I think its more to do with the sitting position, in a car I'd defenitly find it harder to go. Plus theres the subconcious "YOU'RE GONNA LEAK!" thing going on. Plus its more public then your house .

I've heard in a few places they cath drunken fools who get admitted to hospital. Not because they particully need it, just to make the whole thing a little more unpleasent for stupid drunks.

No it isn't. The only way its a gateway is because you have to buy it off dodgy street dealers who always try to get you to buy other stuff, which makes them more money.
