Amazon, you so silly

And annoying.

 

Saturday morning about 10AM Amazon listed a package for me as being out for delivery. All day passes and I get no delivery. At a little past 9PM Amazon listed my package as arriving at the distribution center.

 

So exactly what did my package do for 11 hours? It's also good that there was nothing heat sensitive in it.

I've seen that with UPS.   Package out for delivery, but then never shows.  Get's "rescheduled" for the next day.

They sometimes turn the package over to your local post office, but since it dose not have postage on it they have leave it on the porch and not in the mailbox.

It's back on the truck at 10:15.

I was waiting outside Friday night for the amazon driver who was a few stops away, I see a delivery van heading my way, then all of a sudden it turns onto a street down the block and thats when I get the attempted delivery notice on my phone...

 

To make things worst, it is now scheduled for monday... like they couldnt put it on a van for yesterday or today...

I've had a package arrive to my city and state only to go to Kansas and have to come back again smh

It only took about 5 hours for them to deliver it today.

Had that happen a few times. Its usually when the driver decides "I didn't feel safe leaving it." and just decides to not deliver it, or buries it under packages for another set of stops and instead of backtracking to deliver it just takes it back to be redelivered.

It's not the first time it's happened to me either. I've gotten the feeling that it was loaded on to a van, and no one was there to drive it, so later it just gets unloaded that evening.

One time last year, I had something go missing.  Two weeks after ordering it, I still did not have it.  I asked them about it and got a refund.

Often after ordering, I will look at shipping status and it will show some other product image and it's on it's way.  Several hours later, it will show the correct image and in some warehouse.  They have some logistics issues.
