After myself just coming out of a bowel operation,not as bad as yours,most of the patients on the ward were in nappies or pull up pants,most of the people used the expression nappies to the nurses.I was given 2 pairs of pull up pants when I was admitted but chose not to wear them,my AB side and medical problems do cross over but I keep them separate.I have a bag but it is for a fistula coming out near my belly button there is not a great seal to be had so am leaking most days,so laundery is a great problem.Fellow in next bed had a pee bag,a bowel bag and still leaked into his nappies,hopefully you will be ok with whatever choice you make but real life and fantasy do not sit very well together.Wish you all the best.

I told my wife almost as soon as the relationship turned sexual,we had what is known as a courtship so it was easy and I had magazines with AB stories "Forum"that I asked her to read first.It was my wife that put me into a nappy and had bought fancy dress clothes to add to the fun I had not dressed up at this time only nappies and pants.As we had an adult relationship as well I was into pleasing her but I think she got more out of babying me than I realised.Every time I worked away my wife would make me new clothes and she loved friendly humiliations when we was out and about and me in a nappy.I never asked her to baby me but she made the first move I would say I went along with everything she done as I loved the attention.Sadly my wife passed away 18mths ago and since have craved the intimacy of a loving lady.

I am having trouble with the NHS myself but I am an adult baby and my condition puts me off wearing because you have to and wearing for fun is totally different for me.I have had bowel problems and surgery that leaves me sometimes bowel leaking,and urgency with peeing when standing up or sitting down,my GP has ignored this as I am waiting on another op in August to repair my bowel and remove a fistula.When I left hospital I had 2 bags which would leak,can put up with wet patches but not shit,I sometimes had to change the bedding a couple of times a night,in the end I used a nappy taped over the holes and changed when it started to come unstuck.The surgery nurse then come up with pads soakers and a large dressing which works for me,then as the weather got hotter the smell got to me and I now have a charcoal pad for the aroma,has worked great up until recently with the HOT weather.Can understand your despair myself have had counselling no help but I only recently lost my wife 18mths ago.Glad you have an understanding wife I too was very lucky as she played along with my AB self and would make or buy me my clothes so was a lucky baby.Got rid of all my clothes babywear gave it to a nanny in Portsmouth,she was the one on the TV I never had her babysit me I was mourning my wife and was having an extended stay in hospital and did not want people who accessed my home looking around.

And as they are tight around the waist and legs they leave a lovely tell tale sign that you have worn plastic pants and this can be helpful in meeting others.
