ryanincontinent92
hi does anyone use tearaway pants to make diaper changes easier? im wondering if i should get some. i deal with incontinence. thanks ryan Link to comment
cathdiap
They are not easier to change. First you will notice you cannot close your wet torn away diaper because they have no tapes. Second you will have to put off your trousers to put on your fresh pants. That's why I prefer traditional brief shaped diapers with tapes. Link to comment
stevewet
I use tena comfort fit pads and mesh fixing pants under my incontinence pants it makes things so much esier to deal with when I have to change. I only wear nappies with tapes at night or if I am at home. Link to comment

cathdiap
Sorry my English is a little off.... I guess these pants will make changing your diaper a lot easier for caregivers. Link to comment
rusty pins
First, do you change your own diapers or does someone else change them for you? Link to comment
beallucanb
I wear nylon pants all the time everywhere I go, a few Link to comment
Bettypooh
By using premium diapers I minimize the need for changes, and since I'm able to change easily by dropping my pants, that works well for me. If you think it will help you give them a try. Link to comment
Dill_Pickle
A lot of this is simply trial and error and individual taste and circumstance. Link to comment
ryanincontinent92
Tearaway pants have snaps running the length of the legs. Link to comment
ryanincontinent92
I get changed as it is difficult to do. My accident makes it hard. Link to comment
dmavn
I get those pants all the time when they are in my size and they make it easier for me to get changed. Also saved me from quite a few messy accidents. Since I am urge incontinent I don't know until it's almost too late. Usually in these instances I am running to the bathroom at the same time I can grab both sides of the pants and yank them off then tear off my diaper as I am sitting down. The act of just bending over and pushing the diaper or what ever down usually is all it takes to get things flowing and I really don't like that happening before I am sitting down. Link to comment
ryanincontinent92
I think tearaway pants will be right for me. I'm incontinent and have other issues from being in a car crash. It will be easier for the people who help me. Link to comment
