justforfun
Tena Slip Maxi's, which are now available again in plastic, are my current 'travelling' diaper (bed-wetting on air planes). 1 Link to comment

dlnoir
I guess if you look around a little there are plenty diaper brands to be found which are still plastic backed. If you were to look on the site of save-express you Link to comment
Guest
And forgot that are available in USA and that are not way over priced currently usetranquility atn and looking for an equivalent as far as absorbency and with leak gaurds Link to comment
boobybird89
Or if you want to get technical, most cloth backed diapers have plastic underneath the cloth layer. Like so: Link to comment
namrepaid53
Kensiebert, I have the perfect diaper for you, the Wellness Brief. They have their own web site and are cheaper and far more absorbent than Tranquility ATN's.Sent from my Z828 using Tapatalk 1 Link to comment
PlstkBakdnghtnday
I have trouble finding cloth style disposables that are worth a damn. Best I've found so far are the abena air+. They don't really feel wet until they're about to leak Link to comment
Rob110
One thing I have found after trying multiple diapers to find the right ones that work to manage my incontinence is not to skimp on the level of protection I wear. Link to comment

TheBabyPants
Confidry 24/7 are pure white plastic, very thick and a great crinkle. 1 Link to comment
PlstkBakdnghtnday
REARZ inspire plus are the best premium/extreme diaper. You really have to try to make these leak. They are reasonably priced...if you live in Canada. They're competitive with other local brands but shipping kills it. Also you only get 36 in a case. Dry 24/7 and ABU simples are about tied up for absorbancy. These are all thick, crinkly, white diapers. Link to comment
