    If you are an Adult Baby or Little, what would you say are your FAVORITE rules that you need to abide by? Are those rules ones that you came up with on your own or did your BIG set them for you? Do you know what the purpose of those rules are (to keep you in line, just for fun, to maximize or minimize certain behaviors/actions, just for the amusement of it)? As for ABDL Tops, do you have any favorite rules that you lovvvvveeeee to enforce upon your Little?     I've spanked naughty boys and girls to the point of tears before, but it typically has to be more than just a very "painful" spanking, you have to have the emotional component as well. I was actually interviewed for an article and discussed crying as cathartic release, you can read the article here: https://www.kinkly.com/does-crying-turn-you-on-theres-a-name-for-that/2/17520 in Kinkly magazine. The emotional component could be a variety of different things, such as: feeling deep remorse for some wrong-doing on the spankees part, feeling unconditional love from the spanker (or Top/Domme, depending on if the person considers themselves a spanko or a submissive or both), feeling like they really "let down" someone who they truly love/admire, etc. And the majority of men in general have a very hard time crying, due to social conditioning & having been taught "boys don't cry!" from the time they were really little, which is why it's really hard to cry, even for many who "desire" to do so.     Longest I've ever done fasting was for 7-days and this was a "supervised fast" at one of the few water-fasting centers in the world. I've tried to do it a few times since, but only lasted a few days. The first time I definitely had the most endurance

    Most of the ProMommies are legit, however you should definitely do your homework to make sure that is the case with the lovely lady you wish to see. Does she have a website? What happens when you do a google search of her ProMommy name (it sounds like, in this case would be "Mommy Canada" if I am reading your post correctly), in some cases you have to add in the Pro Mommy name + keywords (so for example, if you wanted to google me, you'd google my name plus keyword (ABDL in this case) "Miss Jenn Davis ABDL" and see what comes up. If she's got a huge internet footprint, then she's going to be legit. No fake is going to waste their time putting out that much effort. Hope that helps!
