    I wear diapers nearly 24 / 7 but not quite (usually 5 - 6 days a week). The only real noticeable effect of it that I've seen. Is the reflex of peeing into the diaper semi automatically from having gotten used to it being on. no other aspects of my control or capacity seem affected though.
