Biden administration has not changed any policies from Trump era regarding trade or tariffs with China. We still have tariffs from China on diapers and other products. Biden administration did agree to moratorium on trade war with Europe this month...which didn't affect diapers, but is a step in the right direction. However, there are no indications that any moratorium or change to tariff policy with China is imminent, unfortunately.

May be best to try a booster pad across the front of the diaper for extra protection at night.

The MegaMax have not been changed again. The difference noted was just a slight manufacturing variation in the outer plastic texture. We have had no other complaints about the current batch of white MegaMax.

XL MegaMax is also a few cm taller than Large.

Yes, FedEx and all the shipping companies are still extremely overburdened right now. Which color and size is having troubles with the leak guards? We have had a few reports of glue not holding on some of the new Tie-Dye and Black. We're happy to replace any defective diapers. We are testing everything to isolate the product with glue issues. White, Blue and Pink were not affected. Very sorry about this but we're on top of it and adding a new test at the factory to better test glue adhesion.

Tie-Dye is now available in Small as well. Medium should arrive any day.

FYI--Small and Medium Black MegaMax are now in stock a thttps://www.northshorecare.com/adult-diapers/adult-diapers-with-tabs/northshore-megamax-tab-style-briefs Large Black and S, M and L Tie-Dye are due to arrive in next couple weeks. XL Pink, Black and Tie-Dye are being made in China now and shoudl arrive around April or so. Note: New Black and Tie-Dye are the first MegaMax to have the new softer core and taller leak guards.

It's likely that Medium will be best unless hips are over 44 inches.

Happy to announce that MegaMax will be available in Canada finally at both Healthwick and AgeComfort. Both should be shipping starting early January 2020. Healthwick is already accepting pre-orders.

Brian, Thanks for the kind feedback. Just one correction...We have not yet found a factory that can make MegaMax in USA. It's a goal to have our own production factory in USA but price tag is about $100 million so we are a ways away unfortunately. We did hire our own team in china to supervise quality control and production to avoid the quality issues of the past as best we can. But, MegaMax still is made in China right now and still subject to tariffs and also outrageous shipping prices. Covid has caused major challenges for all shipping companies to keep up with added ecommerce and PPE and prices of shipping from China has doubled in the last year on top of the tariffs we still are required to pay USA government at customs.

Good motivation to ditch the stickers and move to full color bags. Thx!

2021 version of MM will have some more changes including a few improvements to the leak guards and tapes and softer core, plus two more colors. The new XS MegaMax already has the improved tapes and softer core.

LoveShore is a Chinese made knock-off of NorthShore. They are using our packaging design without permission. The diapers inside are not at all the same diapers as NorthShore Supreme series, which are made in Europe, not China.

Thanks for the suggestion...can't promise anything yet on baby blue. Next will be solid black and also a fun, colorful print for all ages. We are working on a diaper cover in baby blue which should be available early next year.

Same materials were used, but always can be variances in how they are assembled or glue intensity. We'll keep reviewing all these items and work with the factory on more consistency. Thx!

We did actually add 10% more SAP in the new 2020 version as compared to the originals.

Thanks for your message. We ar aware of the issues with the recent batches of Medium Supreme briefs. The plastic hasn't changed, the problem is over compression during the production run which pressed the polymers against the plastic much more than normal and made the absorbent core too stiff. These still pass all absorbency tests but can be rough or stiff and have potential for pinhole randomly. This only happened on size medium Supreme. All other sizes are tested good and Supreme Lite is also same as always. For Supreme Medium, colors Blue and Green are much better than purple and white, but still not as good as they should be. We will have new batch of White available in late August which is already tested as much much better. Factory is adding new tests to catch this earlier since all their current tests did not catch the overcompression. For the colors, we will not have replacements for many months so they will have to suffice for now. So there are a variety of options such as switch to green or blue, Supreme Lite or MegaMax and we will support our customers through this process. Please let me know if I can assist in any way. I do apologize for this bump in the road.
