  1. There you go, you can go when you're in bed! Great work, congratulations! sends wetman
  2. Howdy, I totally agree with Square Duck about the 'trust' thing. Every time I try a new brand I need to take it to and bejond the limit before I can let go in a relaxed way. But to help a bit with the trusting: Wear the most absorbent nappy that you can find. Get a renovating sheet and place it over the mattress, under the bedsheet. Get some bedpads (pampers are good) and place one on the bedsheet. Like this you will know that, whatever happens, it won't have any bad consequences. It'll relax you and increase trust no end. Also, have the nappy a little (not soaked through) bit wet already. It's already happened, so there's less worry to do it again. All in your head, but the head is strong... so Relax. It's OK. Really, it's taken care of. If you need to, just go. No problem, it's alright. wetman
  3. diapers. I don't get the BR-549 thing though... stay clean wetman
  4. I must admit that I disagree with this statement. Catheterising can, in my opinion, not cause many problems, only a very few. I can only think of 2 at the moment: Infection and lesion. Both are avoidable to a high degree if basic rules are followed. Most lesions would be caused because the person who inserts the catheter is not the person who feels the catheter (mostly not applicable in this scenario), whereas most infections will appear during longer periods of use. If you pick up a filthy CH 26 catheter that you found laying next to one of the bins behind the care home and spit on it for lubrication and then whack it down your screaming friends urethra, the risks, I must confess, are greatly enlarged. It's like getting a tattoo from a proper tattoo artist in a studio or done with a concrete-sharpened fork prong and the dirt under your nails for ink in a prison cell. I would not recommend the latter, but the former seems to carry no more acceptable risk than normal life. Again, just my personal opinion. greetings wetman
  5. Why is everyone dissing catheters? I do understand that they make a lot of people go 'eeeep' when they think about it, but for the short term play, let's say a day, the chance of an infection is rather low, provided that you work clean. The pain myth, in my opinion, comes from nurses who follow the procedures and use the recommended products but are in a hurry to get started. First of all, Instillagel, which is the usual lubricant for catheter insertion, contains, apart from the lubricant base, some antiseptic and some lidocaine. While the antiseptic stings immediately, the lidocaine needs some time to numb the urethra. But no, the give you a squirt up your willy and then ram the tube in 3 seconds after, when you're still sore and stinging from the steriliser stuff. If they'd use Octenisept for insertion or just a sterile plain surgical gel it would be practically painless. When a nurse does it, a CH10 catheter hurts, when I do it myself, a CH18 doesn't. And I haven't had an infection either. My 2 p worth. wetman PS To the OP: Forget acheiving incontinence through catheterisation. Even long term (talking several months here) catheter users recover their continence usually in less than a week. Train yourself to let go. Just let happen what happens. When I'm wearing a nappy, I notice that i pee, but I don't make an issue of it, it just happens, and is taken care of by the nappy. Low maintenance bodily functions. w.
  6. I'd be interested, but can't skype. So, how do we do this? :-) greetings! wetman
  7. ^ Went to Tesco's yesterday and when the self service till machine said: "Please take your change", he turned around and said: "Darn, I knew I forgot something!"
  8. I would advise for the next time: Take a handful (5 or 6 buds will do) of brussels sprouts, raw, and eat them, cleaned of course. Then take a good swig from a fridge-cold bottle of sparkling mineral water. That will make you forget your taste sensations together with the chest tightness. Fast recovery wishes wetman
  9. My last Molicare Super Plus size 2. After that it's back to Abena Abriform M4 again. Oops, nearly time now... Greetings! wetman
  10. Medical fetish forum? I'm all for it. For the squeamish there's the doctor/nurse/patient play and for the adventurous there's nearly no limit as long as you play safe. And that is important and could be promoted and explained here, so that fewer people end up in the ER after trying a piece of antenna cable as a catheter... Tara, you got my vote. wetman

@Sarah_AB I bet you have never been to a restaurant that you have never been before. The reason is that you wouldn't know what the food would taste like and so it might be a waste of time and money to probably be served with something that does not 100% match your standard or taste. Some people might find it actually refreshing to look over the fence and see something that they have not seen before. OK, this does not apply all that much in the case of this video because it's fairly standard (if not a little bit lame, sorry flexigirl), but who knows?, there might be someone who gets his kicks from exactly that one weirdo thing that he doesn't even know exists and by chance stumbles over it... Just looking for the thing wouldn't help him to find his ultimate fetish because he wouldn't be able to articulate it. Let me give an example. I have always kind of thought it interesting (read that as 'arousing') to be kind of choking, but not choking. If that makes sense to anyone. It didn't make it to me, but got me as far as gas masks and diving/ snorkeling gear. And there it ended, because I didn't know how to search for 'laryngeal mask airway'. I didn't even know that there is such thing and thought intubation was always intratracheal until I stumbled over the thing while looking for something else. There was the fetish that I looked for for a long time and didn't know. If it would have said 'laryngeal mask airway' or more likely only 'LMA', I would never have clicked that link. So, in my humble opinion, leave some imprecision in the world to stop the blind searchers from depriving themselves of a find! My two pee worth. Still: friendly greetings! wetman

Aaaaaarrrrrgh! Coughcough, better now... What is this forum about? Baseball? Pancakes? Do you, as a moderator, really expect people to post baseball clips in the 'diaper references' section of the 'diapers in the news' part of a diaper fetish forum? Would be a bit OT. If she had put the description 'a clip with visible diaper in it' in with it, would it have surprised some people why a clip with that content should turn up here, or would they think 'why is she telling me that a white horse is a white horse?' You're on a slow connection, sorry for that, it sucks. And you don't want to watch cartoons, fair enough. But I think you are lashing out way too much. But maybe you should introduce a compartmentalization à la abkingdom.com, where everything is sorted by gender, professionalism and authenticity (and maybe even by smell, I don't quite remember). That would help you to only ever see exactly what you want and never have to waste your time by downloading unpleasing content that might, or not, be related to elephants. And it would save some time moderating. Which you didn't, you stirred. OK, rant is over. Sorry, but I had to. best greetings
  13. Extremely thin are Euron Ultra, they come in at least 3 sizes. Not very good for big leaks, but useable. A bit noisy, but as mentioned before, carry something noisy around with you; although, no one ever seems to notice. Greetz wetman
  14. Now, that is good news. I'll meet you all there, queueing up in Crowthorne's busy city centre! Greetz wetman
  15. Bournemouth Dorset Nursing Supplies Ltd. Abena, Molicare, Tena Not normally a real store, just mail order; what you see is the office front. But you can go in (or ring the doorbell, 9am to 5pm) and buy there, cash or card. Rather good value: 1 box (3x12) abri-form X-plus in large for £34.60; November 2010. 3 Wickham Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH7 6JX, Tel.: 01202 425070 (tried to stick with OP's style)
  16. Try the DryNites for 8 to 15-year-olds. There won't be any tape-up ones that would fit you. Or Tena Lady. Or better, buy real big adult nappies if you can ;-) Greetz wetman
  17. Right. To the OP: These guys where, IMHO, not after you specially, nor where they trying to find out if it's worth to go through the bins for personal info. I could bet that the incident occurred a short while before a major holiday time. The two men wanted to know how long a bin is unused if empty, to see if the occupant is away. If so, they have a clean target for a break-in. In earlier times newspapers or milk bottles on the doorstep where an indicator, but that doesn't happen much nowadays, so the strategy had to change. There is also the trick to ring at a door and have a parcel for the neighbour, that you tried to deliver for the 3rd time now, and that needs to be signed for, so you can't leave it with someone else. Would the person probably know if they are away and for how long? A parcel services uniform nicely cloaks an identity, because you see the uniform, not the person inside, so descriptions are vague at best. It was certainly not personal, but they where certainly suspicious. Digging in a bin for personal info takes longer and is more dubious (and icky) than bumping a lock. Also, it yields, if at all, in the future. If you go in, you always find something worth taking, right there and then. But it's all just my worthless waffle... greetz wetman P.S. Paranoid is good in our community, because the general four-word or three-letter newspaper reading public is well informed, that everyone who wears a nappy or looks like tigger is a child abuser. And gay. And muslim. Communist, most likely. And illegal immigrant. Benefit fraudster anyway. Catholic Chinese Irish traveller. Nazi. Labour voter. At-glorious-war-memorials-urinator. Be careful. W. <----- see, I don't even give my full name anymore. ;-) twink
  18. Dysons are for the nappy anyway. I would really like to say they suck, but they don't suck and last so much better than what their cost likes to suggest. Numatic everytime. btw: C E N T R E. Oh, and it's British English and US English, AFAIK there is no American (Algonquian might qualify, though), as in language. there. ;-) But: is Quebecois French? fire away! greetz wetman
  19. Hi Flexigirl, the Maccare shop in Crowthorne is all cleared out and the windows painted over, the Maccare office next door is open, though. Sorry, I didn't enquire about the shop... but went to CCF in Wokingham instead and was pleasantly surprised with the selection, not just Senset, but also Tena and Attends stored. Paid 22 GBP for 21 Tena Maxi large., not too bad, I think. Oh, another Update: the Keepable/ Hearing&Mobility in Basingstoke is shut, likewise the branch in Salisbury. Shame. Greetz wetman
  20. Hi, there! To the West of Basingstoke here! I'm looking for a person (sex, age, looks unimportant) to meet and exchange experiences. Also go out, nappied up (under normal clothes), maybe (if you like that kind of thing, nothing drastic). Or whatever else there might be. Newbies welcome, maybe I can give some advice... Speak up!
