Cloth Diaper Baby

My Mommy and I are planning a film using different types of cloth diapers. We wanted a good assortment & to include Muslin, Hemp and Terry cloth. We are looking for some reasonably priced, ready-made diapers in these fabrics. If anyone knows of any links - whether it is a store or an individual selling them please let me know. Thanks!

Have finally found someone to make some cloth diapers for me an wondering what fabric is best -- she is particularly wanting to know the advantages of muslin and flannel.

I love double cloth diapers! Wear double all day and triple at night.

My diapers give me a sense of security and safety. I am more relaxed and comfortable when diapered. I long ago accpeted the fact that I am a person who just belongs in diapers.

I have always enjoyed going out in my diapers, and when I first discovered what a rush it was I enjoyed the risk of being seen in just my diapers. Back in the late 80's and 90's, when I thought I was the only one in the world who felt this way, I did some pretty foolish things and got caught more than once -- fortunately with no negative consequences. Once I realized that there is a large community of people like me who could be adveresely affected by my actions I became more discrete but still enjoy going out with a big bulge of wet diapers under my pants or shorts and the crinkling sound of plastic baby pants.

Any thoughts on changing cloth diapers?

Intereresting observations -- and I admire you open-mindedness. I have worn disposables from time to time (a former baby-sitter insisted on them)and undertsand the logic. That said, I'm sticking with cloth!

Never a problem with cloth diapers! Just pile on as many as you like and soak 'em all!

I'm with bedwetter on this. As long as one is willing to bear the consequences -- seen and unforeseen -- of their behavior they should feel free to do as they please within the law. We are as deserving of tolerance as any other group and it will only come as others become more familiar with our lifestyle. That said, I have to admit that I am careful about what I wera and where I wear it and much less bold about being out in diapers -- especially only diapers and a shirt.

For the ultimate softness try a well laundered Gerber cloth diaper as a liner for your disposables.

It took me a year or so to relax enough to soak my diapers while out in public -- now it comes naturally. And I'm with those who a gratefuk to have the plastic baby pants; couldn't live without them!

Nothing like an extra cup of coffee ... or two ... or three to get my diapers soaking wet!

I'll be sticking with my cloth diapers to save room in the landfills. While out the othe day saw a Mom with a tee shirt the read "Proud Cloth Diaper Parent" and had to stop and thank her for her choice but resisted the temptation to add that I was wearing cloth diapers just like her baby!

My first internet experiences with others of the diapered set were through WetSet and DPF. It was a huge relief to find that i am not the only "bigger baby who is still in diapers". I had been back in diapers for at least a dozen years before finding the internet diaper sites in the late 90's.

After hours in soggy cloth dispers it truly does feel wonderful to get changed into fresh, soft, thick, snug and dry diapers, especially knowing that soon that familiar warm wetness will once again begin to spread through them reminding me thatbi really do belong in diapers.

I always check the fit of my cloth diapers after pinning them on and when i get it just right i hate to take them off until they are thoroughly soaked.

I am away from home but plan to have a session with her as soon as possible after I get home. We've talked on the phone a couple of times and i am really looking forward to our first visit.

It's baby powder for me -- i always prefer to use the same products that littler babies use whenever possible.

OK -- I understand, Lightning; you make a legitimate point. Please allow me a few observations in my defense. This happened 14 years ago and I was only beginning to become aware that there were others like me out there who might be affected by what I did; I was still in the "I must be the only one" mode. Now I would be more discrete. Also, the location was not as public as you might think -- it was in a rural suburban community in the early morning hours (about 5 or 6am. The train was a long haul passenger train, not a crowded commuter train

It starts with her discovering that i have wet my cloth diapers. After going on for a bit about what a big baby i am and how others my age are out of diapers by now she says that she is going to have to but extra diapers on me. She then counts out three or four (maybe even more?) cloth diapers and tells to lie down on the floor so she can diaper me. And when she is done she leaves me in just me diapers and takes pictures of me to show all her friends. This actually expands on what happened when my Mom put me back into diapers one morning when i was about 4.

Other than Sally Field i'm not very familiar with any of the choices -- and have never even though about Sally diapering me. If i can go off the list given i would choose Jodie Foster, Kristen Chenoweth and Adrienne Barbeau.
