Recomendation; Drink plenty of cranberry juice. A quart day while cathed and one more the day after. The acid in the juice helps to prevnt a UTI.

Oh yes its a great feeling and as Fakename has said, have plent of diapers on hand.

i envy you, dd :-) i also enjoy foley catheters for temporary incontinence, but it has been weeks since i last had the chance, and it will be at least another 2 1/2 weeks until i find myself on a business trip where i can wear diapers at night at least!

maybe someday there will be a cheap, easy-to-insert-and-remove, plastic, and completely internal gadget to make us temporarily leaky and diaper dependent! until then, enjoy and know that nobody will check inside your diaper for extra tubes :-D
