Some times I will take off my soaked disposable diaper in the morning and ball it up for the waste basket, putting it into a plastic bag. I will then pull it back on at night before bed. I enjoy the wet and cold sensation which feels amazing when I warm it up by pissing in it. I wear depends fit flex with a booster pad. I take a water pill, so I pee a lot.

Ducolax suppositories work best for me. 15 or 20 minutes, but holding for an hour is even better.

I do this from time to time and I enjoy it. It's a big turn on for me and feels great. I'm lucky, I have no trouble with rashes.

I enjoy filling a diaper and then sitting in it for an hour or so. The smell doesn't bother me at all. The softer and messier the better for me. Some times I like to use a laxative and try to keep from having an "accident" until it just happens. That's great.

Filling my diaper is a great stress reliever. I do it often. I have no problem with cleaning up, I just get into the shower.
