Regular clothes. No one knows what they're looking at even if the panty line is distinct. If they do then they probably would like to talk to you I wear a full size diaper whenever I want and wherever I want and I haven't heard a single comment. Only thing I worry about is at work if it's too loud(crinkly). I padded up and put on my uniform and I can see the diaper but overall looking at me you'd never know I only wear premium diapers like megamax and bambino ultra stretch. Rearz are way too noisy for work but are just fine for regular public wear

So I don't know how easy it would be for you to get a case but Northshore Megamax are really awesome diapers. They start out relatively slim and make almost no crinkle when you tape them right. They come in white blue and pink and hold more than a rearz elite(I'm wearing a rearz now). The only downside is they use traditional tapes and landing zone and those tapes take some elbow grease to take off. They were the most absorbent diapers until tykables came out with their new one. A medium should fit you perfectly The medium is a little smaller than a large in most other brands. I wear a 36/38 as well and they fit perfectly

I can remember when my oldest was 2 she saw my diaper peeking up and said "Daddy diaper". I think since she was so young she doesn't remember but more recently I had just sat them down for lunch. I was stretching and didn't think anything of it because my bambinos ride pretty low but apparently part of the front was sticking out the top of the jeans. Once I walked out of the dining room my boyfriend followed me and said watch out, your diaper was showing slightly and Ellie(7 and oldest) was staring. Little scary but she never said anything and I figured she would.

I think it mainly has to do with what stage of sleep you're in. A deep sleeper in the middle of REM sleep may pee the bed and not be aware until they wake up. If you're dreaming that you've got to pee, then you're not in REM and you may wake up because you realize you're dreaming. Typically you have no memories of dreams in REM. Someone who's conditioned themselves to intentionally wet at night and sees anywhere as a place to pee, may just dream that they are in fact peeing their diaper and it's fine, thus no panic, no wake to pee or mess if you're that well trained.

Very true. After I separated from my wife I celebrated my freedom and did what I wanted when I wanted. As this novelty started becoming normal, I started getting lonely. Your friends have their own lives and hook-ups just temporarily scratch the itch. Having a person you not only love but actually like to live with is blessing.

I have a sweet little padded sub that makes a trip into town about once a month. I've put a hole in his diaper on several occasions and came in him with no fluff to clean up. Then put some cuts on the plastic of the diaper he's in and tape another over it

What was this medication you speak of??

I started wearing to bed regularly and wearing every day for months. I've been wearing regularly for at least 15 years but never 24/7. After a couple months I would wake 2-3 times a night and wet then go back to sleep. Since then I've had a compulsion to wear to bed so I don't have to get up and pee in a toilet and interrupt my sleep. Furthermore I get aggrivated during the day not wearing because I have to stop what I'm doing to go pee rather than simply peeing where I stand or while walk. If I was with someone who was into diapers I'm sure I'd be incontinent by now.
