Even though most of the subject matter is not my cup of tea I have continued to follow this story as I find Nomadic’s writing compelling and characters interesting. It appeared in this last chapter that a common issue I have with a lot of ABDL stories that the main character makes a drastic lifestyle change and somehow has no contact with previous friends and family may be addressed. I find these situations somewhat hard to believe that no one in their life seems to miss them or wonder why no contact despite the authors creating a situation of isolation. Perhaps the dream that Addy had is foreshadowing a future meeting or rescue from this situation. Thanks Nomadic for sharing this story with us.

Whenever I wonder about their bad decisions I have to remind myself that they are both 18 year old recent high school graduates. This is especially true for Anna, basically raised with most decisions made for her since she was 10. This is one of my favorite shows. This past Friday they had a person that had started a new diaper company that claims they don’t have plastic on them and also prevents blow outs, brand is called Kudos. They were seeking capital to expand business into pull-ups and also mentioned adult diapers. One of the panelist joked that one of the others could make use of these. I think the ABDL targeted ad is the most concerning, seems no information is private.

I just found this story and I think the writing is very good. I agree with Babypants that some additional character development showing how they developed their “adult” personalities. On the other hand I think taking the spin of having this happen in a corporate executive suite is an interesting spin. Keep up the great work.

Even though this is not a society that I would condone or wish to participate in I find the story interesting and somewhat thought provoking. I would like to hear how Anna felt about being adopted into this world at 10 years old and already potty trained, that surely had to be traumatic. A couple of other thoughts, is it possible that Ryan is Gay and that is why he has not consummated his marriage? We can only speculate that if women are treated this way how bad would it be for a gay man? If all women are infantilized wouldn’t the humiliation have less impact on them? One last thought, would rich men really want to change diapers? Wouldn’t they hire someone, say women that were sent for re-education and are outcast in society? I am enjoying the story and look forward to future chapters, thanks for the great writing!

I remember my Dad diapering me (cloth diapers) and stating that my sister and I were getting too old to be wearing diapers. Since I am 15 months older than my sister I figure that I had to be nearing age 4, I was only diapered for Bed. When I was 4 I was promoted to sleeping in my older brothers room, no diapers just an old shower curtain underneath my sheets to limit the damage. I continued to wet the bed into my teen years, only being diapered for a week of vacation when I was 7 years old. When I was around 13 I became infatuated with the thought of wearing diapers again as I continued to wet the bed once or twice a week. I finally started puberty when I was around 15 1/2, I thought I was over bedwetting until I had a rather traumatic accident one weekend that is another story. I remained dry until I experienced a rather extended prostate infection that took two years to clear up. My bedwetting came roaring back and I continue to wear diapers every night due to permanent conditions the infection left. I sometime wonder if the adult bedwetting is tied to my adolescent issues, like others have stated I don’t remember discussing the problem in a Doctors office until I was an adult so no diagnosis to refer to from childhood. I guess we just kept our embarrassing family secrets you ourselves in the 60’s, probably why it is so hard to find a therapist today!

This reminds me of a conversation I had with some friends several years ago. They had just come back from a visit to their parents condo in the Tampa, FL area. They were in their late 40”s at this time, when I asked them if they liked the condo they said it was nice but they were by far the youngest people in the condo that week. My friend said they knew it was a place for the older crowd when they visited the pool the first day and it had a sign that said “ Plastic pants required over Depends”. I kidded my friend by asking if he had remembered his plastic pants. He laughed and said no however he was pretty sure they would be easy to find in that area with the number of retirees in Florida. I was hoping to get invited to the Condo so I could get a picture of the sign, it turns out the Condo was small and their parents did not want anyone outside the family to use. I wonder if this condo had a similar policy for swim diapers or perhaps they didn’t have to worry about it.

Another idea is to purchase a cheap sport coat, this will appear dressy for the picture and covers to just below the zipper on your pants.

For years I had to make do with using my much younger sister’s cloth diapers pinned together as a makeshift diaper. This was back in the mid-70’s so things were very different than present days. Don’t know if Mom noticed the diapers disappearing however she eventually put them away and I could not find. When I turned 16 I called in an order to Sears for adult cloth diapers and plastic pants from the Sears Catalog. I gave them a wrong phone number because they said they would call when the order came in. I figured I would wait a couple of weeks and then stop by Sears and pick them up. Just a few days later we received a postcard in the mail saying they tried to contact the number but it was disconnected and they would hold the order for 7 days for pickup. My Mom was a housewife and picked up the mail everyday. The postcard was sent to my name so she casually asked if I had ordered something from Sears. I played dumb and acted like I had no idea what it was about. The next day I got the car to run some errand and picked up my diapers from Sears, I still remember the lady looked up my order and did a double take at me when she saw what the order included. The diapers were a bit of a disappointment but the plastic pants lined with cotton fleece were fantastic. In later years I always wondered if my Mom had called Sears to see what was ordered since they had a phone number to check on the order status. She never said anything, I never ordered again as my well thought out original plan did not work very well!

This is a comedy show that seems to have a focus on making fun of political correctness. I doubt she is counting on a singing career. As others have stated it is a statement against infantilizing women by rockers and rappers, not really ABDL related. Just unusual referencing an adult using a diaper in the lyrics.

I started to watch the Ziwe Show on Showtime. Wasn’t sure it was a show that I would like however it turned out to be very funny. The following video was part of one of the shows and I thought very well done.

Hi Alex, When I was diagnosed with IC I was given a list of food/drink that could be possible irritations. I remember that Broccoli and Cauliflower were two of the first things on the list, no problem giving them up as I detest them. Then it came to caffeine, carbonated beverages, alcohol and foods high in Citrix acid. At the time I was drinking 6-8 Diet Cokes a day, upon leaving the Doctor’s office I decided not to drink any Diet Cokes for the weekend (it was a Friday afternoon). I immediately stopped having much of the irritation, so 10+ years later I am still caffeine free and avoid carbonated beverages. I have to watch the critic acid intake, I can handle some of this however when I have one-too-many margarita’s I will feel it (in more ways than one!). My urologist advised that different foods affect everyone in different ways so you will probably need to experiment with the different foods. I take Oxybutynin Chloride 5mg tablet per day and that seems to fix most problems. As an aside, it did not fix my bedwetting problem. Before I think I dribbled out all night, now I will occasionally wake up to a hot, wet diaper as I must have just emptied my bladder. Since I gave up caffeine I sleep very deeply and wake refreshed everyday, so I don’t really miss the caffeine. Fortunately alcohol does not seem to be an irritant. Good luck with the doctor visit, I am not familiar with AZO, hopefully none of the items I mentioned are part of that solution. My wife really does not want me to ruin any more sheets than I already have done!
