  1. I don’t really have much trouble reading it, and have read other books translated in old English, such as the Malleus Maleficarum. For me, it makes the Bible sound more poetic. As for the archaic spelling, there are only a few letters that are different, such as using the letter “u” swapped with “v”, “i” instead of “j”. The rest of the spelling difference are still easily read such as: Mark 1:6-7 And Iohn was clothed with camels haire, and with a girdle of a skin about his loines: and he did eat locusts and wilde honie, And preached, saying, There commeth one mightier then I after me, the latchet of whose shooes I am not worthy to stoupe downe, and vnloose.
  2. I guess it is just a personal preference, but I prefer to read from the 1611 KJV, complete with the apocrypha and archaic spellings. Most the time I use this version at kingjamesbibleonline.org to quickly look up passages. I also have a hard back printed version featuring the original 1611 cover page and gothic fonts. When I was a child, I attended a few different “Church of Christ”, mostly with my aunt and uncle. However I was never baptized because these churches thought you had be be an adult or reach a certain level of knowledge before you could decide to give your life to Christ. As an adult, I am a member of a non-denominational church in the virtual world of SecondLife and I love my pastors there very much. I don’t like being in even small crowds of people, so I have had no desire to find a physical church to attend. As for my personal faith or salvation, I don’t know.
  3. By the time I go to bed the incontinence side effect of medication is mostly worn off. However I like to have a few drinks in the evening and lots of drinks on weekends. I have slept nude most all my life and it is good to give my bits and skin some dry time. I also have to pee 2-3 times per night and sometimes poopoo, so beside my bed I have this camping / travel potty chair. It is only about 12 inches tall so can slide off my bed onto it and do my peepee poopoo without having to lose much sleep. My little side likes it because the small bowl and seat is similar to kindergarten potties. The tank holds a weeks worth of usage for me and with RV holding tank chemicals, it doesn’t smell overwhelming bad when finally dumped in a toilet. I use to go in a chamber pot, but this is so much better and I don’t have to clean it every day. Most my poops are done in diapers, but if for whatever reason I don’t want to take the time for clean up, I will poo on my potty chair.
  4. I know the feeling, I am taking Losartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. The chlorothiazide is a teeny tiny little tablet, but also a seriously potent diuretic. I don’t have complete voids in my pull-up, but the urgency hits me suddenly and strong, so before I can go downstairs to my restroom at work, my bladder has already relieved some pressure into my pull-up diaper. Over the day this amounts to just over 2 full wettings. The GoSupreme lites were only barely handling it and leaking some on my drive home, but the full capacity GoSupreme pull-ups seem to be preforming great. I have been a diaper lover almost my entire life, never expected to actually need them at 37 years young. But I will take a wet diaper over a heart attack anytime. Hehe.
  5. I consider Goodnites/ Drynites, and other pull-ups to be diapers, the problem is just like with any incontinence product from box stores, the quality is not spectacular. I have been using the Northshore GoSupreme pull-ups at work to help with urge incontinence that I get from my blood pressure medication. These hold about 3 bladders full, which is enough to get me through the day. I don’t have nighttime incontinence since the side effect of medicine wears off by then, but on weekends I do prefer a thick diaper such as Megamax and Crinklz. Once in a while I will get some Goodnites for nostalgic feel, since these were the 1st diapers I ever bought on my own, back in the late 90s. I just don’t buy them often because of the low absorption and the fact that Kimberly Clark cares nothing for those that buy their product.
  6. I mostly wear pull-ups on weekdays and do my teetee in it throughout the day at work. Once I get home I push my doodoo out in the seat of my pull-up and wear it a while longer before getting cleaned up. If I don’t need to poo in the evening, I will save the wet one and put it on the next morning to push doodoo in. On weekends I prefer to wear thicker diapers such as Crinklz and Megamax.
  7. 1. Until you peepee or poopoo. You can wear it wet and poopooey as long as you wish though. 2. Not likely. 3. I would think so, but I am across the pond. 4. Laying on back. The US version Goodnites only hold about 1 light to moderate pee. Even for the intended age group, many parents complain on the company’s website that Goodnites leak and ask for better absorption and larger sizes. The maker of Goodnites and Drynites, Kimberly Clark, has refused to do so even after 100’s of reviews over the years. Most recently they released an XS size Goodnite diaper that no one ever asked for.
  8. That sounds awesome. Do you use mattress protection? And how often does the bedding get washed? I don’t have a basement, but if I become single again I plan to set up a spare bedroom for this purpose. I was thinking of perhaps getting a used mattress from a thrift store, placing plastic under it and using the bed without a vinyl cover. I really miss pooping under the covers. Glad I am not the only one interested in it.
  9. Back when I was single I use to really enjoy peeing and pooping in my bed, and I was curious if anyone else does this, or uses other furniture in a similar manner. At the start of the week, I would sit or lay on the top blanket of my bed while I was either nude or wearing panties. Then I would pee directly through the blanket and sheets below (with mattress protection) once or twice before bedtime. Weather is often hot here, so I never minded the covers being wet with peepee as I snuggled in them and slept. The next morning I would pull back the covers and let a fan blow on the bed so it would air dry. Later the sheets would be laid back over the bed and become mostly dry before the next night, or sometime I would hang them outside to dry. I would repeat my bed peeing Monday through Thursday nights, and by that point it smells strongly of peepee. Friday and Saturday nights I would do the same thing, but also squat under the covers and poopoo there too. Sometimes I would poop in a diaper and then remove it while under the covers like toddlers sometimes do. Sunday was laundry day and everything was washed to start a new week.
  10. Yea, I have peepeed in my butt too. It makes for a good enema and I don’t feel like diaper capacity gets wasted on water.
  11. I prefer my diaper poops to be more solid, so not really into enemas. However I will use them whenever medication causes constipation. Normally I just use warm water.
  12. Lately the timing of my poopoos has been off and I have had to use the toilet at work, unfortunately. This morning I put on the pull-up that I had only peed in yesterday and tried to poopoo. I only managed to push a small poo, but it felt good to sit on for a little while and was easy to clean up for work. Hopefully I won’t have to poo at work today and can make big pull-ups poo when I get home this evening.
  13. I needed to make poopoos when I woke up this morning as well. There was not much time so I didn’t want to waste a high capacity diaper, so I put on an off brand size 6 baby diaper with tab extenders and completely filled it with peepee and poopoo. At 1st the poopoo was medium to firm, but I felt that I needed to push more. With the middle and rear already full and no room to push out, I untapped the diaper, the positioned myself to poopoo all over the front area of the baby diaper. This poo was very soft and squishy and it felt good to tape the diaper back on me and sit down in it. There were some leaks, but it was on a plastic toilet lid, so it was easily cleaned up.
  14. I’m sitting in my doodoo now and squishing it in a Pampers 7 diaper. This is my favorite way to start the day. TGIF, I will have lots more poopy play time this weekend.
  15. I think all the reasons to wear in the opening post are valid. I never liked public restrooms, so I am always diapered when in public places. Aside from light incontinence I get from medication, mostly I wear to keep my stress level low. I have always had a desire to pee and poo in unconventional places, so when at home and happen to be without a diaper on, I often use a chamber pot. In the rare occasions I have to use a toilet (like pooping at work), it feels like a boring, wasted opportunity.
  16. When I am at home or shopping on the weekend I wear diapers. At work I prefer wearing pull-ups cause they are more discrete. The Northshore pull-ups are very similar to the Tena youth pull-ups I use to get as a teenager. I think production on the style ended around 2000, but they were recommended to me by the folks that ran a local medical supply store. That was the 1st time I ever told anyone about wearing diapers / pull-ups and they were a higher quality than the Goodnites I usually wore. I guess I developed an attachment to the style even if they don’t hold as much peepee as a diaper can. There is also a naughty feeling I get from poopooing in my pull-ups, since big kids are supposed to pull them down and sit on the potty. The pull-ups from Northshore do hold my poop poops well, even when I sit in it and have squishy time.
  17. I would poopoo in my panties on purpose many times, starting at about 8 years old. That is when I became interested in diapers again but didn’t often have access to them. I would put toilet paper inside my panties and poop on it before sitting down. If the panties were old and starting to get holes, I wouldn’t bother with toilet paper and just poop in them and dispose. I would do the same thing with maxi pads until I could start driving to purchase my own diapers. Still today, before any of my panties get thrown away, they get the poop poop in them.
  18. I’m wearing Northshore GoSupreme Lite pull-ups while at work.
  19. I don’t always wear a diaper to bed on week nights, but I did last night cause my body was very sore and I didn’t want to get up to peepee. I slept early and soaked my Crinklz diaper several times during the night. This morning I pushed poop poop in the diaper and then sat on it for a while. Poopoos was firm due to my pain medication and it felt good pressing against my hole. Wish I could have enjoyed it longer before having to get cleaned up for work. I wear pull-ups during the day to help with light incontinence.
  20. Yea, when poopoos are soft, it often get pooey on my teetee but normally doesn’t get inside. Soft poos I normally change within 30 minutes or so and clean my teetee well. When poopoos are firm, I can wear it in my diaper much longer without worry of rashes or getting pooey inside my parts.
  21. The ConvertUps are a bit pricey, but I am happy with my purchase. Lately I have had some real incontinence due to a new blood pressure medication that makes me peepee lots. So this week I am wearing Northshore lite pull-ups while at work. I tested them yesterday with both peepee and poopoo, and was quite happy the pull-ups kept everything well contained.
  22. I don’t always sleep in a diaper, but when I do, I normally pee in it at least once before falling asleep. Last night I was wearing a Crinklz diaper while watching a movie in bed. I peed in it twice before sleeping and about 3 more times before I got out bed in the morning. Diaper was fully soaked but not leaking. Then I poopooed in the diaper and sat in my poop for a while before getting cleaned up for work.
  23. $46 + about $10 shipping I think. Is it overpriced? Yes. But it does fulfill its designed purpose very well.
  24. I just made a big poopoo in my Pampers baby diaper, sitting in my doodoo now.
  25. All that is really needed is a pair of velcro elastic straps. These can be found in the arts and crafts department of most box stores or on amazon. If a higher rise to the diaper is desired, you would need to also get some fabric and sew on velcro. I just used straps for years, but did recently invest in ConvertUps. They are very well made and materials seem to be a good quality. I don’t think it merits their price tag, but I am not disappointed either.
