InControl is definitely an offshoot of Rearz. Their offices are located a few minutes' walk from each other, and I'd be surprised if they're not both using the same warehouse. It seems that they want to have InControl be the main source of plastic pants, rompers etc., but there's still some overlap between them and Rearz.

His forecasts are accurate, and his blog is always interesting to read. https://cliffmass.blogspot.com/ It takes really odd conditions to get snow here, making it difficult to forecast. I'm glad to see that this plastic pants club is up and running again, plastic lover that I am. I'll add it back to the places I look at every day.

Maybe because there's a lot of interest in plastic garments besides just plastic panties. I know that's the case with me...I wear all sorts of plastic stuff, but alwasys start with plastic pants.
