How do you feel about this development.

I gave up fighting my steadily worsening incontinence just that way and like you wake up soaking wet every morning and just pee steadily in my nappy all day. I have no regrets. I didn't originally desire incontinence but as it steadily worsened I just gave up the fight and just relied on my nappies. Now I have hardly any bladder control. I learned to embrace and thoroughly enjoy my incontinence and dependence on nappies and couldn't be happier.

I never rush to change when I get up if I am not going out. Funny how the body and brain adapts. Bedwetting has never stopped me living a full life. I used to lay there and just wet the bed if I woke in the night. I was so used to sleeping in a wet bed I just couldn't be bothered to get up. I never knew for certain but I suspect my mother knew sometime I did it deliberately. Same here.

Just had a week away with some mates. I told them up front that I wear nappies and plastic pants at night. It wasn't a problem.

Is there any thing quite like it. I love it when I wake in the morning with no recollection of wetting during the night. My Doctor said it in a different way. He said a good night's sleep is the most important thing and after all bedwetting is really only a laundry problem.

I am genuinely much more relaxed since my bedwetting came back.

1. Getting used to wearing a nappy and plastic pants at night was so easy for me. It just felt natural some how. 2.Wetting in any position, again no problem at all. 3. Travel just takes a little planning.Always having the right stuff with you. All my close friends and family know I wet the bed and I always bring my own protection with me. My best friends wife always puts a waterproof cover on the spare bed when I stay over. 4. At home I don't worry about wet sheets 5. I try to get up to pee if away from home but at home once in bed I stay in bed 6. My doctor, diabetic nurse and continence nurse know I am a bedwetter 7. I like discussing my bedwetting on sites like this 8. All my close friends and family know I am a bedwetter 9. What will be will be.

I always sleep through no matter how wet I am . I did try cloth nappies but my wife objected to all the extra laundry.

My bladder releases a little and often all the time

The amount of times as a kid I slept in the same unchanged bed. My mother refused to change my bed every day. I just got used to it. Often I peed it deliberately to warm it up a bit.

I slept in a wet bed from being about 8 or 9 until I went back to nappies at 15. I just got used to it and eventually it just felt normal. I think that is why it doesn't bother me now.

Definitely, if you worry about the bed getting wet you are defeating the object. Nappies leak, not always but it happens. My advice is if you want to be a bedwetter always think of your self as one. Protect your bed, wear nappies but just accept sometimes you will wake up with a wet bed. There will be problems you must overcome along the way but they can be worked around. I found family and friends were not such a big deal. One thing you can't do is switch bedwetting on and off. If you want to be a bedwetter you have to live as one all the time. The rest will follow.

I tried various meds they just gave me dry eyes but did nothing to curb my bedwetting. May be I wet slightly less per night but honestly I don't know. Any way I stopped taking them and just wear nappies and plastic pants at night.

Very similar to me. I was seldom dry at night until my early 20s and then on and off throughout my adult life and then 9 dry years before my bedwetting came back in my late 40s. I have been a nightly bedwetter since I turned 50.and that was 11 years ago.

11 years and counting and I am lucky as my wife doesn't see it as a problem
-
Going without a nappy would result in me being soaking wet by morning.
-
I have had one dry night since New year

The problem is most people can't sleep in a truly wet bed. So they use nappies. I use nappies for convenience but a wet bed doesn't bother me, it never has.
