  1. I voted the second option. I wouldn’t mind to become incontinent but on the other hand I wouldn’t cause harm to an otherwise healthy body. I tried option one, couldn’t make it work even though I think I have the right mindset. By now I have been using stents almost 24/7 for the last 9 years and still, if I take it out it is back to normal within a matter of hours. From a mental point of view it is alright to go in my diaper that is why I wear them in the first place. Unfortunately my body doesn’t agree with my mental acceptance to go in my diaper. Tried hypnosis as well no luck in that aria either. Think I have to accept the fact that I will have to stick to using stents to achieve some sort of incontinence. Still love to wake up soaked in the morning.
  2. Thick cloth diaper and a Septa plastic pants to complete it all.
  3. Wearing diapers in public will get easier with time I wear 24/7 and think nothing of it, as a matter of fact nobody does.
  4. The feeling of not being in a diaper in one word ”horrible”. I wear 24/7 so I feel comfortable and complete.
  5. Born and raised in the sixties I still prefer cloth diapers and plastic pants. Finding cloth diapers which meetup with my childhood memories no problem, finding plastic pants which meetup with my memories big, big problem. Would love to see them return. I don't really care for disposables although I do wear them during the day.
  6. Speaking for myself of course, but I have been using stent for the last 16 years or so, and in all fairness if I take the stent out things start to return to normal pretty darn fast. Since 2013 I’ve been using my stent 24/7 more or less and if I take it out, sometimes after weeks of continuous use, I have to pee more frequently that is for sure but within two days everything is back to normal, unfortunately. But whatever applies for me could very well different for the next guy.
  7. I never used lidocaine gel or anything else for that matter. Installing a catheter or stent can and should be done with only little discomfort and shouldn't hurt. So I agree with Dubious if you numb your urethra you won't feel if you do something wrong.
  8. Weekend, nothing but cloth diapers and plastic pants for me.
  9. Yes she does and doesn't think much off it
  10. In my personal opinion they don't need to predict as it is all planned.
  11. Nothing really it is not my thing and I never really gave it any thought. To me it is just another live style and who am I to say anything about it. If they are happy doing what they do I am happy wearing my diapers and wetting them. To each their own.
  12. There is no secret. I don’t like disposable diapers as it comes to the way they look and feel, however they are just about mandatory in the way I live my life so had to come up with some sort of solution that works for me. On the plus side disposable diapers do a fairly good job holding in fluids I do have to admit. I do not flood my diaper so there is plenty of time to distribute urine which helps a lot. In order to get the look and feel I do like, I always put a very thin cloth diaper over the disposable diaper and some snug fitting plastic pants. Works in multiple ways, I get the look and feel I prefer, I can push the limits of the disposable diaper and last if the disposable starts to leak (happens quits a bit) it will still be contained. In all honesty, without the thin cloth diaper and plastic pants there is no way I would push the capacity of my diaper as far as I do.
  13. I wear diapers 24/7, unfortunately I have to switch between disposable and cloth. If I were to have it my way I wouldn’t wear anything but cloth diapers but they are somewhat difficult to change while at work and taking care of daily chores. Needless to say as soon as I get home I put on a cloth diaper and plastic pants, so authentic and comfortable just wonderful.
  14. Hmm …………….. I looked at both of the medical designs and I do have to say they look interesting. Both designs need to be activated to open up and that is just the thing I want to avoid, but that is me. I think these stents need to be installed / placed by an urologist, and I think every so now and then they need to be replaced. Most likely cost a small fortune so it is no option for me. I’ll stick with my two dollar homemade version which does the job just fine and in the way I prefer and want it to.
  15. I use more than one method however for the most part I can feel how wet my diaper is just by wearing it. The other method I use is to press the rear of my diaper, as soon as the wetness reaches the top of the back panel it is time to change.
  16. I prefer cloth diapers but if I wear disposables it will be a medical type, usually Attends. Throughout the week, if I am taking care of my daily job, I wear Attends diapers with a very thin cloth diaper over it and some plastic pants to create the authentic feel and look I like so much. On the plus side if the disposable starts to leak the cloth diaper will catch it all.
  17. AIO do not do the job. If you like cloth find yourself some cloth diapers you like and some plastic pants you like and stick with that. I tried AIO a couple of years ago never again, not worth the money.
  18. Just came out of bed decided to make myself a of pot of coffee first and hang out a little. Still wearing my wet cloth night time diaper and a plastic pants, this is how like to start the day anyway.
  19. I voted on this too. I have been using stents for years I a row now literally 24/7 and to be honest by now I am fine with that. It is a strange phenomenon in the first place, being an adult yet having these overwhelming feelings and desires to no control and be dependent on diapers. Well I do have an enormous desire to have no control over my wettings and I have to deal with that, but on the other hand I will not cause harm to a healthy body, that is basically where I draw the line. Ferix shared a lot of, I think, good information on his desires and the path he took to achieve his goal. Personally I found it very helpful to make the right decisions for me as I could not oversee the long term consequences of such a profound decision. I think I’ll stick with stents for about as long as I can. What the future brings I cannot tell you but so far using a stent never caused me any problems no UTI no nothing. I have been reading up on medical stents like the “Memocath” but they do not come without their problems like ingrowth so they are being monitored by the urologist. For me the stent works fine to make me feel comfortable and complete. The only downside to this method is, you’ll have to take it out every once in a while to clean it. But other than that to me it is a great way to achieve my goal and feel in contact with who I am.
  20. If there are downsides to stent play I haven’t found them so far. Finding and developing the perfect stent can be a thing but once you’ll find the stent that works for you it is easy going.
  21. This make me wonder how do you get it out if you want to take it out? For I suppose your stent will also allow minerals and such to build up meaning it will clog up eventually. How long can you keep it in for it looks a kind of heavy to have it rest in your urethra.
  22. The tube measures 6 x 4 mm. 6 mm outer diameter and 4 mm inner diameter. Once folded the outer diameter gets a little bigger and the inner a little smaller. In the end the opening diameter after folding will be some 3 mm.
