Word. Anti-fungal cremes are exactly what you want. Well, that's what has worked well for me.

If you're able to get cleared up but then get re-occurrences pretty fast I'd also start using petroleum jelly too. Apply just a little coating to the area every morning & before you go to bed, it can make a bid difference.

Don't forget it can be bacterial too. A course of antibiotics once cleared up a rash I had for over a year!

There are many anti-fungal agents out there. I have had prescriptions for them. I have been buying OTC zinc oxide aka baby diaper rash ointment. Balmex etc.
