    You're fortunate to have a wife who tolerates.  Mine does not, so I'm still enjoying diapers in secret.  I have been a DL since about age 4.  66 years later, I still love them.

      Yes. My first memory of liking plastic pants was around 4 years old.  As I got older. I was actually a little jealous whenever I saw a baby or toddler still wearing those puffy plastic pants over their cloth diaper.  Obviously I couldn't tell anyone what the sight of cloth diapers drying on a clothesline had on me.  It would overwhelm me and my thoughts of being diapered with plastic pants.  Into my teen years, I tried to abstain but I couldn't stop the desire.  Into my 20's I thought I could finally let diapers go, when I got married and started a family.  I was born in 1948.  Fast forward to 2019 and the wonderful feeling of putting on cloth diapers and plastic pants still overwhelms me.

    For many years, disposables were easy to come by and I enjoyed using them but for me, I'm a cloth diaper lover. Finally ordered some extra thick ones from Changing Times Diaper Company in Las Vegas. Diaper pins, baby powder and plastic pants..oh man do they feel awesome

    One of my earliest memories was going down for a nap and my mother had put plastic pants on me so I wouldn't wet the bed. I was maybe 4 years old and maybe they were rubber pants because it was the early 1950s. They were a light green color. I felt safe and secure and loved the way they sort of puffed out around my legs and waist. To say that I loved the feeling is putting it mildly.

    I'm new hear also but am so excited to communicate with others who just love their diapers. I'm guessing I'm one of the oldest people hear but when my plastic pants are pulled up over my diapers, I'm just a 3 year old again

    I just joined DD a few days ago...have wanted to for years but was afraid. I've been a DL my whole life. As early as 4 years old, when my mother would put plastic pants on me to keep from wetting the bed, somehow the connection was made that it was okay to wet as long as I had plastic pants on. By age 5 or 6, I thought I must be the only person on the planet who felt this way. So I went through years of binge and purge but I could not stop for very long. I have enjoyed my diaper life in secret and alone. I am married with children and grandchildren and I have what many people would say is a comfortable lifestyle. I'm a realtor in Massachusetts. In an effort to be open, honest and transparent, I recently told my wife who does not approve, but I'm sort of relieved that I told her. I told her there was no cure for my love for diapers but she does not understand. I'm older than most members here and was raised before disposables, so my preference is for cloth diapers, large diaper pins and plastic pants. Disposables will do in a pinch though. As I write this intro, I'm wearing my cloth diapers and I just wet myself... it feels wonderful!! I'm not so much into the AB side of things but am open. I hope to meet or communicate with someone who I can share this part of my life with.

      No problem, I enjoy helping to find these things. 

      I’m sure, if you give your wife time, she will come around. 

      For me, my wife is pretty good with it, but I still feel funny. I’ve worked so hard to keep secret all my life, sometimes it’s hard to feel at ease.

      I hope so. She's very religious and she's not very sensitive to my feelings in general.  I really enjoy your feedback Bill and communicating with you.  I feel liberated to be able to talk about my love for diapers.  GOD only knows how much I love being diapered.

      I see, all due respect to her religious beliefs, but that can be a big stumbling block. I still wouldn’t give up hope though. If you keep at it, mostly in a subtle, steady, and loving way, she may break down. After all, a baby needs lots of love, and they need their diapers changed lovingly. Only difference is, you’re a large baby. ?
