  1. My idea of hell personally I enjoy going out and shopping - especially for my own diapers! I love flying out to the USA to see friends, and do even more diaper shopping there. I love my job and enjoy using my pc, seeing friends and socializing. I enjoy wearing diapers and snuggling up to my fav plushie at night. The idea of a mommy full time might be marginally appealing, but total loss of freedom would like being locked up in jail - and THAT's an experience I plan on never having. DP
  2. I've heard mixed reviews about the AB/DL meet Sparky - I'm sure others might have better reviews, but I'd say just watch yourself there. I heard a LOT of groping and bum-patting goes on, along with a few smelly leering babies. Maybe has a nicer thing or two to say about it, I'm just repeating what I was told from a good friend, when I expressed an interest in it. DP
  3. Yeah Alton Towers would be a great idea!!! Whose going to carry the changing bag though ? Actually one Abri X-plus and One Abri Maxi-let stuffer would see me through the entire day - and keep my butt comfy during the harsher rides LOL. Need to be weekend I think DP
  4. Wipes wise - I recently tried just one from Babies R Us wipes - and they smell lovely (UK) Tesco's baby wipes are nice too Could we extend this to fav talc powder? I know the obvious choice is again Johnsons - but I find this stuff smells really bad once wet - and takes some getting rid of. I actually prefer (UK) SUperdrugs TLC powder - which smells nice, and is medicated DP
  5. Not unlike trying to explain 'DL' or 'AB' - 'furry- takes some doing And I'm not the right wolfpuppy to tell you, there's plenty of websites to do that. Take a look at one of our biggest gatherings / convention - called Anthrocon. Over 2,500 people gather, to act like their animal side, wear tails, have fun, dress up etc etc. http://www.anthrocon.org/ Maybe this poem will help you all A poem by Croc O'Dile of TigerMUCK which captures a bit of what it is to be furry. If the true meaning of furry you wish to understand You must think in terms of paw and not hand You must release your mentality from society's cage For furry prefurs no race, sex, persuasion or age You must sort through the hype and the exploitation Because to be furry needs no justification It is to reach out and embrace the unknown To be surrounded by friends and yet still be alone It is not a gimmick or a political movement It's nothing so pretentious as a method of improvement It's only to seek solace in the presence of friends For when one is furry, the search never ends It is sometimes to be controlled by one's emotions It is to often be unsure of depths of devotion It is the sweet pain of impossible dreams It is never quite as close or as far as it seems It is feelings being known without words being spoken It is the inevitable occasional heart being broken It is the type of love that now seems cliche It's experience gained from having learned the hard way It's a smurgle, a fuzzle, a rumble or purr It's scales and whiskers and tails and fur It's what we are, not outside but within It's the binding force that makes us all kin It's a howl in greeting to friends held dear It's a bristling growl when confronted by fear It's a friendly lick or scritch to show that we care It's a deep understanding, a compassion that's rare If what it is to be furry you still don't comprehend Then consider this advice, my curious friend If you're willing to respect that which you don't understand Then come take my paw and I'll take your hand. -- Croc O'Dile w/help from Tony DeMatio - 6/95 Diaperedpuppy
  6. Wow I would be too shy to put up a pic of me online be nice to chat to anyone local, I'm very much like uk_ld - not interested in sexual encounters at all, but just silly nappy fun. I'd actually happily spend a good portion of time nappy hunting - I love going to shops to find hard to spot diapers for sale hehehe - still hoping to find a shop I can buy Abri from off teh shelf - oh well!! I do LOVE my plushies too, as I'm a furry y'see I have a car and free weekends msn is: yiparfwoof (at) hotmail (dot) com DP
  7. A pastie? I'm guessing not a Cornish Pastie DP
  8. Morv seek help mate, ok? Not good, not good ;o) hehehehee DP
  9. Yeah net pants or a tight fitting onesie will do the job - that and loose black jeans - though you might not be allowed those. Certainly dark loose trousers, loose fitting top over belt if poss. Lemme know which Curry's and I'll wander by crinkling loudly - LOL Sadly, I have to take my old dear to Gala now and again in Peterborough, but when I do I'm generally thickly padded LOL - I fit right in then Have fun with the 24/7 bit - I'm going to do the same when I have some hols in April. I'll be honest though, I generally don't mix work and diapers, theres just too much at stake. DP
  10. I actually like CVS Overnight ones. Quite thin, but hold a surprising amount, and very very crinkly very cheap, lots in bag, so you can double diaper for a serious wetting session Elastic waistband and leak guards, make em a decent cheap diaper. DP
  11. Just been looking at prepaid cards for UK - it seems we're a little behind the Good old' USA (What's new ) Anyways, one of the better deals if you have no way of buying a prepaid online (that makes no sense) is Quidity. Goto www.quiditycard.com you can print off a voucher and use it with £20 or more to get a card at any paypoint. They'll post the card to you. That one has a 2.95% transaction fee, and some don't - BUT do need you to buy them online (Such as https://www.extremecred.com/ - starting fee is £7.95, but transactions are free) To get one just to buy diapers/nappies online I'm gonna go for the Quidity one. DP
  12. Anyone remember what I posted a few days ago? Will be over priced Well here's a very basic comparison with 3 popular sites Bambino 8 for £18 - Shipping $0 - total: $18 Abri X-Plus (XPMedical) 14 for $18.95 - Shipping: $4.97 total: $23.92 Secure X-Plus 12 for $15.45 - Shipping: $4.99 total: $20.44 Works out: (with shipping) Bambino: $ 2.25 per diaper Abri X-Plus: $ 1.71 per diaper Secure X-Plus: $1.70 per diaper * Prices based on Medium size per bag I'm not surprised they cost more - anything 'designer' like that will be, and TBH I would try some just to see how abosrbant they are I hope they find a distributor in UK/EU [As Bambino doesn't yet seem willing to offer outside USA] Good luck to em. DP
  13. Never tried Secure Xplus - Waaaahh! I want to Anyone know if they'll turn up in the UK? I suspect not, seems I'll have to wait until a friend pops over from USA in April, see if I can sweet talk him into bringing some secure Xplus with him - heheheh DP
  14. NO offence, but those pics make you look really wierd - it looks as though your legs are almost thicker then your waist!!! Very odd (o.O) You have BIG legs Anyways - diapers look nice, though I bet anyone an X-plus that they'll cost a bloody tonne to buy being specially made. TBH - I don't care what the diaper looks like - I care how thick it is, and how comfy / snug it fits - AND it won't leak easily Its rare I wear nothing but a diaper, and always tend to wear in car etc with plastic pants on over em anyways, so little patterns on em won't sell them to me. DP
  15. Humm that site has a DB problem Try: http://www.drylife.co.uk/ They now stock Abri too I keep meaning to order from them - but Haven't as yet.... DP
  16. Wow I wish I could get one of....... ...Aww ok ok - Anyways - she changed twice (I read somewhere there was 2 used diapers in her car) - so those MAG diapers cant be THAT good A nice Abri X-Plus with a AbriLet Max stuffer woulda lasted days. DP
  17. I got some Kendall Super plus from local chemist (UK) - their like a cheap inbetween - no leak guards - no elasticated waist, but when you double them up - their ace. The Kendall Supremes are a different class. I've tried em and loved em - long and thick. Yes the takes arnt as good, but they ARE very abosrbant Worth a go! DP
  18. If you want a quick answer dlb: If YOU believe in god, then only you can answer the question. 'God' isn't going to appear in your tea leaves or cornflakes, and without the aid of drink/drugs isn't going to appear in person - therefore what he/she would think of wearing diapers - if god him/herself existed - is irrelevant. Your much better off wondering what your friends/family would think if they saw you in nothing but diapers Still worried? Pop a pic of yerself on the gallery - and we'll all approve mightily of your diapers DP
  19. Awww no-one from Lincolnshire - apart from a vaugue mention of north east Oh well - i'll just sit here *tail wiggles* DP
  20. I agree - beside - everyone sane knows the great Wolf gods shine down on those puppies who are safely diapered - lest they soil on the holy carpets and you know how BAD those are to clean. Keep it real people DP (People who waste their life believing in a two thousand year old Harry Potter Book need all the help they can get) [Jeeze, I'm sure glad I didn't say that last bit out loud - - D'OH!]
  21. Nice art! - Something smells though...... And it isn't the nappy http://newsvote.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asia-...fic/6303101.stm Enjoy. DP (Sorry - just realized this should be in Diapers in the news... [it IS late here ] )
  22. Yeah found a place in Derby (mentioned elsewhere on this forum) which sells Eurons off the shelf - and I tried the super plus Medium. Nice diapers, hold a lot, waist not as tight as it could be, but good diapers. Not cheap. Comparable directly to Abri Super diapers (not Xplus) DP
  23. Heheh - I've no pretensions about wanting to do what you do, just making a point that perhaps trying to sell items not actually available for immediate delivery on eBay isn't a good idea. And thank you for those above that replied - yes, talking like a thug to a group of people you are trying to sell your products too is self-defeating you know, it certainly hasn't done you any favors for those reading. I suppose it might be worth mentioning I run 36 sites for 20 magazines, and took just over $1m online in 2006. Sometimes listening to others thoughts - however much you might dislike them - can prove helpful. Good luck DP
  24. Hey diaperlad Don't forget Mejeirs stores and J C Penny both sell Footed Sleepers - The Mejeirsa ones generally being around $14. Wether they fit you is put luck of course, rather then custom made ones - but if they happen too - they are very very well made and snuggly sleepers DP
