SDK 🙂 Haven't worn one of these in a while; it's comfy, but not as nice as some of the older Rearz I was wearing yesterday (the old ones with the two feet printed all over in colors). I've never called a helpline before, but I totally understand where you're at. If it makes you feel any better, I know someone who works at one of those call centers; it's generally their policy to keep the conversation short if the person who's called isn't in immediate danger of 'checking out early', so they can keep the lines open for people who are. Those places are a lot smaller than I ever imagined, and they get a lot of calls. Getting back to you, just remember there are lots of people who're battling the same kind of feelings you are. Try doing things you enjoy when you can, and also remember to give yourself some credit for the things you manage to do well. I hope you feel better!

I'm sorry that you're feeling so low. I haven't been wearing much at all over the last two years, and during that time I've been very depressed at times. It's nothing to do with my fetish though, I'm just lonely and feeling kind of stuck. I guess the best advice I could give you is to try to get yourself out there and be friendly with people outside of your fetish. Even if you force it at first it'll make you feel better. Think about your AB or DL tendencies as icing on the cake of life; if the cake isn't ready, you can't put the icing on! Human beings are social by nature, so if you're not feeling like you've got a friend or family member to lean on, then you'll be looking to other things - like your diapers - to fill that void. Even if you indulge yourself in your fetish, you'll be sad without people in your life who you enjoy being around. That's my best advice. I hope it helps!

@Just a person I once had a really awful time with a fissure, which is much more serious and painful than a hemorrhoid. The odd thing about fissures is they don't usually hurt when it tears, just later on when 'traffic' reopens them; pain like you can't imagine. The early sign is the same as a hemorrhoid - bright red blood along with a movement. However, a fissure is usually caused by poops that are unusually big and hard. So, play it safe and DO NOT PUSH! Also, keep your poops soft by any means necessary, and don't put anything in there that isn't smooth and lubricated. It's not worth it. I realize this is a graphic description, and I'm not trying to scare you. I just don't want anybody to go through the same pain I was plagued with on and off for a whole year.

I've tried many, many times, but I'm a DL and the turn on is just too much of a distraction.
