I think I accepted who I was as a diaper lover in the late '90s. Not sure why it took so long other than there just aren't that many of us in the grand scheme of things. I only have one foot out of the diaper closet as my wife is the only one who knows. We go back and forth about how often is too often to wear. After I first retired in 2010 I wore a lot and it got in the way of family things. I was told then that I had to find balance and I did realize that I was letting it get in way. So now I don't let it get in the way of family events but wish I had the courage that some of you do and come all the way out. Just super afraid of the consequences. I don't want to embarrass my daughters and their families. Having three wonderful grandchildren who look up to me is what keeps my diaper closet door 90% closed.

Sorry to here you had to go in a second time! Here's hoping this will fix it for good. Our thoughts are with you.

You make a very good point on your last post Mark. I've thought about it but have never acted on wearing in the company of family. Out and around town I'm good but thinking about being diapered with my kids and their families close by is one thing I haven't overcome yet. Your very inspiring words are a confidence builder though. @Forced2wet. I did tell her sometime in our first year of marriage. Nothing much happened until I found the old Attends diapers. Back then they weren't too bad and she even participated off and on for many years. Fast forward to 2010, the year I retired, and all of a sudden I'm expected to give them up because we've been grandparents for a few years. She was still working and I wore a LOT during the day and night. Then she suggested I need to find balance in my wearing. I should say that we hadn't slept together since about 2003 because she snored and my working hours were 3:45am wake up. We still do not sleep together and that's alright with me. I know she wouldn't consider what I do now as balancing my wearing but I really don't care anymore. I put family first and if it interrupts my diaper wearing I just live with it. In 20/20 hindsight I should have told her before we were married but that ship has sailed. Take care.

Ok, I have to jump on the Confi-Dry bus myself. For the price and the volume it holds, it's my favorite diaper. Sometimes I'll switch it up and buy a case of Bambino's but 99% of the time it's the 24/7's. Sometimes just for the fun of it I'll put a booster in and wear them for 20 plus hours. Just ordered a case of them Sunday and according to Fed Ex they should be here tomorrow.

Sorry @forcedtowet but it is beyond me. I've been married for going on 47 years and before we were married I didn't tell her. That's on me. I have 3 daughters who gave us 3 super grand kids and there is no way I'm going to change that dynamic. I'm not looking for sympathy or a path out. It is what it is for me and that's why I'm always happy for those of you who did find a mommy for all of the things us abdl's need. Oh and by the way very nice pics! Thanks for sharing.

You last 2 posters are very lucky dl's. I'm sure I'd be excited too if I had a mummy to change me. Happy for both of you though.

I'm don't know all the things you've done with your sissy baby but if I was him just being dressed as a sissy while diapered would be wonderful. I'm hoping your sissy has all of the girlyest and pinkest clothes there are. She is already blessed with a loving mommy so that part is covered. I would say just keep feeding her bottles of her favorite drink to keep those diapers wet and you'll be fine. Wish you the best!
