2sail2
Well, there was another one this past week about adults behaving child-like, but I cannot find it now. There are a couple on there, but here is one about toys and stuffed animals. Adults Are Buying Toys and Stuffed Animals for Themselves | Time 1 Link to comment
minachan16
Quote “Stuffed animals are kind of like an adult pacifier,” says Lennett. “Adults are going back to their childhoods to forget what’s going on in the world. Maybe it’s the pandemic, maybe it’s politics, maybe it’s war.” That sums it up right there. The world sucks and everyone knows it and millennials and Gen Z are not afraid to care for themselves and do things for themselves that feel good and make them happy. Even if most boomer-age adults would say "that's not proper adult behavior", we are adults now and we get to dictate what is proper adult behavior now. And enjoying hobbies and collecting and caring for your mental well-being IS proper adult behavior! Link to comment
beallucanb
It's never too late to start acting as childish as you care to be. May I suggest, do it now while you can, instead of waiting until you are too old to enjoy it. 1 Link to comment
