Lately we have recognized that whenever we have to make a quick choice on an overnight extremely high-absorbency diaper, we have begun to automatically default to Inspire+ InControl (Rearz). For severe overnight urinary incontinence, adding a booster is advisable, even with this most high capacity (12 hour rated) diaper.

Sometimes, like last night, we go economy and still get surprisingly great results as we did with these Attends Briefs - Waistband Style. They have a soft plastic exterior that feels very cozy and prevents leakage.

I haven not seen anyone else who talk about Absorbancy Plus (A+). But I find A+ to perform among best very thick adult diaper that I use. This is photo of A+ that I am wearing in these photos.

Very puzzling to hear that. My order of BetterDry actually has an VERY soft and smooth texture. Hmmm. But like I said, the Rearz Inspire+ InControl diaper absorbs and holds an extremely high volume and in addition, when we feel like enjoying that added thick plastic protection, I put Rearz Inspire much higher on our list of favorites. In regard to your comment about paying high shipping costs for BetterDry, I absolutely agree. So I will add that, rather than continuing to pay the unfortunate high international shipping costs for BetterDry, I am likely to select from two other diapers that feel, fit and perform most similar to BetterDry and they are 1) ComfyDry 24/7, shown below and 2) Absorbency Plus (A+) shown at the bottom. ComfyDry (Wet) Absorbency Plus A+ (Soaked)

I do consider BetterDry to be very similar to Rearz, but BetterDry has a softer and quieter plastic exterior. I absolutely love the very soft , thick interior and snug fitting style of BetterDry. And the high fitting waist on both of these brand (Rearz & BetterDry) helps prevent night time leaking that is more likely with low waist diapers, especially as a face-down and side-sleeper. Thanks for suggestion! At this time, I am interested in trying every heavy-absorbency adult diaper, no matter where in world it is made. So as you suggested, i visited Bambino web page. Interesting. But are there better images of the All-White Bianco-Bambino somewhere? I would like to see them. If not ...then I'll keep using thick, soft, snug fitting diapers like the ones I awoke in here each morning this week.

Leaking is simply not option for any brand I try. I push each one to claimed maximum capacity. So far am finding excellent results from a few brands that exceed own claims.

Above, we are wearing Inspire+ (Powder Scented) Extreme volume & odor containment [emoji272] Would anyone like to guess which highly absorbent diaper is being worn (also for 12 hours) this time?

Can you guess what we're wearing right now? Sorry for being sooo soaked! But it's been 12 hours since the last diaper change. After lots of play in our very private outdoor garden and a long bedtime, this extremely absorbent brand has not leaked at all! We are sooo spoiled!

Night after night after night, during normal sleep hours, we have tried to reach the maximum capacity of this insanely absorbent diaper! But still no leaking! It just keeps pulling the wetness away from our skin! Really! Does NASA know about this diaper? If not, someone needs to inform them. We understand now why it is called "Inspire!" We will leave any further testing now to others, as we believe we have found the ultimate highly absorbent adult diaper.

Having tested this diaper now for 5 nights in a row, I am VERY impressed with the Rearz (Inspire+ InControl) diaper. But I think it will still take a much much longer test to find the actual capacity limits of this incredible diaper because after wearing Inspire+ InControl each night, from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, following the consumption of my normal 15 cups of my favorite cold drink the day before, wetting numerous times through the night ... over and over ... tossing and turning ... (No leaking at all and I'm a side sleeper! ) Then walking around my apartment after waking in the morning , even sitting down for breakfast, and the diaper just puffs up more and more, quickly pulling the wetness away from my skin and not even coming close to any indication that it has yet reached its capacity. How much more can this adult diaper really hold?! More extreme testing ahead! Warning: The Rearz heavy plastic half-outer layer makes a very noticeable crinkly noise, even when making the slightest toss or turn through the night.

As we mentioned above to Adam4, we decided to order Rearz. And our biggest question is DOES NASA KNOW ABOUT THESE!!! We were so impressed with the look of the Inspire+ InControl diaper, that we just HAD to test it first. But it will take a much longer test to find the true capacity limits of this incredible diaper because after wearing Inspire+ InControl from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, following the consumption of our normal 15 cups of our favorite cold drink the day before, wetting numerous times through the night ... over and over ... tossing and turning ... (No leaking at all after mostly side sleeping! ) Then walking around the apartment after waking in the morning , even sitting down for breakfast, and the diaper just puffs up more and more, quickly pulling the wetness away from our skin and not even coming close to any indication that it has yet reached its capacity. How much more can this incredible diaper really hold?! On each occasion, after 24 hours of soaking, we gave this diaper the 'squish test' (see squish test in photos) and not even the slightest amount of leaking occurred!!! Preparing for bedtime on a cold winter night. We are wondering... Does a nicely fitting night-shirt count as a "diaper cover?" Preparing for a busy day.

One of our Littles just spent several days in the hospital. The Mommy explained to the nursing staff that she would take care of all diaper changes and they were happy to allow it. She used Rearz. After each diaper change, the head nurse noted the extremely high volume that this diaper held without even the slightest amount of leaking, stating that she was going to do her best to replace the old standard hospital diaper they've always used with Rearz! The Mommy also knew that our Little would rest better during the hospital stay by bringing his favorite soft blankies :-)

Following the advise of another Daily Diapers group member, I went to the Rearz web page and found that I had two choices for the all-white adult diaper. So I ordered both, Inspire+ InControl and Inspire by Rearz. I now live in the U.S. so I was prepared to wait a long time before receiving my order. But I was surprised when my order arrived within just a few days. The Inspire by Rearz (right) is a very thick disposable adult diaper, and would compare proportionally to any other thick adult brand. But as you can see in my photo, Inspire+ InControl (left) is by far the thickest disposable adult diaper I've ever held in my hand. I will immediately test them both and see how well each one lives up to it's amazing reputation. I am so impressed with the look of the Inspire+ InControl diaper, that I just HAD to test it first. Two that we enjoy for those times that thickness really matters are of course NorthShore Briefs with a booster and BetterDry with a booster. But we confess that we've recently ordered the Rearz brand. We just couldn't resist ... NorthShore Briefs BetterDry
