  1. I have on occasion had received a PM asking how make a stent or what works for me. In consideration of the board crash and knowing that answering a PM will not benefit the community from which I learned I will repost what works for me. I have tried the ridged PVC tubing heating and making bends, worked OK for me. I later worked with blue silicone airline available on Amazon, very soft. Some on here have managed to roll the ends, not me. What I did do was to add two brass ferrules inside the airline. One about ¾” of an inch from the end and second at 1 ½”. The ferrules were placed on a tapered pair of forceps. The airline heated in boiling water and in the ferrules went worked in to the airline. The idea of the two ferrules was one would slip inside my bladder while the other would hold the stent from slipping further inside. Again worked OK. But I made one major mistake that ended me in the ER for a very embarrassing day to have it removed. The mistake was using too small of a o ring on the end of the retrieval line. Now a day the O ring is large enough to slip over the shaft. My third and most successfully for me has been to use either silicone or latex catheter. The 16FR works best for me. This is not only the easiest to make it has become the most comfortable. Doesn’t fall out and in four years has not pulled in to my bladder. However I don’t pleasure myself while using my sent. The night the stent got away from me I had woke with a ragging erection and wanted it gone. My guess is the contraction of the orgasm pulled the stent in bladder. Lesson learned, use a larger O ring and check the lines before each use. In the photo you have a simple 16FR latex catheter. For me 5.5” length works best. After cutting you need to syringe with blunt tip to add about 1 CC of fluids to the balloon. To plug the fill line I used a piece of weed whacker line. At first the line was way too thick so using my drill I chucked 2” piece and using the drill to spin the line while holding some 100 grit sand paper on the line. The white cap in the photo are available at the local Lowes of maybe a hardware store. The store description is ‘screw protector’ Hillman #881037. The model number will depend on the catheter size. Using a leather punch make a hole on the end. For retrieval line braded fishing line works great , I use 10Lb test. The line is so thin that using sewing needle thread the line in the needle and sew in the cut end of the catheter now stent. Tie a few good knots and use your tweezers pull it tight. The screw protector with the hole punched in the end becomes the cap. Thread the line threw the hold and if you sized the screw protector correctly slid it over the cut catheter end. To clean after getting this together I wash with soap and water air dry and then soak in 99% isopropyl alcohol for 10-15 minutes. Air dry again before rolling in a clean paper towel. To inset first wash your hands thoroughly. Then clean the head of your penis with povidone-iodine 10% using a cotton ball. Add some KY from an unopened source. Use the small one time use packets. You can work the stent in slowing working it up the shaft or make yourself a pusher tube like I did. Its piece of vinyl airline semi ridged. To make the tip I used an old hobby paint brush handle tapped to fit in the capped end of the stent. I later marked the pusher tube where I should stop. If you have question please communicated on the open forum so all can benefit. PS the line in the photo below is too long. About 8" is right for me.
  2. Shame that's nice park that I enjoy the ride to. I guess tis diapers for me on the ride to High Point.
  3. Good write up, Have you considered going on to using as stent? Much less hanging out and you will feel every drop. As for getting out of the shower you can buy or make a clamp that will temporary stop the dripping.
  4. NICE JOB. Doesn't look much different that we all came up on our own
  5. Always wonder if that could / would happen I enjoy a good cleaning but have always limited to every now and then. Same goes for large toy play back there, Feels great but always worried about permanent damage. Now we know.
  6. Great subject this post has evolved in to. Leaks are enviable. They will happen and normally at the most inopportune time. I have had the worse luck sleeping while using my stent. While the sleeping is great when eliminating the nightly bathroom trip(s) I have experienced two major leaks resulting major bet wetting. While I know some embrace bed wetting its not so cool when your not so understanding spouse in the same bed. Bath towels do a great job wicking the fluids from the sheets and mattress but do nothing for the staining and stink. The new mattress has a WP cover. I will normally cut back on the fluids before bed now too and use a WP pad. As for diaper fluffing I will twist and slap the diaper on the counter top to fluff the stuffing. Its helps a lot.
  7. Could not agree more with slow wetting extends diaper life. When using a catheter or a stent discussed elsewhere on this board even the cheapest diaper will hold more. Mainly because the fluids have more of a chance to dispurice thru entire diaper. How many of us will lay on your back just to see if you can fill the back diaper, I know I do. I hate throwing away half used diapers just because the front it full to capacity.
  8. Count me in as ready for the warmer weather and some saddle time on my Wing. I have some maintenance planed but still cold for the garage.
  9. Nice collection. On occasion I will wear my pink cage while sporting a diaper. What do you use the Magnum's for in chastity?
  10. Nice write up. The North Shore Suprimes are a great product. With a stent in place and drinking a lot of fluids I can still go 6-8 hours. I always enjoy and feel like I got my money's worth when I can complete fill front to back, Only issue is trash day and the weight of the can. We have curbside pick up. Sometimes I need to use two cans just to limit the weight per can.
  11. We keep some in the night stand next to the bed. Great for clean up after making love. Its the only time I get to see my wife laying on a diaper.
  12. Flowmax is still by prescription but Tamsulosin is OTC. Be careful playing around with medication. Good rule of thumb is take only only what you absolutely must to cure you and even then take with caution. A catheter or stent when used with care will give you better results with much less risk or side effects.
  13. They are hot and sticky but fun to wear. Shame they are not more available in the US.
  14. My wife will run hot and cold on diaper acceptance. I would like to be diaper all weekend but she has her limits and it best to respect the limits. On the other hand as Davein said above, "I love my diapers and won't give them up'
  15. I actually had the planting instructions for a tree say to use a clean disposable diaper under the root ball to help with watering needs. I have a compost bin in the yard but it is strictly organic and includes lots of coffee grounds from the office. Paper from the shredder works well too along with grass and leaves.
  16. Other that it has not happen to me once in four years I guess the retrieval line doing the intended job.
  17. I'm not a big fan of the formed hard plastic stent design. I gave it a try, never really got comfortable. To each their own I say. I have however used the attached with great success. Easy to make low cost, after use I wash in soap and hot water allow to dry and then soak in alcohol for twenty minutes before wrapping in a fresh paper towel. The balloon has 1 cc +/- of fluid inserted. To plug the cut end I use a piece of weed wacker line reduced in size to suite. Now that I have been using this design roughly four years now I have no discomfort at all when wearing. My longest continuous use time is only four days but that is due to family life.
  18. NO WAY, don't try this with the suction cups. If you do manage to get this in place you will likely end up in the ER. If you are having troubles fashioning a working stent consider using a Foley inflated with 1 CC of fluids, cut short around 5.5". There should still be some photos around this board if not under my profile on Fetlife.com there are some . After one trip to the ER to have failed stent project removed I have devolved my stent to be completely unnoticeable to me when in use. Unnoticeable to me except for the continuous need to change into a fresh dry diaper. Please don't end up n the ER. Play safe and yield to the advise of the elders on this board. We learned our lessons the hard way, some very expensive too.
  19. So your saying you left a stent in place for five months? Did you have any problems other than needing to wear diapers 24/7. When you had it removed was it fished out the why it entered or was it thru surgery? Afterwards did things return to normal or did the incontinence continue?
  20. Could you post the details that go along with the pic? Or maybe a link to the site? Some interesting stuff going on in this pic, I would like to know more.
  21. WELL SAID! You don't start out putting a stent in without being an experienced catheter user. Get to know yourself, what to expect and when to stop. And most importantly how to be clean / safe.
  22. Have you done any catheter play in the past? While Cathdiap is undoubtedly the expert here his design takes some time adjusting for your body. Making a stent from a 16FR Foley is much softer and easier for the first time users. But I don't recommend stent play until one has mastered cath play. As for measuring where to place your stent. next time you have a Foley in place mark the catheter at the point where it exits your penis. Once you remove the Foley trasfer the distance to whatever you are using as a pusher too,
  23. Very normal. Keep it lubricated with some KY Jelly .
  24. Mark, congrats on being put in to chastity. I wear this model among others from time to time. Be sure to ad some lube to keep things from getting stuck and pinching. Baby oil does well when using a metal device. Not sure how baby oil would do with this model? OLD PA, I tried a similarly device to induce incontinence. Worked as expected but it was not comfortable for me at all. All, any time you have an open path to the bladder you are at risk for UTI. The risk is less when you drink lots of fluids and the bladder is continuously draining but once the bladder is drained you have a greater UTI risk. Them little germs can work their way upstream when the flow is slow. The exception to this seams to be the stents discussed on this board. Apparently with the stent being further upstream the germs are not able to make their way that far. And with the slower continuous dripping the UTI risk is greatly reduced. Play safe and stay wet!
  25. When I was using caths I would often use a paperclip over the end to restrict the flow therefor adding a back presser in the cath. I thought was as long as there was a outward presser nothing could swim upstream. Not sure it was good idea. A safer one way valve can be purchased online. You can also cut up a external drain bag to get to the back flow valve.
