Not sure what to title this

I have bipolar disorder. I was on meds for 4 years, but my doctor weaned me off right before I graduated high school. So I've been off them for almost 2 years. Over the last month I have felt myself slipping back into the cycle, mostly the depressed side of it. I'm not suicidal, but I am scared shitless. I am in a country where I barely speak the language and don't know where/who to ask for help. I've exalted my knowledge of coping mechanisms, and still feel like I'm going under. I haven't gotten out of bed in over a week, and the thought of leaving my room makes me sick. I don't know what to do...

If possible go to the doctor and explain the problem and tell them about your past issues.

I'm in Germany, my first language was English. I've been here since January, and it seems to me that doctors here are really only for physical illnesses.

I lived in Germany for five years, and was able to find an English speaking therapist when my depression kicked in.
