  1. I absolutely guarantee that the horse will not care. ?
  2. I really don't think the vent holes were a leak problem. When babies are wet you change them because you don't want you kid getting diaper rash from being in a wet diaper too long. Adults? Well, we do what we want, don't we. ?
  3. Currently I am wearing an Attends medium with my only pair of VIP pants over it.
  4. I think this is what is meant. Unfortunately, the brand is not listed!
  5. You need to wear more diaper or change more often. The clue here is the puddling at the bottom of the pants. The diaper is saturated and can't hold any more liquid and the extra liquid finds a way out.
  6. I wear them from time to time. Go ahead, no one will care!
  7. When my butt cheeks are wet it is time to change. If I don't change at that point I risk press out. Ew. ?
  8. Happy Birthday Mikey! And you are 46! I remember 46. I think. Happy Birthday Mikey!
  9. Idea 1: Invest in khakis. Looks more professional than jeans and has room for diapers. Idea 2: Find a "real" Mens clothing store or tailor and have some pants fitted to you. It might be a bit pricy* and maybe mortifying to reveal your problem to someone you don't know, but if the Mens clothing store or tailor is professional they will have seen it before. Idea 3: What square_duck said, just use a thinner diaper for the short time at the studio. *You need to treat yourself to some nice clothes anyway. ?
  10. Whenever I see "One size fits all" I mentally add: "Some better than others." BTW, this is NOT a cheap shot at Rearz, it is a cheap shop at marketing in general. I have one pocket diaper and it is from Kawaii Baby and while I like the diaper I am at the extreme range of fitting. The diaper has good performance for me but is a bit tight at this end of the range. Their current offering fits from 20" to 45" at the hips. I would expect the "best" fit and performance would be for a 32" to 33" hips. If Kawaii made the next bigger size from say 30" to 55" it would have the same spread, just for larger people. But why am I talking about this here? ? Answer: It seems most of the pocket diapers I have found online have the same fit range (within two or three inches). Of course I could just lose about 30 pounds instead.
  11. I am glad to hear those work well! But I can't get over the price. That being said there is this in Threaded Armor's defense:
  12. These days I usually wear a t-shirt onesie a disposable diaper, a pull up cloth diaper over that to catch leaks and plastic pants.
  13. My stove/oven broke and needed a new element. Worked for about a month. Replaced it with a used stove/oven that someone was upgrading from for $100. I got lucky!
  14. Baby pants? I don't see any baby pants. Oh. Those... ?
  15. I think the first time I played basketball I was seven, maybe eight years old. Oh wait, that isn't what you mean.?
  16. Yes I did! When I tried to draw the water out nothing happened. Normally when I attach the syringe to the fill port the syringe piston starts to move as the balloon starts to deflate. That did not happen. Thinking the valve was stuck I tried to add water in an attempt to open it up. That did not work. The water I was adding tried to inflate the section of the catheter where I placed the arrow. Seeing that I will admit scared me. Since the inlet valve was not the problem I realized that the water was trapped in the balloon by the balloon itself. I cut the valve off not expecting anything to happen, and at first nothing did happen. Then the balloon emptied. There was much rejoicing. there was much rejoicing And as a reply to doogles, I have NOT done this before to keep the wrinkles out of the balloon for easier insertion. But I just may start to do that and comfort on insertion will have to be what it is.
  17. I just did a quicky search for is heat shrink tubing toxic? and this was one of the bits of information that showed from the search. Shouldn't be. Heatshrink tubing is just plastic. Certain plastics just shrink when heated just like the thin clear plastic wrap you see in that wraps tightly around boxes and other packaging. They don't really have to do anything weird to it to make it shrink. The material used for most heatshrink tubing is polyolefin, in case you are curious. You might like to know there is also food-grade polyolefin heat shrink tubing as well. There is even medical grade polyolefin heat shrink tubing. edit, there you are. Interesting and simple design. Distal end sticks into the bladder and the 90° bend keeps it from migrating into the bladder. Proximal end exits past the sphincter and the same 90° bend prevents the stent from migrating out.
  18. I had this happen while using a 18f foley catheter. Hurt like crazy and drew blood. Needless to say, I don't do that anymore. This makes me hurt even thinking about that. And back to the stent thread.
  19. So it finally happened to me. Went to deflate the catheter I was using and.... Nothing. A bit of panic, a bit of terror, a bit of what am I going to tell them at the ER??!! After I calmed down I decided on a course of action. First, maybe a bit more water in the balloon will free up whatever is sticking. Nope, no water going in, no water coming out. A few gentle tugs and no, that will not work. So I cut the catheter off past the valve. And nothing. I am trying to come up with a further plan of action when the water suddenly empties from the catheter. *Whew* So I guess this is a public service announcement. There are times when a catheter will not deflate.
  20. Hey, hey! No rush or forcing things. Just wear the diapers and enjoy and when you are relaxed and ready it will happen. It takes a long time to undo habits you have been using your whole life.
  21. None of the above. I look at the people running and try to pick who I think will do the best job.
  22. Thank you for the write up. Very informative! Are you going to start a collection of pants from every state in the EU? And look at that. Joya has a website! Joya Jose Mestre
