Once a day. Usually around 10 in the morning.

I know a majority change at least twice a day. Problem for me is changing takes a lot of time for me. That's why I use one diaper a day. Sure, it gets sticky and the mess gets cold at times, and sure I have the "itch" down there pretty much every other day. I know the itch comes from wearing dirty diapers all the time nd showering every other day. But I'm going green and using as few as possible.

Please help our planet survive by changing out of messwet and into fresh and pampered once a day.

It will dramatically reduce you ecological footprint.

On a typical day when I can change as often as needed during the day and we do not expect any outsiders to visit us at home, it would be:

I change into a dry, fresh pinned gauze diaper with vinyl panties the second I am dry following my post work bath at about 5:45pm

I will change to another gauze diaper about 7:15pm soon after my post dinner poop on the toilet.

Daddy Don will pin me into a bed-time gauze diaper set about 8:45pm. I play for a few minutes on the floor of my nursery until I am tucked into bed with a pacifier and bottle of water at 9pm.

Don checks my diaper at midnight and changes me if I am more than a little damp.

I wake up before 4am but do not remove my last bedtime diaper until I take my morning shower, around 4:15am. After I am dry I put on a disposable slip-in at 4:30am while dressing for my office.

Those slip-ins have over 3 hour capacity. I change the slip-in about 7:30am in my private lav at the office.

Court always takes a break for the jury's convenience at 10:30am so I change then even if not totally wet.

The Court lunch break ends at 1:30pm so I change my slip-in just before going back into Court.

The Jury's afternoon break is at 3:15pm. Although my slip-in is only very damp, I change it during that break. That slip-in will last me until I get home to take my early evening bath.

This means I will wear 4 ADC 36" square 2-ply gauze diapers each day, plus 7 or 8 Gerber baby Birdseye prefolds as soakers and 4 pair of Kins soft vinyl pull-on panties.

During the day while working I use 5 slip-in disposables. The daily total is 9 diapers. Before leaving for my office I start a washer loaded with all my wet gauze diapers. Don will move those to a dryer when he gets up about 6:30am. He will then fold the cloth diapers once they are dry. While my shower is getting warm I wash and hang to dry the vinyl panties.

On those days when I am not sure how often or exactly when I can change, I wear Attends Breathable EA Small instead of the slip-ins. The Breathable last up to 6 hours for me, but I do my best to change them within 5 hours. Only if going directly from my office to a restaurant for dinner do I need more than 3 Breathable a day.

If I am so sick I must stay home in bed I wear classic Attends Youth Briefs, which are poly-plastic with sticky tapes. Those also have 6 hours of capacity if only wet. I change those as soon as possible when I poop in them. When that sick I have used as many as 6 Youth a day.

My average day is 2-3 total At work I wear a pull-up style and wear for my leakage issues. I use the toilet when I need to When I get home if I'm almost dry I may put the work diaper back on after my shower, or by need or choice I may change to: A- another pull-up; B- a tape-on; or C- cloth It's a mood thing as well as based on that evening's plans Bedtime is cloth All my disposables are cheapo brands since that's what I can afford.

Then again there are "bad" times when my bladder goes haywire I have went through 3 CVS day-and-nighttimes plus two Wellness pull-ups at work, then two 4X8 birdseye cloth diapers before going to bed and another for bedtime

That's 8 diapers in one day. I rarely have those kinds of days and I don't cause them by over-hydrating- they just happen and I'm usually back to normal in 24-36 hours I could break the budget and wear better diapers but I think part of the reason I rarely have rashes is the frequent changes allow frequent cleaning, and my choice to use the toilet allows some 'airing' through the day

Genrally wear two or three in a row when I am wearing.

If I am just wetting then I will go as long as I can before leaking... usually 4 to 5 hours.

I will change fairly soon after I have pooped.

90% of the time its 2 per day for me, sometimes 3.

If im pretty wet in the morning i will change before work, but usually im not so i skip that change. I drink ALOT of coffee in the morning so by lunch time im swimming and BADLY in need of a change. After that change, im good till bedtime, when a i have a shower and throw on a fresh didee and crawl in bed

Also I see some of you change in the morning if you wet or mess in the night. The morning change should be the usual time for anyone. Start the day fresh and properly diapered.

Have you ever heard a saying that the longer you put something off, the better the relief when you actually do it? Like going to Disney World??

If you go through the day and night in one diaper, by the time you change out you feel SOOOO much better and you appreciate the feeling of a fresh diaper much more before the next wetting/messing session.

This has been a hot debate about me.

I was unaware that others got rashes and sores so easily. Not until I started reading threads here did I realize sores and rashes were a common occurance.

This is strange to me because, despite my lifestyle in dipers, I have gotten a handul of rashes at best. Whether it's that I have tolerant skin, or I just take reaallll good care of my tushy, the point is rashes and sores never were a problem for me.

So to answer your question, yea all my skin is still htere. It comes to me as a surprise how deeply rooted this problem is in the ABDL world. I just didn't know.

I take a tremendous amount of time keeping my tish and front heavily medicated with desitin and wipes and all around cleaning agents. I guess this rigorous cleanup daily is what keeps me from getting open sores/rashes/infections.

And not a lot of people have to "stand me" as you say because I spend as little time as possible in public. I don't feel it completely neccessary to have everyone around me smell the stink. That's why I spend most of my time in my apt with my cats and 1 dog. To prevent misconceptions about the ABDL world in general. I have a plethora of scented candles and am constantly running incense in my place so....the nasty smell is usually negated with the pleasant smells.

But again about the rashe/spre thing, it just doesn't happen to me. I am quite sure it's because I take extreme care of my front and back constantly. I aassume I WOULD get open sores with the constant exposure to ammonia and fecal bacteria. But I just take real good care.

It's not to say ir doesn't happen. I HAVE gotten an open sore once before. It wasn't pleasant and made wearing diapers uncomfortable. But I pushed through the pain and everything was back to normal.

If Im wearing for the whole day Ill typically go through 3-4 diapers. Its very rare that I poop my diapers so I imagine if I did that I would go through more. I think I may also have a touch of OCD with diapers. I find it difficult to take one off and throw it away unless its pretty well fully saturated.

For me it really depends on how much I am drinking. If I am using a catheter for fun I'll drink a lot more than normal so as to keep the system "flushed clean". In this case I can easily go through five to even seven diapers a day.

For a normal day I might use three to four.

Wet diapers are much easier to stay in than messy diapers.

You can be more confortable in your own wet than your own mess.

And you can do more in a soggy diaper than a slimy messy diaper.

On a day off, if I feel like wearing all day (which is uncommon), I usually go through 3 diapers during the day plus 1 at night.

The number might change if my wife decides I need changing before I hit maximum capacity.

I don't lose the urge for diapers after orgasm because diapers are not a sexual thing for me.

I masterbate to porn in general. The typical stuff.

But orgasm doesn't lessen the diaper time since it's unrelated to it.
