i disagree, a private citizen can buy and sell as they please, but dealers are required to have each buyer fill out the 4473 and check to see that the buyer is allowed to have it, no different than a shop.

i was gonna post a response to mischas post but redneck diaper boy made my point for me, gun shows require checks, private sales do not, frankly i dont see why my post wasnt understood first.

as said by one of the gentlemen of the gun gripes videos from youtube channel iraqveteran8888, where you have an armed citizen legally carrying a sidearm for defense, and an active mass murderer(a term used by mr massad ayoob of personal defense tv, preferred over the term "active shooter" because of its accuracy), starts shooting up a place, what you have is an un-official police officer(meaning someone can stop that till the cops arrive). i think there was a shooter a long time ago, some nut took a high power rifle into a bell tower of school and started shooting people, but the ones that stopped him were civilians if i understand it right, as i said im a gun hater but even i can see that law abiding armed citizens were the SOLUTION to the problem, and teachers not having guns and training these days, especially since columbine is rediculous!!! as you said and the media said, 6 adults! if one hears a gun go off, they could grab their guns after securing the students in the closets, and deal with the threat, those walls in schools if i remember right are masonary walls, at an angle bullets would bounce off and therefore provide not only concealment but also cover, requireing less of the defenders body to be exposed and allowing a good shot at the threat, hell there are even gun cams ive seen for both hand and long guns with displays that mount on your arm, so they could just shoot around corners and only have the arm out, when the display shows one with a gun not suppose to be there you can safely deal with the threats! teachers, when they have your kids for 6 or more hours a day 5 days a week, they have a responsibility to those kids as much or more than any babysitter, and yet their hands are tied by a stupid law, and lives that otherwise could have been saved, especially children, are now gone, and they want MORE gun control?! how about this for gun control: lets change the meaning to being armed and able to hit a soup can at 30 yards from a handgun, as much as i hate guns i would call THAT gun control, CONTROLLING the GUN in defense of ones self or others.

you might be right about it being kept, i hate guns but im not going to give my ammo, or let someone take my 2nd amendment rights, and i have to disagree slightly with the may be coming part, i think it is on its way, just a matter of time. hell ive had thoughts of gettig my drill press tuned up and getting some 80 percent recievers to make some guns myself incase they start taking guns like they did after katrina, they cant take what they dont know about. i think it was also to protect citizens from the government becoming tyrannical for lack of the right term, and to protect us from what they are trying to do now, if i remember right it clearly states the right to keep and bare (bear?) arms shall NOT be infringed.

when the world dont end, id bet a lot of supplies will be up for sale, some might end up being those guns and ammo

for mgraines try getting some melatonin, its sold over the counter in any pharmacy section of your local store, it will make you sleep but it will also help with it

my godparents son was bit by one of those, had a big black area from wrist to elbow, right in the center was the bite wound, had black puss, they brought him to my mom because she is a nurse, she sent them to the hospital and called ahead, he was lucky to be able to get surgery on it immediately, he could have lost that arm.

those parents need to be shot in the damn head, this reminds me of my biological father telling me "i can get another you, i cant get another me". did you report those asshats to any authorities? no way of telling what kind of things she has to put up with at home.

if you have someone around you that does woodwork, i would suggest a doll cradle for the little girl, and a rocking horse for the little boy, or a sled for both if you want to combine the gifts into one, well for that matter a rocking horse would be good for both, my youngest step nephew at about 7 years old was riding my oldest horse i made in 96, and it still held up, and he is a big ol' boy, little kids love those, ive sold a number of doll cradles and at least a few horses, mostly at holiday times

i hate to bring up an old post, but i might be in need of a 3d scanner or something(and my last printer scanner copier was the lexmark printrio, which wont work for winblows 7, ive had thoughts of getting a low cost 3d printer down the line later so a scanner would kinda be useful), can that gizmo do more just a fancy picture or a scan that one could make a 3 dimension object with using a 3d printer? i need to be able to scan in my cell phone case because i think they stopped making the one my phone (pantech ease) uses, does the arm on top move or is it stationary?

you could try uninstalling it, and then reinstalling it, it could be a driver issue. i have a scanner that use to not scan anything sometimes, i removed the drivers and rebooted, then reinstalled the drivers and it worked for a while, i did the same thing for a friend that had a camera that wouldnt work with his computer, the problem was the installation corrupted the drivers so i reinstalled them and it worked(he was ready to throw the camera out the window before i got to it)

you forgot the other thing i mentioned OCD, obsessive compulsive disorder, things have to be certain ways for me for lack of the right way to say it. as for the thread title, i thought i was talking about walfart and their sleepers, specifically about how they only seem to have the big ones in ladies sizes, but none for boys in my size(i think the largest i saw was 12 last year, made me jealous as hell because they reminded me of the dr dentons brand). kmart? ill have to make a run there and take a look, might be a good time to get some xbox 360 gear ill need for my new console while im there edit:i went back and had a look, for some reason i typed target when i was thinking of walfart, fixed it now

i wish i knew that then! cant, its a neurological thing(tourettes, ocd....) lambaste? im not familiar with that word, and yeah i meant walmart, i have little to no respect for them, i would prefer to be able to go to target and get sleepers but the closest one is an hour and a half away edit: went back and fixed my typo

has anyone noticed walmart(walfart) only sells footed sleepers in the big sizes for girls? is it me or is this at least a little unfair? i wanna see them start to carry the boys sleepers in at least size 18(larger would be better). i think we need to go to their site and start emailing them to carry them. edit:i was thinking of one company and typing the name of the other, so i ended up putting target in walfarts place, fixed it now

couldnt hurt to suggest it(note to self, learn web hypnosis hahaha)
