They used a lot more of the fluid then expected due to my bladder size and kept having to get doctor approval to add more. When we finally reached a point where I felt I had to go and told them it was too late. I ended up soaking a technician and myself in the process as I apologized.

Wear a thinner diaper with darker, loose pants and go get your picture. There not going to notice a diaper from behind and who cares what people think, most likely they wouldn't notice, and if they did they wouldn't say anything. We all have learned to live with it as needed. Live life to the best and own it.

It is a non formulary item that can be requested. Good Morning, I recently received a prescription for XXX BRIEF, PROTECTION PLUS X-LARGE #XXX from a VA Doctor at the VA Clinic. These are a pull on style of incontinence briefs that I tried over a week’s period of time. They are totally ineffective due to leaks from the cloth outer cover and the inability to handle the large volumes of urine. I have now received at six different prescriptions for various incontinence diapers, briefs and pull-ons from the VA in the last year. I found them to be totally ineffective due to leaks and the inability to handle the large volumes of urine upwards to 1000cc per wetting. Additionally, my skin was constantly wet resulting in skin irritations and sores. Due to issues I have been having in trying to get VA to provide suitable products, I am purchasing the needed more absorbent ConfiDry Dry 24/7 Maximum Absorbency Briefs – Size Large in order to handle the large night time volumes and prevent leakage on my own to quite an expense out of pocket. VA really assisted me after proving the diapers they were providing were not working. Now I get ConfiDry 24/7 every 2 months

I could not agree more, they are my go to diaper on a daily basis when going out for the day, often with plastic pants. I wear cloth diapers and plastic pants at night

After an accident while in the military over 25 years ago that resulted in incontinence that continued to worsen and after many tests were run, I was finally diagnosed me with a chronic neurogenic bladder with related mixed urinary incontinence as the result of diabetes insipidus with polyuria and chronic bladder dilation

My incontinence has lead to and increased my DL desires as you will see below After an accident while in the military over 25 years ago that resulted in incontinence that continued to worsen and after many tests were run, I was finally diagnosed me with a chronic neurogenic bladder with related mixed urinary incontinence as the result of diabetes insipidus with polyuria and chronic bladder dilation. Realizing this was going to be a lifelong medical issue, the doctors and nurses suggested that I try condom catheters or catheters to control the incontinence and seemed surprised when I told them I wanted to stay in diapers as I feel they are easier to deal with. They then said as long as the diapers didn’t cause any irritations, it made sense to stay in them. But truth be told, I realized I was now actually happy that it was official that I needed to wear diapers, even in uniform. It was the first moment I felt there was a benefit in being disabled. Yea it does have inconvenient aspects, but I am so lucky to be turned on by diapers. Instead of feeling miserable over being incontinent, my disability was now forcing me to live my diaper fetish. I was medically retired from the military a few years later for multiple issues, one of which was urinary incontinence. Now days, all of my family and some friends know I need to wear diapers and fully support me. I have now fully embraced my need for diapers and often wear Dry 24/7 disposables or thick cloth diapers and nursery print plastic pants everywhere I go. Usually they are only covered by shorts and a T shirt or when I am feeling real adventurous short shorts so that my plastic pants peek out of the leg band, but that is another story!
