Just wanted to post this here from wetvinyl that was posted in Diaper Talk > General Discussion > Question To Females. I think it is a good answer and sums up what I think is true in this situation as well. Most times, for females, a picture of a guy in a diaper is just a picture of a guy in a diaper. The visual by itself is not the prima facie appeal for them. Women also need, and respond to, the emotional and non-physical side of things-- the unique individual personality of the guy... nuances that are far beyond what a mere diaper-pic can give her. SCENARIO 1: Joe DiaperGuy and Jane DiaperGirl-- who have never met each other-- both post their diaper-pose pics. Joe sees Jane's pic, she's very very cute... and Joe IMMEDIATELY thinks about: (1) diapering Jane (2) having sex with Jane (3) Jane diapering him (4) living with Jane (5) all of the above, or (37) possibly marrying Jane (contingent upon the success of 1 through 5 above, plus many other mitigating factors as well). Meanwhile, Jane sees Joe's pic, he's fat/skinny/older/not George Clooney... and she immediately thinks: (1) Next. SCENARIO 2: Joe DiaperGuy and Jane DiaperGirl, who have never met each other, both meet in a chat room. They talk for a while... then suddenly it's three hours later, and they're still going strong. During this happy circumstance, Joe reveals to Jane that-- (1) He's single (2) Has a job that's pretty cool (3) Doesn't live in his mom's basement (has his own apartment/house) (4) Yes, he can change a car's oil, hang doors, and do dishes (5) Is listening to the latest DixieChicks / AndreaBocelli / Josh Groban CD (6) Loves to walk in a gentle rain (7) Found himself unexpectedly crying during "Titanic" (8) Had a difficult childhood, but forgives his parents (or not-- whatever) (9) Believes the only pain any woman should ever feel is during childbirth (10) Is managing a small but promising portfolio of investments in socially- and enviromentally-responsible concerns. (Couple notes to the guys: (1) I know you all glossed over that list after about the 4rd or 5th point... but read it again. Here's why: Notice how there's NOTHING about diapers in there. Yes, you and the girl are both here in a diaper room... but she wants to know something ELSE about you. So suck it down, fella-- it's not all about you and your Attends now. (2) If you DON'T happen to have a portfolio of socially- and enviromentally-responsible stock concerns-- or anything else on that list-- feel free to plug in your own personal plus points. But, yes-- she is listening to you... and taking notes.) After a while, Joe and Jane exchange diaper-pose pics... and now Jane sees Joe in his diaper-- and thinks OMG HE'S SO CUTE...!!!!!!! And the rest is history. Just my observation. But, hey-- I'm just a plain ole 48-year-old guy. I don't claim to have figured the fairer sex out, even at this late date. I could be wrong

^ in december had my very first meet up (weekend) with fellow ab's and had first nappy change by someone else. Was the most nervers I have been for a LONG time and you have no idea how much effort it took me just to turn up. It's wasn't easy to open up about nappies and play baby games and stuff to a group of strangers. I am a none believer of religion and think it was all made up by some one who could not cope with the idea of loved ones dieing and not seeing them again but that is a another hot topic me thinks. If (big if) there is a god I am with curious on the answer that I don't think he/she/it will mind as long as we are good upstanding people and you are not harming anyone and have led a life of love and not hate I don't think he/she/it is going to mind if we wear nappies (that what me hopping anyway just in case there is a god ..lol) .

I was only coming out of nappies at night time around the age of 4 or 5 years old and never wore again to the age of about 12 years. First ones where home made nappies. Only found out you could buy adult nappies many years later
