Cialis for urgency

Recommended Posts

Went to the Dr today and told him that my urgency issues have increased causing me to have more accidents. I also confessed to him that I liked wearing diapers and while researching diapers came across this and other sites and became interested. Anyway he ordered Cialis to go along with my other meds to aid in emptying my bladder better. So, has anyone else had this treatment and how well did it work? I'm half hoping it doesn't work, but am going to give it a go so my diaper use is only recreational. Unfortunately my PSA was up again but will still monitor it every 3 months.

Getting older my stream was weak and a lot of starting and stopping.  I was put on Tamsulosin, which I get when I have a kidney stone to open things up to allow better flow and widen the uriters to help a stuck stone pass.  Doctor just doubled my dosage to try and keep me from getting up as often.  Not good.  I can pee a quart bucket in 8 hours over night.  I'd still have to get up and pee.  What I read on Tamsulosin is it tries to cut down on the amount of urine your kidney's produce at night.  I sure don't want that!  While I rarely sleep diapered and get up 3 to 6 times a night to pee, I want to not restrict my urine output as that is a good way to get kidney stones.  I prefer to keep my kidney's well flushed out and that has to be healthier as well.

I am not on those meds. I am on major pain meds and I wander if they will slow my pee down to a dribble? I have worn diapers 24/7 for a number of yrs, and it seams I dribble if I sit on a toilet . I sometimes pee fast flow in a diaper? I wander if narcotics pain meds will affect my pee flow?

Well opiates can do that, but usually that's a large short-term dose. I don't think it's something that tends to last with persistent use.

I have been on morphine tramadol and others for about 6 yrs around the clock. So that's why I am asking. My Dr hasn't said anything about having issues where I can't pee, when you google , the kind of meds I am on,  almost all of them will have the same issues as the others. I am not ever gonna be off these meds, they may change me to a different type pain med.  I figured I can get better answers from the people on our site that have peeing issues . Thanks for responding .
