If I had to go really bad I probably would just hold it because at that point, there's a pretty good chance that pull up is gonna leak. Now, if it was a nice thick diaper, that would be a different story...

Happens to me all the time. I am keeping the diaper dry to save money, or because I wont be able to change for awhile, such as at work. Then I get caught up with something.....Frankly I have been wearing enough years now that the moment I cant get in a bathroom it just comes out naturally if I have a diaper on. Hard to even stop at that point I find.

A full bladder and a pull up are a bad mix. Let a little out at a time until you can hold it till she gets out

I never stand in line. I am wearing 24/7 and use the diaper for what it is. I never use pull-ups. I am in Abena M4 or Tena Maxi (Plastic backed).
