Chronulac is by prescription in the US but over the counter in all other countries and prior to the recent advent of Naloxegel tablets brand name Movantik , it was the only FDA approved medication for Opiate Induced Constipation, it's two there Medical approved uses are as oral or in comatose patients by retention enema treats certain Encephalopathy and as treatment for young school age children who are afraid of the toilet, it tastes sweet like candy therefor they are happy to take it before breakfast then by lunch time they have to go to the bathroom and the more you wait and put it off the more it works until you eventually soil yourself , does not take many incidents of that before the kids fear disappear and they raise there had to go, I take it myself and hate the sweet Ness of it and the odd nutty flavor well taking it , those with Encephalopathy who have to take large daily doses are generally diapered immediately when prescribed or request them shortly thereafter because in normal "healthy" people it causes multiple loose stools per day ( usually optimally 3-4 times a day ) it is actually a synthetic sugar derived from milk ( anyone who is lactose intolerant and drinks lactaid , that's where the lactose goes ), into other bottles to be consumed as treatment for other things, sorry I am a wealth of useless knowledge!. Well when you die your bowels and bladder empty , and since your done with eating will never be filled again so diapers could become optional . As for this lifetime no, I'm IC and a DL one feeds the other, even if the ABDL market went away I would still need them , however being IC is after awhile a PIA it's the fun of trying different ABDL diapers that gives it some enjoyment , I try and wear every ABDL diaper at least once for an entire day ( 6 per day) it's laughable that companies give you a diaper as a trial , one diaper does not bring to light all the positives and negatives of each diaper, it really does take me an entire day of wearing to make an informed decision on a particular diaper , after 25 years I am pretty good at the art of taping ( if only Christmas gifts could be this easy) But honestly a single experience with a diaper does not make an educated opinion , so the smorgasbord board of diapers give things intrest, even when diapers are a required chore. The closest diaper bank is about 1 1/2 hors away , I regularly donate to the nursing wing for retired clergy at the Monastery as well as hospice and the cancer center, my Mom had IC issues from cancer so they are a "pet" charity and I have given away about 200 cases to shelters and ABDL'S over the last year! I meet needy people all the time and help people out, I buy these and store them for a rainy day as well as for my use, I can't operate as a diaper bank for my area without a little money coming in so selling some to cover my cost is not out of the question. Especially at the price I ask for the value I give , the pants and onesies alone are worth almost what I am asking not to mention the caths which are $ 1200 for 90 of them, I can not operate in a vacuum with money going out and not coming in , I am not asking for a profit , I am asking for people to help defray the costs of doing this , especially when my landlord gives me grief ! When I am giving them away I have people drive in from three states away , and I am happy to help , but again doing this in a vacuum is impossible even giving them to goodwill costs me money and they will charge more per pack so as to make a profit and sustain there operation , I normaly do not charge for pants or onesies or changing pads that go with the diapers,so if you count none of those things it's about .40 cents a diaper I'm asking, for top shelf sealed pants , pads, and onesies with a nominal fee for diapers like once a year , it's a public service but takes a lot of work to do and Co ordinate from a wheelchair. There are no not for profit organizations anywhere in the US that are doing what I am doing and if I was to incorporate as 501

I have 157 pair 75 custom snap on and the others are pull on , the 7 additional are black vinyl that I got in case of need to use petroleum something as for the sacrificial pants , then I have 20 pairs of straight rubber pants from Kins as well as 30 pairs of Kins natural rubber bloomers for night time or long trips away from home, nothing is better at assuring a leak proof pant than bloomers, so about 200 pairs total and I think I have that many cloth diapers also with 4 full length staffers for each, there are miscellany ones around that I bought for "research" but don't keep an active count of trial pants and ones I hated. I have enough diapers that a resupply mission would not be neccasary for a few years if I were alone, my radio gear is very portable , I have provisions "staged at multiple locations" since what is hospitable today may not hold true tommorow, I am not a prepped of any sort , I am someone who has been a volunteer for many many years as a CERT member , my chief duty is be prepared to fen for self and assist others as needed were possible to sustain life and support the relief rebuilding effort of an endangered "community" ( this can be one , or many) , so I could be prepared for a day that never comes in my life , or a mission that starts tommorow and takes the rest of my life, either way I was raised by a mother who survived the war years ( food and water lotteries, rationing , no activity after sundown , candle light only used in "secure" areas of the house to maintain darkness so bombers could not " target "areas) and learned all that stuff and then learned all the modern protections and counter measures against the more modern stuff, I can hold my own and help support a group or town of cooperative individuals ( finding individuals to cooperate could be the problem" to many chiefs and not enough Indians, most places " ) I am not a person who believes the guy with the biggest gun is in charge, it's the person who has the most relevant info for the moment, it's a give and take situation that few people are prepared for. And anyone who gets hospitalized under Medicare remember if they rush you out the door , as of last year the Treating Hospital faces a pretty steep penalty if you get readdmitted to any facility within 30 days, and a decreasing penalty all the way to 60 days, so if your not right when they release you don't hesitate to be seen again, any and all penalties the hospital gets can not be passed on to you. Yeah I used to use Activity level they suck now, I go through a medical company for dispees and Tebow years ago spent 20k on diapers,doubler's, pants and onesies, I also like MOLEASE went with the Angelfluff Ultimate 3 contours for days and super heavy weight nite time diapers that are full size non contour, put three full length doubler's in and have more than enough coverage for the overnight, then again some nights I don't sleep and sometimes I sleep 14 + hours so extreme night diapering I'd say is a fail safe to ensure plenty of capacity. When you have Medicaid they frequently try to entice people into HMO or PPO do not take them, they limit your care choices tremendously, my girlfriend made that mistake and she is now limited to six prescription drugs per month PERIOD. they don't care if she has MS or heart problems or anything , 6 period full stop, don't open yourself up to that. I am IC and have been to the hospital a lot, never had any problem, but certainly never experienced the 5 star treatment you got, most nurses would love if they had time to devote to each patient but these days they rush Bell to Bell, I am a retired nurse so I know the job all to well.
