Sure, you could use a condom catheter or a foley catheter and a bag instead of a diaper.

Why do you want to become incontinent without nappies? I mean... If you achieve incontinence a nappy is usually necessary!

Diapers don't MAKE you incontinent. They are a way of managing it.

If you're thinking about intentional incontinence by something like the 12 monthg program then I'm sure it could be done, but there would be a huge mental hurdle involved without some form of protection being used. If that's your desire I think it would be easier to first do it with diapers, then once you achieve the level of lost control you seek simply stop wearing diapers. It wouldn't take any longer this way if at all

Sphincterotomy. Though you'll have a hard time finding a urologist to do one (like I'd did).

I'd imagine that it would be just as "easy" to do it with external catheters as a daily wear instead of diapers.

Just do Foley catheter make sure its super clean. Have fun

I use a stent. Leaves me completely incontinent within seconds. But I have to use diapers to stay dry on the outside.
