For as long as I can remember I have had BIID. I've wanted to be disabled (paraplegic wheelchair user) since I was about 5. My mind was constantly working overtime thinking about wheelchairs and having no sensation and movement in my legs. I told a friend about it when I was around 12 and she said if I was paralysed I'd be incontinent and have to wear a nappy. That also became an obsession then! So for me the 2 have always gone together and I'm happy to say that after years of pretending I am now disabled and wear nappies 24/7. I've never been happier or more content. I have an awesome boyfriend who loves that I'm disabled and wear nappies and I am slowly getting more and more disabled. I'm now Quadriplegic and love it. He is my full time carer.

I have a few foley catheters that I keep in for a few weeks or less. It's OK at the time but I miss wearing and wetting nappies. I have a few boxes of intermittent catheters and I've been putting one of those in, pushing it as far in as it will go and then tightly diapering myself over the top. The feeling is amazing, this sudden wet warmness filling your diaper completely uncontrolled and will be slowly dripping all day and night until you take it out. The added bonus is that it's pressing on to the female g spot! I normally put one in just before going to bed. .

I use intermittent catheters. Put a diaper underneath you so it's in position to do up then insert a catheter into your urethra and wait for the pee to come gushing out. Push it up as far as it will go and then put the diaper on making sure the cath stays in place. I normally put some underwear on over the top to stop the diaper sagging and to keep the cath in. The pee will just be coming out of you uncontrollably. Its a tiny bit painful but also rubs on your g spot and you get so turned on.

I have one of those helmets now and wear it the whole time I'm in spastic retard mode. My boyfriend loves it.

My boyfriend has put a couple of suppositories up my bum just before we go to sleep. A few times I've woken up to a messy nappy having no idea that I'd messed in the night. It wasn't a large amount though sadly.

I have boxes of speedicath intermittent catheters and often put one in, push it up as far as it will go then put a nappy on. The catheter just lets your wee drain out constantly. It is exactly like being incontinent.

I love sleeping in a messy nappy and sometimes I mess my nappy at home then drive 30 miles to my boyfriends house and sleep with him cuddled up behind me. Then in the morning we have messy nappy sex before he changes me.

I've messed my nappy at home then driven to my boyfriend's house 30 miles away. I like to stay messy for a long time and driving messy is awesome for me.

My partner loves it when I mess my nappy, i love sleeping messy and he cuddles up to me all night then changes me in the morning

I have some speedicath eve intermittent catheters. Some times I just push one into my bladder, put a nappy on and go to sleep! When I wake up the nappy is soaked from back to front and feels lovely. It doesn't hurt when I'm laying down but sitting is a bit uncomfortable. If anyone is in the UK I don't mind sending people some to try

I'm a female so it might be different but I use intermittent catheters draining into my nappy all night. I wake up soaked and it feels wonderful. I've never had a uti or anything and I don't find it painful.

I love to mess my nappy and stay in it for as long as I can. I've slept messy loads of times now it's the best thing ever. I am double incontinent so wear 24/7 and obviously mess and wet all the time. I love it so much

Omg yes I've been trying to have a fake seizure too but I can't quite manage to make it convincing enough!

I'm a DL and I.love role playing being very disabled. Non verbal spastic quadriplegic that can do nothing except make noises. I wear nappies and have to be looked after in every way. I have to be fed and given drinks in a cup with a lid. My boyfriend loves it and we have lots of fun.
