While I do love to sit in a poopy diaper it's not just the clean up I have limited use of my left side and suffer for spatisity and fatigue for MS so, clean up is much harder than say someone with all functioning extremities. But, I really hate when I am out in public and I have a accident like I am right now sitting in my Truck waiting for my niece at a doctor's office my shit is playing peakabu good thing I have a Better Dry on I have already wet and now trying to keep myself from pooping just yet. I awoke with a very wet Better Dry diaper and it leaked onto my bed pad for the first time in along time. I think I must of moved onto my side during the night and leaked when my Bladder opened and it probably was a Geyser. I always fall asleep on my back so, that's what happens when you are a nightly bed wetter and must wear Diapers at night. As for what diaper I am wearing right now I decided to put on a Better Dry seeing how it's cooler out Today and I will be able to get at least 8-10hrs before I change into a Better Dry with a Tranquillity Top Liner with plastic pants over that for bed time. Lately I've been wearing Prevail 360 Breezers during the day with a PUL cover for discreetness. And at night when I change its a Better Dry with a Tranquillity Top Liner and plastic pants for extra leak protection at around 10pm. Me being a heavy wetter this combo works best for me I also put a bed pad down on the bed and last up to 15hrs before I change. I usually always wet some before going to bed. Being born in the 60's cloth diapers and plastic pants were in thing so I always loved plastic pants exspesaily if they had a pee smell. And me being a bed wetter into my 30's I didn't get to wear a diaper so a plastic sheet was used on my bed I was caught playing with myself on more than one occasion that's why I was kept out of diapers. I wear Better Dry diapers and Tranquillity Top Liner XL in it Nightly and have had this one on for 14hrs it's pretty soaked, swollen and Squishy. I sometimes wear Better Dry during the day but usually wear a Prevail 360 breezer with a small booster during the day me being incontinent I no longer wear underwear. Well for me it's when I got diapers that I could actually wear - Attends w/ pampers as booster. And when I got my first ABDL Diapers from Bambino. That I leaked and don't feel it. Me being incontinent and 24/7 98% of time everything goes in my diaper because I really can't stop it when it's time to go. I don't think there are many that really like the clean up "I just deal with it" and try to enjoy it while my load is squishing around. Yes, I am in a clean and fluffy diaper before bed I usually change around 10pm but don't go to bed until around 1am so it will get one wetting before I sleep. My review of the Beyond XP5000 the 1st one I put on: 1) Fit: runs small but works for me. 2) Comfort: they in my opion Very Comfortable 5 star. 3) Absorbtion: These do hold up to about 1 gusher and 3-5 smaller wettings needs more absorbent material up Front For us Men. 4 star 4) Concealment under clothes: I rate this about a 4 star. Being pretty easy. 6) Price point when buying a Case: for me not too over priced. 7) Looks: don't care for the Big Print on cover but, when I wear a diaper it's 95% of the time It's covered up. 8) Smell: not too unpleasant. Me being 24/7 and 365 days a year because of MS I got too go with what I can afford my Night Diaper runs me average of $2 and my Day Diaper cost on average of .60 cents to $1.80. Being a Bed wetter growing up and I didn't get to wear a diaper. But, now after being diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis 5yrs ago my incontinece has gotten me to wear some kind of protection 24/7 for the last 8yrs. I did wear at night before 8yrs ago and did the whole binge and purge thing up until about 8yrs ago and diapers have always been sexual for me since I was very young and even NOW but it's just not a often as my younger years. I will put it this way I must wear some kind of protection so, there is NOT very many places I don't wear. So, I was shopping around and found these from XP Medical and if anyone has tried them yet they do sound like a very good Diaper. There website says the Beyond XP5000 are hook and loop and are plastic back with tall leak guards. If anyone has had tried them let me know. I am going buy a bag and put them to a test. I put on a MagaMax last night with a Tranquillity Top Liner XL in it wet it a little than I had a mushy poo didn't want to change and waste a slightly used MegaMax diaper (bad decision) I also put a pair of plastic pants on that was a Good Decision. Went to bed after smoking a bowl, and I Woke up in the morning to a MAJOR BLOWOUT OF POOP and pee all over in my plastic pants and some leaked out onto me and my T-shirt and PJ's jumped out of bed and went straight to the Shower. This has happened to me before but many years ago. I also had a Bed Pad on the bed so, the mess didn't get on the sheets but it if it wasn't for the Plastic Pants things would have been much worse (as for clean up) YUK..... I have tried the Tykables and they are great..... But I can't SEE spending the $$ they ask for them. I'd rather purchase Better Dry's at least for me I can get away with wearing one day or night at night I will put a Tranquillity Top Liner XL in it to give me up to 16hrs of pure bliss without leaking and without a booster I can get 8 to 10 hours before I change. To each his own. I like printed diapers but, for plain white I love them just as much without the extra cost. I'm stocking up on more diaper got a case of Dry 24/7's from LLMEDICO and a case of Better Dry's from NSC and a case of Tranquillity Top Liners from MVS Discount Sales. And just received a case of the Prevail 360 breezers yesterday from MVS. In May I thinking of getting more Better Dry's so I will have enough diapers on hand for around 6 months.
