You mention "I Believe InControl is owned or controlled or affiliatied with Rearz and they seem to be getting away from rubber and plastic." There is no doubt in my mind that this is the case. InControl is definitely an offshoot of Rearz. Their offices are located a few minutes' walk from each other, and I'd be surprised if they're not both using the same warehouse. It seems that they want to have InControl be the main source of plastic pants, rompers etc., but there's still some overlap between them and Rearz.
