I've said this before (and probably will again. ) Florida was the first state to pass a 'shall issue' law. Crime dropped drastically. Michigan went 'shall issue' and crime went down as it has in all 'shall issue' states.

I don't do data or texts. I can receive text and if I took the time to learn, I could send them. May be other options or features that I'm not aware of and/or don't use. Point is, at my age, I use my phone as only a phone, I call out, and if it rings, I answer, nothing else. These "thrift store" threads pop up often, so excuse me if I posted this before. Was in a "Close out" store a couple months ago, in the area of 15 Mile & Gratiot in Clinton Township, MI. As for sleeping with socks on the feet, due to poor circulation, I do keep socks on my feet 24/7 to keep them warm, although that sometimes still doesn't work. As to the original question; it starts w/a diaper & Tee for summer. Escalates to multi sweatshirts, longjohns, & sweatpants for winter as I keep my thermostat as low as possible. I have an old leaky two story house, so it is better to dress well than to spend money heating the whole place for one person. The cats don't care, they have their own "hot spots" or just come under the covers closer to me.

Excuse me, but that statement makes no sense. (Actually, both your above posts seem rambling.) In close encounters, a head shot is fairly easy without "a scope of some kind." Been there, done that. Unfortunately, most of you in the UK have slowly given up ALL rights to any kind of self defence, including using knives, flashlights, baseball bats, etc for protection. That farmer that shot the BG's after 3-4 break ins comes to mind. On a tangent, it's just stupid what Olympians had to go through to take firearms into London. I think it is true still that British/UK sport & competition shooters have to leave the country to practice. Here in the US we can carry. The theater and school shootings of the past couple of years would have had fewer casualties if those who wished to had been carrying. Stupid lawmakers seem to want to disarm us in certain venues, while the bad guys don't care or obey the laws.

It is a FACT that opening USPS mail addressed to another is a FEDERAL felony, be it by parents/siblings in the same house or the heighbor down the street that accidently received it. The problem we have here is what if any, laws apply to second or third parties opening packages for/at other than USPS addressees.
