I use catheters a lot. Worked my way up to a 30Fr. Thats wonderful your wife supports that very lucky. There are lots of post in the incontinence forum and also on Fetlife.com. You do want to start slow with small size and be very very clean. Takes a few to get use to it. Foley catheters are more acceptable for uti. I use a valve on my catheter so when I cant be in a diaper I just shut it off the catheter by itself is almost its own fetish. Anyways enjoy be safe and sterile

I feel it relates. Some of us find security in wearing. I feel normal when wearing and not think about them. But when not wearing all I think about is diapers.

Anyone ever go to a massage with your diaper on. If so did they say anything?

Yeah its a valve makes it easy to change a diaper and close it when needes. If I use it as intended it can close and open to pee so weekens could weaken the muscle to help be more incontinence for people

Well I'm happy to say thw tru-flo cath valve is purchasable with out prescription now. Got two to try. I use it with my diaper

Catheter its uncontrolled and can go back to normal when your tired of being incontinent

So I know this topics been floating around for some kind of stents instead of Foley catheter. I'm getting some ideas searching for some way for a stent that is safe to get ahold of. Closes I found is silicone sounds. http://www.siliconenozzles.com/main.sc . I Relies they are sounds not stent, but in theory one long enough to go in the bladder and only long enough to past the prostrate. Hollow with large enough ball on each end. Bladder end large enough to not come out and prostate end large enough to not go in the bladder for safety. Also a tether for retrieval. I'm also contemplating on making a mold and designing one. I know people have made their own stents out of god knows what or modified catheters but can or have lead to complications. Just think a smooth silicone double rose bud end with a tether would be clean and safe for incontinent desire with the feeling of wetting with out knowing. Thoughts and ideas? Thanks

I think this question goes around every AB/DL. I've tried hard for years trying to figure out why I like diapers. What was the trigger. Seems like many of us are triggered from abuse or lack of nurturing as a child.

i quit wearing Attends since they changed the stuffing of it.

Wow. Im for catheters, very fun if safely done right! But to have it pulled out 30cc baloon is not to possible if it was done you be in the ER and alot of paid and bleeding that wont stop! If you dont pass out by the pain you will pass out from bleeding out. I wear a 24fr with 30cc baloon some time 30fr for fun short term.

I know right! They are not the greatest diaper but i like them. Walgreens and other big drugstores dont have them anymore just the cloth underwear type. Sad. Well i can findthem online walmart.com free shipping medium for about 47.00 case of 4 pack.

Just poke a hole and do it that way. There is nothing magical about it. Just use thinner diapers and its non toxic so she not going to die from it

You might want to consider stretch exercise with larger size and that might make it more comfortable. Took me a couple months but i am able to wear a 30Fr but i wear a 24Fr cause its more comfortable.

What type of catheter are you using. I personaly use a latex cath silicone coat as it warms up with the body it helps and forms and has some flexibility. I wear a 24fr to 26fr and let my cath drain into my diaper.
