it in is no longer present. You release your bodily fluids into a thick oversized article of clothing around your lower half for the pleasure of another and absolutely love it because that’s what she loves. Your Mommy. She loves when you wet yourself and even more when you mess. There’s a thrill of excitement and the maternal pleasure mixed with a scheming sparkle behind her cloudy blue eyes that makes every cold and soggy moment worth it. “Tickle me surprised, that can’t be… y /n?” a voice called out in the distance directed at you but can’t look away from the screen because Mommy said good girls and boys watch Soggy Froggy and Soggy Froggy won’t let you go until your diapers are as soggy as each other’s which is never a problem. “Oh, y/n doesn’t answer to that silly name anymore.” Mommy laughed with a wave of her hand. “It’s good to see you out and about!” “I see you have finally broken the unbroken.” “It’s just the power of the Revamp.” The person sounds impressed and you can’t help but feel pride. It had taken a lot of work to undo all of the damage caused by your own selfish wants and desires. You had been a spoiled brat, demanding more and more unrealistic expectations like the rights to make your own decisions and have a mind of your own. Hah! As if! You were just above five feet tall and that hardly constituted an adult plus the fact you were nearly thirty eight years old with a full time job? Someone had been pulling the piss out of you, fueling your delusions for so many years. It was a relief when Mommy finally stepped in and if not for the the Revamp, you never would have seen the beauty and joy of being re-diapered, having all control taken away and being reminded of what a dumb, immature baby you are with a pea sized brain made for nothing but an Amazon’s pleasure. And you couldn’t forget Soggy Froggy. A high pitched giggle escapes past your lips as Soggy Froggy ribbets out the song: Soggy Froggy likes to hop. Soggy Froggy likes to jump. Soggy Froggy likes to laugh and Soggy Froggy likes to dance! Do you know what else Soggy Froggy likes to do? Soggy Froggy likes to poop, just like you! Can you make a boom boom like Soggy Froggy? How soggy are you? Oh you were very soggy and that wasn’t the only thing. Your diaper was already bursting at the seams, ready to spill over but that didn’t matter. Mommy loved a good blow out and the messier the better, especially in public. It was the blush of your skin and startled look in your glazed over eyes that got her going every time. It is at those moments you recall the fleeting memory of the dignity you used to possess, how far you had fallen, which just added to the debasement that she made sure you wouldn’t forget. But it was something that you deserved and the Revamp was a reminder of that in the form of a grumbling tummy and expanding diaper every day. “Oh, y/n doesn’t respond to that name. Hasn’t in months now!” Yes, that’s right. No more y/n. Only y/n. “Hehehe!” You giggle and giggle and at Soggy Froggys request, allow your grumbly tummy to do what it is yearning for. There’s an audible crinkle as your diaper swells with warm piss, ballooning out nearly to your knees and it’s good you were in a stroller because you wouldn’t be able to walk otherwise (not that you needed to much these days). A pungent odor of stale urine stuck to the inside of your thighs and a freshly made warm bowel movement creeped up your backside in an uncomfortable, disgusting feeling. As the screen goes black suddenly, the episode is done and the iPad has disappeared from your hands tucked away in the underbelly of the contraption. “What a darling girl you have,” the woman cooed with her pearly white teeth bared in a way that reminded you more of the monsters hiding beneath your crib than a friendly smile. “It seems someone has finally learned the pleasure of diapers.” “Yes, well life is better when all you have to do is eat and play and sleep all day.” “And not even wipe your own ass.” “Precisely!” The two laugh, reminiscent of the whines of hyenas closing in on their prey. “Y/n was such a bitch back then. You don’t know how badly I wanted to stick an enema up their ass and watch them squirm and beg.” Hissed the mysterious Amazon. The eleven foot tall woman glowered down at you with sudden hateful eyes and you do not know what you have done wrong but it must have been bad because you was very naughty back then, very immature talking back to these Amazons who obviously were way more smarter and mature. Shooting a worried look to Mommy, she is not paying attention and you shift uncomfortably in the soiled smelly diaper as the harness harshly pressed against the sodden padding. You desperately want a change but know it is incredibly selfish to wish that because Mommy worked so hard, just like every Amazon, and it wasn’t fair to demand so much from a person. You want to scream against the inequality but a firm pat to your succulent crotch emits a loud squelch and the awful thoughts leave your mind. It reminds you of why you are in diapers in the first place and why you should be grateful for Mommy’s sadistic love and care. Just a dimwitted Little, your wants and needs don’t even come second or third or fourth to the much superior beings. That’s why you had a binky to reflect, keep quiet and remember why you are in this position in the first place. To remind you that you deserved every overflowing diaper, uncomfortable restraint and punishing hand because you failed at being grown up and had to be set back in your place. If a collar was a slave’s symbol of ownership and submission then a diaper was yours and Mommy held the chain. “Y/n has at least two bowel movements a day, sometimes even three and wets every hour or so! We can’t have them forgetting their place, can we?” The question is phrased toward you and shaking your head in response, you are unable to speak due to the ballooned pacifier between your lips and Mommy smiles down at you. Good baby. You read the praise in her eyes. Obedient. Silent. Wet and messy. That’s all you need to be to fulfill your purpose in life no matter how degrading and it wasn’t for my own comfort but for the Amazons' will. That’s what the Revamp taught every infected Little, the disease seeping into the nooks and crannies of your brain and stripping away any semblance of humanity you had left. Left in place were simpering, helpless beings finally having seen the light. The Revamp didn’t change who you are. Instead it forced you to admit who you’ve really have really been all along and embrace your natural self that society forced you to suppress. It was six months ago in a leak across the nation the Revamp occurred. In a technologically dominated society that could not function without the ample and quick use of the shiny and inventive gadgets, the dimension was in a panic. The solution to the dire problem was a revamp which meant the reworking of the entire systems and as they were powered back on twenty four hours later, Littles began to drop like flies. Infected from a mass hypnotization across the city by the Revamp, it brought out every Little’s inner submissiveness and utmost childish side. Finally you were able to see reason and to give yourselves over to what the Amazons’ had been campaigning for years: Dominance. The Littles are on the bottom diapered and swaddled in an Amazon’s care, being the weakest members of society and Amazons are on top because it was only the way it could be. The larger you were the more space you would inevitably take up but the Amazons had been pushed away and shoved in a corner for however many years all in the name of faux equality. But the Revamp had quickly fixed that, restoring the natural order to society where everyone has a definitive place and everyone is happy. You didn’t know until the Revamp that’s what you needed. A true Little doesn’t understand the feeling of freedom until on your backside with a nozzle up your bottom with your stomach being pumped full of warm soapy water by an Amazonian goddess. Relishing in the pain and discomfort, you accept the lack of responsibility, the lack of choice, and finally have a chance to let go of all the worries pent up inside which made you fully appreciate and value what a minuscule person you had become, even less than that. You have allowed the true rulers and natural leaders of this world to shine and rightly so and that was your doing - giving joy to another even if it meant giving up your own. It was the ultimate sacrifice. It is your final attempt at a selfless act to correct the selfishness you’d thrived in for however many years but your actions can never be forgotten. You can only move forward and do your part to contribute to the natural order of society by being less than you actually are, making yourself smaller in order to make the Amazon species bigger. You will accept your diapered life and permanent stench of baby powder and constant stink of your own mess while crawling on your hands and knees or awkwardly waddling always a step behind the much more intelligent beings. By sacrificing your own small and unimportant space, it allows for another taller and better person to take over. And that was the greatest pleasure of all time - well maybe second - that is after the worshiping and suckling of the Amazon’s milk filled tits and large domineering hands holding you down as you writhed in discomfort and humiliation. There was no greater shame than standing naked in front of an Amazon your age or younger as they bend you over and drag you around like a rag doll, thwacking your jiggling bottom and locking up your hairless neither regions that remind you that every semblance of adulthood, privacy, and dignity was just a foolish tale. That is when you're reminded of the evil, corrupted person you used to be when a tingle of excitement dances in a place that it should not be and only Mommy can decide when and if you will be satisfied because she is an adult. She is an Amazon. She is your everything, she is your world and the center of your universe. Without her, you would have been stuck in a monotonous nine to five job wasting your life away in this faux victim mentality while actively oppressing the true oppressed that are Amazons - your Mommy - the people who only want to care for you even after all the trauma your kind has caused, such selfish dwarfs you are. It’s so distressing you begin to cry until the warm familiar comfort of the soft and fluffy diaper is slipped between your legs and you're floating on a cloud in your mind and below. If it was not for her kind heart and generosity you would have been left waddling blind in the dark, leading a life only half - lived with dry undies and warm pillows but the Revamp made you see reason and Mommy saving you was just the cherry on top. “Aren’t you going to change them? They could get a diaper rash.” The stranger pointes down at you not out of concern but thinly veiled glee. You have forgotten your filthy state, sans clothing besides the completely brown and yellow stained padding that once was white and your bodily fluids have now crusted to your baby soft skin. “Oh, don’t worry about Y/N.” Mommy ruffles your hair. “Diaper rashes are a good reminder to help these troublesome Littles to remember their place. As you know if you give them an inch they will take a mile.” As Mommy spoke you could only giggle and squeal from behind your pacifier, suckling harshly to distract yourself from the stinging tears because somewhere deep in the recesses of your mind, a tiny voice screamed: This isn’t you! This isn’t right! You’re an adult! You have rights! They’ve brainwashed you! You want to listen to the voice but the Revamp is strict and its teachings are so firm in place that it keeps you captive in chokehold. Your eyes glaze over as another mushy warmth slides outside from inside you into your abused diaper and you know it’s the Revamp’s helping hand, a gentle nudge to remind you how far you have fallen.
  13. Mouthwatering. Drool dripping. One glance around. Two glances. She’s in the clear. Reaching out her hand, leaning forward, forward, forward. Almost there, almost - “Hey!” The Little jumps, startled, and is yanked back in place by the collar of her romper. The movement is quick and caught off guard, the world dizzies around her and she stumbles backwards, falling down to the ground with a muted thud on her bottom, protected from the pain by her overly padded lower half. Goddamn it! She whines, quickly scooped up. Trapped in the strong iron hold of the ten foot tall woman, it is useless to fight. She was so close. It’s right there. Right in front of her. It just wasn’t fair! A sob escapes her chest, crying out in frustration but no one is concerned. The Amazon switches her to the other hip, settling her in place from high up off the ground. “No more wandering for the baby!” A man smirks and a round of condescending laughter rings out. Her cheeks burn red in a mix of humiliation and anger yet still she buries her face into the woman’s large firm bosoms, as soft as a cushion. The Little knows it is sick to seek comfort from her captor but it’s all she could to escape the mockery. “Do you see that, Buttercup?” The woman holding her, forces her head up, pointing at the end of the table where a plate of food sat - the very plate of food that she still salivated over. The plate of food that she had been so close to snatching. “Cheeseburgers are a grown up meal. You, on the other hand, are just Mommy’s tiny baby. What do babies like you eat?” The Little wished this were a rhetorical question because than she wouldn’t have to answer but the Amazon - her captor and Mommy was expecting one. And there was only one right response. “Babas.” She shamefully whispered, looking down and allowing her head of bleach blonde curls to fall in her eyes, hiding from the attention of the other giant people around. “That’s right.” The Amazon brushes the hair out of her face, tilting her chin up so she looks into her electric green eyes, mesmerizing, so bright. The Little gulps, instead shifting her attention to the shiny necklace around the woman’s long slender neck. “It’s okay if you forget sometimes,” the woman giggles. “Mommy understands that it is confusing to be Little. Weird people like to fill your head with silly thoughts. It’s a good thing Mommy is here to always remind my Buttercup of how little she really is.” A kiss to the nose, a pat to the bottom and the popping out of a pale, voluminous breast is all it takes to remind her of the situation she has found herself in. The onlookers coo, unperturbed by the scene of partial nudity because it was normal to breastfeed your child in public, in fact it was encouraged. Never mind the fact the child in question was a thirty-five year old woman who just one week ago was a normal (well, as normal as a five foot person could be in this dimension) tourist that had arrived for her dream vacation in a foreign dimension to escape her shitty divorce and shittier ex - husband. Now here she was. Diapered and wearing a strawberry printed legless romper with way too many ruffles that was obviously meant to accentuate her rounded bottom, it didn’t even bother to hide how the padding puffed out at the sides. Her hair was styled into a disastrous perm that didn’t look cute on anyone past the age of one. However, thing that get her the most pressed was that she couldn’t remember the last time called her by her actual name, Hannah, instead of the ridiculous moniker the Giant people had taken to referring to her as: Buttercup. “C’mon baby. The doctor said you are too toned. We have to fatten you up.” Without a moment to process, she gasps in surprise when her oxygen is suddenly taken away, stuffed with a mouthful of tit. The only way to properly breathe was to inhale and to inhale meant sucking which she did so reluctantly. It took a moment, careful to mind her teeth (remembering the harsh spanking from just the other day) and after several hard suckles, a thick creamy liquid came streaming out filling her mouth and lighting up her taste buds. The beginning is slow and she shuts her eyes as if it would make her disappear from this place, doing whatever she could do to get through the moment. However it didn’t take long for her limbs to lose their rigid stance and her body began to melt like ice cream into the Amazons soft touch and the Little wondered what she’d been so against before. Gulp after gulp, swallowing, moaning, yearning for more she doesn't even register as the younger Amazon switches her to the second breast. “What poor creatures these Portal Littles are. Forced to live in that corrupted dimension,” a voice comments with a shiver as the others agree. Another pipes up. “You know how I have always advocated for storming the Portal world. Those children need to be shown what real leadership is, especially when they have gotten in their heads that they don’t even need diapers -” “Imagine all of the accidents.” The chatter floats over head, too lost in a milk filled daze to even try to process what they are saying. “At least our Littles know what happens when you misbehave. Isn’t that right, Tulip?” The question is asked toward the other Little sitting at the picnic bench on her father’s lap. “Yes, Daddy.” She responds in a dainty voice that is very mindful, very demure. Tulip is sure of her place in this world of baby powder, diapers and no cheeseburgers. She doesn’t even sniff at the food covered table or glance at the rising smoke from the grill. There’s a squeal of delight in the distance, kids kicking a ball back and forth, a woman lounges in the grass reading her book and a couple strolls on by pushing a pram. It was just a normal family gathering in the park on this warm Autumn evening. Nothing amiss besides from the newly adopted family member who seemed to have trouble processing that she wasn't as big as she thought she was. OoOoo They sit further away from the group, dolls in hand and play silently, Buttercup not quite having mastered the courage to speak the first word. Something about the girl in front of her made her squirm. Her eyes were a vivid shade of hazel that had seemed to follow her throughout the afternoon and examining her closely now, she could see the olive tone within her skin and hair was blacker than the darkest night. Going off her best guess, the portal Little estimated Tulip’s age to be between twenty-three to twenty-five years old. It was difficult to tell with the padding around her bottom, not as thick as hers but still considerably uncomfortable to move in, and puffy dress that she kept having to push down out of her face. Also with the amount of fat pooled around her face, there was still a harshness, a structure to her jaw and frown line at the corners of her mouth that revealed her true age. “Are you only going to gawk? That’s not a very nice way to greet your cousin.” Cousin? Oh yeah. Cousins. They were adopted. The Little is surprised when she looks up at her for the first time with a scrutinizing glare. “My name is Ha - “ “No.” She cuts her off. “What?” “Your name is Buttercup just like my name is Tulip and we are so obviously cousins. Your Mommy’s name is Mommy and you are just a baby that pisses and shits yourself because babies are stupid and immature and don’t know any better.” The girl deadpans as if this should have been common knowledge and regards her with a sniff, turning down her nose at her. Hannah doesn’t know what she has done to get on this girl’s bad side. This was their first time meeting, even interacting with each other. How could she have pissed her off so quickly? She opens her mouth to speak again but doesn’t get the chance. The girl in front of her reaches out, grabbing the pacifier clipped to the front of her outfit that she had actively avoided using and sticks it between her lips much to her shock. Hannah goes to remove the massive rubber bulb which made her cheeks puff out like chipmunks when Tulip icily advises, “I wouldn’t do that if I were you.” Her hand freezes, half way there and slowly puts it down in her lap, heading to her warning. They look behind them, relieved to see the Amazons still in conversation having yet to take notice of their little set to. “You portal Littles are always so entitled and full of yourselves. Whining and complaining, ‘I don’t want to wear diapers! I’m not a baby!’ Blah blah blah,” she sneers, vehemently spitting out the words as if she had tasted something sour. “Your presence is going to ruin everything I’ve worked towards for the last five years.” Hannah doesn’t even take offense at the poor imitation of her voice because her focus is on the five years part. Five years. Her stomach lets out a revolting jolt as she tries to process this startling new piece of information. The Little had hoped this stint was a temporary thing, that the Amazons would be amused for maybe a few weeks or so before setting her free and she could get back to her regular life. But by her tone and Tulip’s hardened face, that was anything but the truth. “Us native Littles know what is expected of us. We’ve prepared for this diapered life from the day we were born because it has never been a question of ‘if’ only ‘when’.” Hannah lets out a muffled plea, begging for forgiveness over something she couldn’t even control. She finds it incredibly sad how these average sized persons spend their whole lives just waiting, just fearing over the prospect that they would lose everything they’d worked towards and themselves in a blink of an eye. How was that a way to live? “I have worked my way up to toddler status,” she states proudly with a haughty look on her face. “It’s taken nearly five years but everyone loves me. Everyone trusts me. However, now you are here.” The Little is terribly confused and pity’s the girl who seems so convinced that pullups is the most she can wish for. Hannah had dealt with plenty of mean girls in her life from high school cheerleaders to petty coworkers whose pastime was spreading humiliating gossip about each other people who were supposed to be their friends. Having developed thick skin from too many times being let down, Hannah was shocked to discover the twinge in her heart that the one other person who should have stood with her in solidarity, cast her aside. “Your horrid behavior is going to be the undoing of all my hard work because as Daddy always says, ‘when there is one naughty Little that means there are two.’ Everything you do will reflect on me and I may not be free but at least I’m not sitting in a shit filled diaper which,” she pauses, glancing down, “neither are you.” Uh - oh. Hannah gulps and it has become painfully clear that this girl - her cousin - was not going to be her friend. The padding between her thighs was cold and damp, having unknowingly pissed herself during the previous feeding which left her bloated and uncomfortably full. This perplexed Hannah because for having only consumed the woman’s breast milk for the last week, she should have lost weight but she had instead seemingly put on a whopping ten pounds which shouldn’t have been possible but it was the truth. Tulip glares at her, expectantly. She demands. “You need to shit yourself.” If her mouth wasn't stuffed full already, it would have dropped open. Instead her eyes widened comically, wondering if she had just heard what she thought she did. “You heard me.” Tulip repeats slowly as if she were a dim witted child and huffs out an explanation that she didn't seem to want to give. “Amazon’s love a messy diaper, nothing furthers their superiority complex more than that. You give them control and the suspicion falls away. Any crazy ideas your mommy comes up with won't spread to my daddy. Do you understand how important this is? I spent six months in Etiquette School unlearning my ABCs and I just got them back and would really like it to stay that way!” There's an hysterical edge to her tone, a hint of madness in her eyes that leads the Little to believe that she wasn't as put together as she portrayed. Slowly (tempted to raise her hands in surrender to show she meant no malice) did Hannah nod her head. It was as if a light switch turned on because in an instant, her lips curved up into a smile, eyes bright with a friendliness that she knew not to trust. “I knew you would understand!” She chirps. “Glad there is no misunderstanding.” Even if Hannah could respond, what would she say to this? The Little continues to watch her, waiting again with a not so right expression and Hannah realizes with dread that she is waiting for her to do it. Right here and now. She’d never willingly forced herself to go. Her bowels always just seemed to work on their own violation and was too late to stop the mass once it started. But, now as Hannah attempted, bearing down on her stomach, all it took was one push. A horrible shock went through her body, terrified that her system could be weakened so quickly in a short amount of time and moved into a crouching position. Panting, quick little puffs through pursed lips, she felt her sphincter open up, allowing a generously large amount of shit the texture of paste to come pouring out. It could have been a minute or two (time ceased to exist) that she remained in that position unable to control the ebb and flow and gave into her body’s natural urges and the padding swelled beneath her, hanging low. It was warm and smelly as the Little fell back on her bottom in a heap of exhaustion. She could feel right away the spread of her waste, soiling every inch of clean skin, getting up in the nooks and crannies of her lower half. She sat with her legs spread, unable to touch her thighs due to the hanging brown lump and wondered how much lower it could get from here. And it does. Tulip exclaims, screaming as loud as she can, “Daddy! Buttercup went poopy! It’s really stinky!” The whole park probably heard - no - they definitely heard and Hannah can’t take it any longer. She burst into tears. “Don’t worry, Buttercup.” Tulip smirked. “Just wait another five years. Maybe then you will have earned your way to pull ups. But then again, maybe not. You don’t want to get on my backside.”
  14. Chapter 17: That evening it was unusually quiet as the exhaustion seemed to have creeped upon them and the Littles had settled into a relaxed routine trapped in the annoyingly tall playpen in front of the television. Veronica was over, helping to set up the several items delivered and Olive could not help but nervously look over at Dani, enchanted with the bright swirl of colors on the screen that made absolutely no sense but at the same time made absolutely perfect sense. Olive looked away quickly, a seeping pain clouding over her vision, shaking the feeling away. “Dani,” she shook her friend on the shoulder once. And then twice. “Dani?” A third time. The screen goes blank. “Dani?” The Little turns then, gazing at her friend through glazed eyes but it is different this time. There’s something there, less of a haze moreso… confusion. She squeezes them open and close. Open. Close. “Ow,” Dani whines, rubbing at her eyes. “Dani?” Olive’s head tilts to the side, lips turned down into a pout. Banging is heard from the other room. A hammer. Olive jumps suddenly turning around and peering through the mesh playpen. They’re assembling a second crib. Not paying attention to them. Good. That’s really good. “What’s wrong, Dani?” The Little doesn’t respond, only whimpering and rubbing at her forehead. “Does your head hurt?” No response. Of course. “Listen,” she starts, glancing back every few seconds to make sure the coast is really clear. “I think I’ve found a way to get us out of here. Well… you at least.” The Little has paused, lips turned down, suckling on the rubber pacifire. She had her attention but how much of it… Olive didn’t know. She explained in a hushed voice. “I did something today, really big, and it may be just a trick but I couldn’t live with myself knowing that I did nothing to save you -“ Creeeak. She freezes, snapping her lips shut at the sound of the echoing floorboards beneath one's feet. They wait. Silent. One, two, three… she counts to sixty. “I think this piece goes here - yeah, like that.” The Little breathes. They’re alone still… for now. The clock on the wall flashes six pm. They were already in their pajamas wearing matching white and black polka dotted, legless onesies with the snap nearly bursting off at their puffed out crotch. Dinner had been eaten, a bland mix of puréed prunes, mushy broccoli and saltless pasta. Bedtime was six thirty for the Little ones. That meant they didn’t have much time. The Amazons would surely be listening over the newly installed monitors to ensure each Little actually went to sleep. “Do you remember when we were sixteen when we gave each other those promise rings? We made a deal that if you were ever in trouble that I would save you and if I was ever in trouble you would do the same for me.” Olive reminisced over their teenage years full of fond memories, shared traumas and a best friend's love for one another that trumped all else. It is why she did what she did without a hesitation in her body. It is why she would do it a thousand times over even if it meant losing who she was because that’s what friends did for each other. That’s what it meant to be a sister. “I signed a contract with Abby today. I can’t get into the logistics now but long story short, if I fulfill my end of the deal, she will free you in a year's time from now. A year, Dani.” She stressed. “The old you would call me absolutely bonkers and perhaps I am but I can’t find any other way out of this. If Abby is serious, which I think she is, you can go back to our old life. You can be free. No more diapers. No more humiliation. Freedom.” She pauses, waiting, hoping that her friend has understood some part of this. But the moment is broken as a gurgle of spit bubbles from her lips. Dani exclaims, “diapee!” So that is all she took away… Olive wasn’t surprised and it just solidified the way she had condemned herself to the fiery pits of babyhood. “Uh-oh.” “Yeah, Dani. Uh-oh’s right.” “Uh-oh.” What? Olive glances up, processing what is happening just in time. The Little’s crumpled face is a fiery red as she bares down, hands on her abdomen and an explosion erupts. Shit is everywhere. Olive hadn’t thought that it could get any messier. But it had. And it just kept on coming. “Oh my god!” she cries out, rushing to the other corner of the pen. Brown everywhere. Leaking down her legs, up her back side, on the carpet. The Little grunted not even needing to push. Olive dry heaved, trying to remove the stench from her nostrils but it was pointless. Quick and hurried footsteps make their way to the living room, both Amazons muttering choice words and Dani’s lifted into the air, dangling at an arm's length as literal shit spills out from her overfilled diaper. “How did this even happen! She was fine like not even that long ago!” “Welcome to parenthood.” Veronica chuckles. “H - how do you even clean this?” Abby exclaims, breathing through her mouth. “Stick her in the bathtub. This is only the first movement.” “You’re saying there’s more to come?” The Amazon visibly shudders and Dani lets out a satisfied groan, some of the color coming back to her face during this temporary reprieve. “There’s always more to come. We’re going to need much thicker diapers.” And her apparent Aunt was right. “You take Dani while I get Olive ready for bed. That is going to take a while.” There weren’t many things the Little agreed with Amazons on but this happened to be one of them. She watched as the brown stain seeped further up along her backside and they disappeared around the corner leaving the two of them alone. It’s silent for a moment. The Amazon stares down at her with pursed lips, hands on her hips. Olive fidgets, staring up at her above the bars and the Amazon sighs, shaking her head. “You can’t fool me. I’m not stupid. My sister might believe this little act you are putting on but I can see right through you.” Gulp. Out of the two sisters, Olive was definitely more afraid of Veronica. The Amazon was the type for the Little Hunting bill. She was the type to turn her brains to mush, worse than Dani. “I know about all of your little previous escapades, so believe me when I know you wouldn’t keel over this easily. Dani, on the other hand, knew what her place was, even before etiquette school but you’re stubborn. That would be an admirable trait if only you were another four feet taller.” Oh, she just loved to have that rubbed in her face. It was bad enough being blackmailed into submission but that was another story, one Veronica seemingly wasn’t aware of and couldn’t be. She just had to play her part. That was the deal after all. “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” she responded demurely with big wide innocent eyes. It did cause the Amazon to stop in place for a moment and regard her with cool eyes. “It’s time to go to bed.” Veronica suddenly snapped. “I don’t have time to deal with crabby babies.” Or you don’t like being proven wrong… The lifted the Little with one arm in a swift motion and she kicked her legs in protest. The triumphant feeling that she had won their little set-to was washed away as Olive was roughly thrown down on the changing table in the nursery. The Little couldn’t help but whine, “it hurts,” as the restraints were overly tightened around her limbs, cutting into her skin. “It’s a long way down. I can’t have my precious niece getting hurt!” It was surgery voice over a surgery coating of a thinly veiled threats that had her ceasing her struggles. Olive found herself worried seeing the obvious madness behind the Amazon’s eyes that Abby and Dani were immune to. “Your Mommy likes to take her time, helping you adjust to your new life but I like it quick and easy.” Olive couldn’t see what Veronica was bending over but as she rose to full height, the fiery red object in her hands had her crying out in fear. “Please - “ “Hush baby.” “Mhmmmm!” Is all Olive could get out as an inflated pacifier was jammed into her mouth. “Your mommy doesn’t have time for naughty children and neither do I. It’s silly she thought you were ready to move into regular diapers while you’ve hardly even wet your current one. How many hours has it been? Nearly two? That’s way too long to be dry.” Her struggles were pointless as the padding was stripped away and thoroughly powdered, the monstrous diaper that she’d gotten herself out of was retapped around her lower half and the burn began. “You’re overacting, darling.” Veronica rolled her eyes, undoing the straps and lifting the wiggly Little into the air. She kicked her legs, forcefully, in an attempt to alleviate the pain from her tender skin and offer her mind a distraction. “Let Auntie help you speed up the process.” She said as a voluminous full breast popped out from her shirt. “I do this because I love you and Littles need milk to stay healthy.” As the first object was removed from her lips, it was replaced by a second and the sharp pinch to her nose had her unwillingly inhaling a sudden thick creamy substance. Milk. She wanted to gag. She wanted to spit it out and rebel but to her surprise, it tasted… good… sweet. “That’s it. Good girl.” The Amazon cooed. “It’s proven that bottle feeding is highly ineffective - more cranky Littles and no stinky presents for Mommy.” She fell into a rhythm, suckling, swallowing, gulping, more and more until she forgot what there even was to fight against. It’s nearly an hour later when Olive comes too again. It’s dark in the room and she’s on her back. Staring up the colorful mobile that turns round and round and round. She goes to sit up but - no. Laying down is more comfortable. Her head is woozy, body heavy. Squish. There’s a warmth between her leg and a mushiness that creeps up her back. Sticky. Smelly. Her nostrils flare wide. Searching, searching… uh - oh. Grunting. Panting. Suckle. That’s better. Her paci calms her down. Something big, something messy slides out of her. The padding swells out to her knees but she stays on her back, legs spread at a ninety degree angle. That’s better. Her stomach calms. She feels better. Her eyes flutter shut, immune to the voices in the other room. Dani has been wailing for the last forty minutes. “I know, baby. You feel very icky, don’t you? Mama is very sorry.” There’s a screech in response and the sound of another grumbling tummy. “Not again…” Abby groaned in exhaustion, bent over the tub as there is another brown explosion. “What are we to do with you?” Dani had never been one to get sick easily and so this now worried the Amazon. It wasn’t normal. “Uck!” Dani spat. “Owie!” “Mama knows your tummy hurts. Mama is doing everything she can.” But not enough. Abby couldn’t help but feel guilty beginning to fret over all the past decisions the last month. If only she hadn’t sent her to that etiquette school and reacted so quickly, maybe she wouldn’t be sick and unable to voice what was wrong with her. In Dani’s own words, she always stated that she would never allow any Amazon to trap her in an ‘oversized prison’ and the Amazon had done just that. Now, the Little whined, head thrown back as another piercing screech emitted from her lips. “Should we go to the doctor? What if something is more seriously wrong? What if Olive catches whatever this is-“ “No.” “Bu -“ “Abby, you’re overacting.” “I’m not doing enough!” Veronica rolled her eyes, set in her stance. “I think we’ve got through the worst of it. Get her changed and in bed - triple diaper her. Right now, all she needs is sleep. In the morning, if she is still not better than you can go to the doctor. This happens to all Littles and Amazon children.” OoOoo The morning came, not soon enough, and Veronica had been right. Dani was better, cheery even if not absolutely exhausted however Olive on the other hand was a different situation. “We had a deal!” The Little hissed the moment the Amazon stepped into the room. Abby froze momentarily, not having expected to receive this type of reception at seven o’clock in the morning. “What are you talking about?” Her voice is calm, composed, as she lifts a giggling Dani from the cot and an overfilling diaper. “Do you see what your sister did to me! I bet you were in on it! I bet this was your plan the entire time!” It takes Abby a moment to process what she is saying as her eyes shift down to where the Little gestured to the red ballooned out padding and a stench overpowered her nose, this time not only from Dani. “You promised no mind games, no drugging, no manipulation. I gave you my word that I’d play your sick game. You didn’t have to stoop to this low.” Olive is angry, angrier than she had ever been before because it was not easy to give over one's trust, especially to an Amazon, but of course, this was to be expected. Giants were the definition of untrustworthy. Olive expects her to defend her evil sister but instead, it is the opposite much to her shock. “I’m sorry.” She apologized. “What?” She repeats again. “I’m sorry. I didn’t know my sister was going to do that. I’ll have a talk with her.” Whatever the Little had been expecting it was not that. “I - I -” Olive didn’t know how to respond. She had imagined every scenario about how this was going to work out in her mind but the Amazon being seemingly remorseful? That was not something she had planned. “I need to be changed.” She sniffed, refusing to acknowledge her words. To hell with being the bigger person. “Of course.” Abby agreed politely. “Let me just do Dani first.” Olive watched through the bars, grumpy yet relieved that her friend was no longer shitting her brains out. She still looked a bit pale and clammy but was extremely talkative and wouldn’t stop moving around. It was her turn after and Olive kept a watchful eyes on where her hands lingered. She still didn’t put it past the Amazon to try something… “You can stop watching me like I’m about to attack.” Spread the cream. Powder. Unfold the padding. “Haven’t you already?” Abby shot her a look. Legs raised in the air. The sliding of padding beneath her bottom. The Amazon worked methodically without hesitation. “In order for our deal to work,” she said, taping the straps at her hips, “you need to lose this attitude.” Olive had nothing to say to that. ”Now, let's see.” Abby hummed please. “Pink or yellow?” She held both hideously ruffled dresses that did nothing to hide the shameful diaper and would have only looked good on an actual toddler… and even that was pushing it. “Pink.” The Little advised and seemed to have made the right decision as Abby let out a big smile. While she preferred the color yellow, there seemed to be a ruffle less on the pink outfit and that was a win in her book. “Now, let's get you dressed for the day. Everyone will be so excited to see how adorable you look at the office!” Of course she had to remind her. Unwanted memories from the first day invaded her mind, knowing it was what led them to their current predicament. “You remember what happens to naughty girls, don’t you? If you want to help Dani, that means helping me.” Dread tore apart her stomach and she had to gulp down the rising bile in her throat to stop herself from puking everywhere. Abby was right. This was all about Dani. She just had to push her personal feelings aside. She had to push away the guilt that tore her up for what she had already done and what she will continue to do. “Tell Mommy you understand.” the Amazon ordered, sitting her up. “I understand.” Thwack! “Ahhh!” Olive let out a yelp as her heavy hand striked the inside of her thigh. “Say it properly.” “I understand, Mommy!” She sniffled, trying to keep the tears at bay as her skin stung red. “Very good.” Abby smiled. “Now, shall we get going? We’ve got a long day ahead of us.” And that they did. It was the same thing as yesterday, pulling up to the small one - story building, the parking lot already full and the morning in full swing. Olive let out a yawn, giving a half - hearted suckle on her paci just wanting to go back to sleep. It was too early to be awake. “Come on sleepyhead,” said Abby as she unstrapped her from the large car seat that consumed the Little that Olive couldn’t deny was actually very comfortable. The Amazon wouldn’t let her walk, firmly secured at her hip and it was the same thing as the last day, people cooing and oohing and awning and stopping to pat her puffy hair and comment on her disgustingly pink dress. The office was made up of a dozen or so cubicles and a few private offices in the open floor plan. Abby dumps her bag at her desk in the back corner of the room and drags her along to the big boss. “Remember our manners, darling and you may just get a lollipop!” Olive didn’t want a lollipop. She wanted her freedom. The frown depended. Purposefully. Abby knocks and it’s not even a moment later the voice calls to enter. The Amazon pinched the inside of her thigh and she let out a surprise yelp . “Smile.” She hissed as they entered the large office. The Little didn’t want to but knew enough not to cause a fuss in a room full of Amazons because that was bound to end horribly. Her mouth turned up at the corners, lips trembling and her cheeks hurt, forced to do such an unnatural action. What Olive really wanted to do was to tell them all to fuck off. This was blackmail at its finest. “Ah, Abby, right on time,” said the heavyset woman behind the too large desk looking up from her computer as they shut the door behind them. Her presence went right over the Amazon's head as they got right to business. “The Smith’s have sent thanks for their new daughter. They’ve settled in nicely and Marie was everything they were looking for.” “The newly weds?” She ponders before exclaiming, “oh yes! Their Little is to be a crawler. I’m glad everything has worked out!” “Well, we couldn’t have done it without our little helper here.” All eyes focused on her and Olive could feel the blood drain from her face as they discussed their latest capture, talking so nonchalantly as if they were just selling houses (they weren’t). It was all her fault. But it was the deal. The stupid awful, barbaric agreement that kept her awake at night but was all for Dani. Everything was for Dani. This was just a little’s life she was coming to realize. Fighting, enduring, surviving. It’s all they could do not to drown in talcum powder and be smothered to death in diapers. The thing is, she’d really liked Marie and the guilt ate her alive. She’d just moved states, escaping the oppressive regime of Aequor only to come to Amazonia in search for a better life. She was going back to complete college and was searching for a small apartment near the university. It was too easy to fall into the trap when the new face of Branson’s Real Estate company was a seemingly free, maturely dressed in a navy business suit, Little. It was too easy to let go of all her fears when said Little was at the showing beside her apparent Amazonian coworker; and it was too simple signing agreement, missing the tiny words in fine print that lawfully signed over all of her rights to the Amazonian couple that would adopt the Little and take over the house in her place - just a safety precaution. And it was extremely difficult, watching the look of horror and betrayal fall over her face as the error was revealed and she was whisked away to permanent babyhood. The advertisement was just as it said - Houses4Kids. Buy one house and get a Little free of charge presented by Branson Real Estate. There was nothing illegal about tricking Littles into signing away their freedoms because it’s their own fault for not paying closer attention. It left her wrecked thinking of every person she would damn to this existence. But this was the price to pay. For Dani. For herself. For freedom. “What do you say to Miss Hansen for the nice compliment?” Seriously? She was serious. Olive just managed to keep the scowl off her face. “Thank you, Miss Hansen.” “Of course, darling.” Stupid pet names. “I told you Littles were useful,” Abby responded to the brute of a woman. “Yes, well, I suppose they do have their purposes.” Olive didn’t want to say that she seemed impressed but rather not as sullen as before. “Now, get her ready. Andrew’s got a showing in an hour - a stupid Little that really thinks we’re about to lease a half million dollar house to him.” “The audacity!” Abby barked a laugh. “Don’t worry, I’m sure little Olive will get him all buttered up for us. He’d be perfect for Mrs. Samodian. She’s looking for a little blonde.” OoOoo As Olive contemplated her every life choice, Dani fought hard to forget hers. Alisha and the doctor were ruthless in their attempts to make her whole again, ignoring her every cry and obvious sign of distress. They decided to go a little further this time, bombarding her with sensations, feelings that would remind her of a later time in her life: making friends, first day of school, being away from home without her family. By her reaction and significant rise of her heartbeat, she wasn’t taking it very well. But the de-programming was essential. Dani was essential. They couldn’t go on without her. The operation wouldn’t survive. It’s why it was important to do no matter how much it hurt to watch her suffer. Upon being dropped off this morning, Abby reported the incidents from the night before - two symptoms from the de-programming that had apparently presented. She seemed better today, no sign of illness, and so they’d have to monitor closely afterwards. The doctor still voiced her disagreements over the course of procedure but that was a moot point. “Slightly worse off today,” the doctor muttered beneath her breathe, scribbling down notes. “At least we’re making progress.” “We’re lucky. Remember the last kid?” Alisha didn’t want to remember. His brain had been damaged caused by overexposure from the treatments and was placed at an adoption center, too much of a liability. “That won’t happen to Dani.” It can’t happen. I won’t let it. That’s what the Amazon continued to promise herself even an hour later as she secretly watched Dani from the corner of the room. The Littles planned their escape huddled in a group. Three of them were going to attempt the dimension crossing while the others were heading east to Le Montes. It was a quiet way of life out there. Rural. Go far enough out and you could live off the grid the rest of your life. It wasn’t for the faint hearted but they'd contacted some trustworthy Inbetweeners that owned a ranch that were willing to take on some extra help. The only problem was actually getting the Littles there safely, which would take months and a lot of luck. “I feel bad,” a Little frowned, looking behind her, away from the group. “Dani is all alone.” “Because she’s just a stupi - “ “Hey,” Kerry warned. “Nice language now. You wouldn’t like to be called such a mean name, would you Timmy?” He hung his head. “That’s what I thought.” The other Little was still turned around and suddenly stood up. “Zara what are you doing?” Another asked. “I’m going to say, ‘hi’ to Dani.” Incredulous voices rose, disbelief present in the air. While Little Johnny Boy’s impassioned speech from the other day was still on everyone’s mind. He wasn’t here today, and so as a precaution they kept their distance from Dani - well, except for Zara now who’d seemed to have lost her mind. But she was her own person and they couldn’t stop her from doing what she wanted. The Little waddled the length of the room, lip caught between her bottom teeth as she approached the reserved girl. Dani fiddled with a stuffed animal, hugged tightly to her chest only looking up at the sound of the audible crinkle. She frowned, caving in smaller to herself as the Little stopped in front of her and sat down. “Hi Dani!” she exclaimed cheerfully yet cautiously. “My name’s Zara, we haven’t met yet.” It was at this point that she should have greeted her back but Dani regarded the girl with a look of mistrust, weary of her intentions because while everyone else avoided her like the black plague, she’d been the only one brave enough to approach. That left the Little suspicious. “I, um,” she stammered awkwardly now but still determined, “I just wanted to introduce myself.” No response. Zara gulped. “You’re friends with Little Johnny Boy right?” Not even a reaction. Zara had to stop herself from turning away. There were snickers in the background. She frowned, changing the subject. “I like your outfit. My mommy only likes me in frilly dresses.” She gestures to her denim overalls, decorated with stitched in flowers and the pink puffy shouldered blouse beneath. Once again at her lack of response, Zara was struggling for what else to say in this extremely awkward one sided conversation. “What’s your favorite color? Mine is green.” Silence. “Do you have a favorite food? Mine used to be steak but well, I haven’t had that in a long time. You know why, obviously. That’ll definitely be the first meal I have once we get to the portal world - yeah - definitly,” there was a faraway look in her eyes, imagining something that Dani couldn’t possibly guess but was quickly snapped from it. “I like your stuffed bear,” she sighed. “What’s his name?” “Her.” “What?” Zara was momentarily startled, having not expected a response but she did. She spoke. “M-Miss Beawy,” she pouts annoyed, brows puckered and regards the other Little with a hostile look. “That’s cool! Can I hold her?” In her excitement that Dani was actually interacting with her, she makes the mistake of moving too quickly, reaching out a hand towards the plushy which was obviously the wrong move. Dani lets out a screech, pulling back and slapping at her hand. Any progress that had been made was gone. “Mine!” She all but growled. “What’s going on here?” Alisha and Shawn run over quickly, pulling the two girls away as Dani moves in with another strike. Zara is close to tears. “I - I was just trying to be friends!” Her lips wobbled, watery - eyed and snaked her arms around the Amazon man’s neck tightly. ”That’s a very nice gesture, Zara,” he responded a bit patronizing, patting her on the back but it didn’t seem to be malicious in any way. “But I think Dani needs some time to herself.” She sniffled, agreeing nonetheless feeling no need to stick around the odd girl. Little John Boy could have her all to himself. That was the way it continued to go the rest of the day. Moody attacks by Dani and crabby behavior that was directed at everyone, even Olive. The evening came once again, Veronica’s turn with the Littles and it should have been a relaxing time at the park. “What’s wrong, Dani?” The Little asked for the one hundredth time. It was clear that something was bothering her. She was quiet, glued to the Amazon’s side since they left the daycare and now could hardly look her in the eye. Dani was never one to shy away from conflict, as seen from the report of her naughty behavior from today and Veronica took too much joy tanning her bottom bright red afterward. “Dani, please talk to me,” Olive pleaded. She kept a careful watch on the Amazon every few seconds engrossed in her book sitting on the bench. “You’re never like this. Something is bothering you.” And she was right. The Little opens her mouth before closing and opening again trying to get words out that she couldn't seem to express. “What is it Dani? You can talk to me.” Her face was a mix of pink and red with her lip caught between her teeth. She reaches for her paci attached to the collar of her blouse as if she’s going to stick it in her mouth but seemingly changes her mind, lowering her hand. “Have I done something?” That seemed to pique her interest as she looked down and then up and down again and sighs. “Y-yeah.” “Yes?” Olive is taken aback. Dani pauses, shaking her head now. A frown us set on her lips. “No.” No? Which was it? Both Littles were confused. “Owie.” She whimpered, touching her head. “H-hurt.” Owie. Hurt. “Your head hurts?” Olive pressed. This was the most she had attempted to communicate beyond the basics and the Little could see that Dani was really trying to communicate something, anything. “No.” She huffed. “Ouch. Stowies - “ “Stories?” “Nu-uh,” her chest rose up and down. “Stowies… pictuwes… head. Ouch.” Olive had to pause attempting to piece together her cryptic clues when suddenly it hit her out of nowhere. She gasps, “memories? Dani, are you remembering?” “M-memwy?” Dani focuses intently, attempting to repeat the long word. “Yes, Dani, memories. From before. There was me and you and Carly - “ “Cawly?” “Yes,” Olive has to hold in a laugh of relief. “Carly. She has pretty yellow hair and is a baker. Remember? She makes really good cookies.” As much as Olive was hopeful that her friend was coming closer to her previous self, there were so many dangers that they had to stay aware of. If Abby or Veronica were to discover what was happening it would mean starting over from the beginning. They wouldn’t let her continue this way. That’s why it had to remain a secret no matter what. No one could find out. OoOoo Author’s Note: Hey everyone! Here is another chapter, I hope you have enjoyed! As always I love hearing your thoughts, they motivate me to keep writing so please review!
