I just uploaded one to the men in diapers section of the photo board, but it is awaiting approval from an admin. Won't really matter as this weekend is the only weekend the rest of the family is out of town and I can play....and it isn't likely anyone will all of a sudden decide to go boating....so I'll go out on my own

Quite a number of store brands use velcro fasteners, Molicare does, Tena does, Attends Breathables do....Depends refastenable underwear does.....

Your mother needs help, not you! That said, she won't see it that way. Sorry this has happened. If any of your family members is truely sympathetic, I'd get the heck out of your mom's house and move in with them. Then get a job and your own place.... If that isn't an option, then you will have to deal with your mom somehow...not sure how....last post is a good suggestion, but I doubt you have a phychiatrist available to help you out. I go out with a crinkly diaper all the time. I think it is fine. The only time I've noticed someone else in a diaper was in a furniture store. My wife actually noticed it first and told me. It was an older woman (70-80) with her Daughter shopping. She was OBVIOUSLY in a Green Depend Brief - one of the loudest diapers ever made. You couldn't tell she was diapered from looking at her, but the crinkle was hard to miss!

I just take mine with me....then I have lots of room for souveniers

I mised the show...what was the premise?

I feel for you. My wife is pretty much asexual - she has almost never initiated sex. She really dislikes it when I wear a diaper during sex, and usually asks me to take it off. Sometimes I ask to keep it on and she obliges. But the bottom line, she has sex simply to satisfy my desires. Now, once I get her into it, she enjoys it, but again- she never initiates it. She tolerates my wearing diapers whenever I want. She used to occasionally (once a quarter) pat my diapered butt when I walked by, or up the stairs in front of her. She hasn't done that in years (I've asked her nicely to) - no results. So I'm just resigned to the status quo. I initiate all the time. I feel like crap for asking. So I put it off until I can't get it out of my head, then ask. I wish my wish had something she would like me to do for her...but she says there is nothing. We've been to counselling and the therapist said that if she didn't try, our marriage would be in trouble. Well she tried a little, then stopped. But I wouldn't say our marriage is in trouble. We love each other a lot, and I am happy, just not exstatic. I have wondered if I should be settling for the way it is, or seeking exstacy, but I always fall back to settling for the way it is. Probably bad for me, but such is life. We have a huge house, go on great vacations, have pretty much all we want, I just don't get much sex, or diaper attention. I have completely given up on ever having her put a diaper on, although I asked her if that might be an option before we got married and she said 'perhaps'. I think that was a 'perhaps when I'm in a nursing home'. LOL

I seriously considered the Motorola Xoom, but the price was simply too much. Not often that a similar Apple product is CHEAPER than the competition! If the Xoom drops 100 I might buy one, but until then, I'm shopping for an iPad 2 - just not easy to find (on AT&T) And don't forget....there are a TON of aftermarket add ons for the Ipad....not true for the Xoom

I'd let her set the pace. I'd follow many of the suggestions above, but leave it off at telling her what you like. Then let her know that you are in no rush to experiement and want to proceed at her pace. Ask her to let you know when she is interested in knowing more.

Any other Raleigh DLs interested? Or will it have to be a solo diaper boating trip? :-(

Cliffs of the Neuse state park sounds interesting...some diapered hiking? :-) As it is almost 2 hours from my house, this would have to be a Saturday or Sunday trip....is that an option?

I've been wearing Attends since they came out (in blue cardboard boxes). I've bought so many that whenever I run into bad batches I call them to complain. They always send a SASE for you to return some of the product, and then later send either a coupon or packages of the product to compensate for the problems. I love the new crinkly plastic they are using on the 6 tapes plastic backed diapers. I hadn't noticed the breathables being any louder...but will be off to Kerr Drug this weekend to get a new package as I wear a breathable each day to work.

Glad to hear things are going well in terms of blood pressure, chol etc. Calling yourself awful is a little tough on yourself, but at least you understand the issues and aren't trying to hide from them. Being over weight statistically reduces your life expectancy. When you are younger, most say...so what! When you get older and realize 5 years is 5 years....you sober up. There is no hidden medical agenda to get fake any facts about the impacts of being over weight. All your tests may well look good, but that doesn't mean your heart isn't working harder than it needs to. The best analogy I heard from a physician was think of it like you would buying a truck. If you were looking at two identical used trucks, and one had been used to tow a boat its entire life (carrying twice its weight), while the other hadn't, which would you think would be more likely to have transmission etc issues (assuming they were both taken care of identically)? Just because both trucks test fine doesn't mean the one that has towed the boat won't have a severe tranmission failure WELL before the other one. They aren't making up these statistics! Good for ya Sarah! I'm glad I lost my weight! Now I just need to keep my eyes out so I don't find it again!!!!!

I agree...I LOVE how they crinkle! I always pad them out.....so their lack of absorbancy doesn't bother me

Although the new Attends with waistband pale by comparison to the old ones, I must say that their plastic is amazingly loud now! These may be louder than the vintage green depends, and that is saying a lot! I'm loving them! Bought 4 cases a few weeks ago on EBAY!
